"Very muddy pitch."
Location beside the lake.

The pitch was very muddy, it is obviously not the fault of the site if it has been raining however I think they should consider some gravel pitches for vans that travel early in the season when it is likely to be very muddy. The mud did rather spoil our stay.

"Dissapointing"
Stay was fine, HOWEVER - the treatment of friends who were meant to join us in all the circumstances was appalling! Having suffered the loss of their Mother a few days earlier they had to return to the UK. We notified the site immediately but were informed the payment made could not be refunded in part or full. The lack of compassion and understanding in the circumstances was very poor to say the least. You will see we have used your sites a number of times before how over your Companirs intracients on this matter means we will not do so again!

Lack of Customer sympathy and empathy in the most difficult of circumstances says all you need to know about your Company ethics!

"2 day break"
On route back to Caen. Very Very hot weather. Lovely site with huge pitches. Amenities were clean. Lots of things to o and the lake was beautiful. Woul stay again

"Beautiful location "
Size of pitch, location in forest and near lake, peaceful, lovely scenery, fresh bread in the morning, great for walking and cycling. All facilities required for motorhome including chemical disposal.

Shower block functional however a bit careworn. Took us 3 moves to find a site with electric available - even then it involved a walk and winding through hedges to connect! Site quiet though so didn’t really matter.

Everything was lovely, the only thing we didn’t like was the disposable sheets, the next day we went to super u and bought some proper sheets and pillow covers, we would happily bring our own sheets next time.

"Great pitches"
Pitches are here really big and very private. We had electricity and a tap nearby. Short walk to lake unfortunately activities were closed. Reception very helpful and ordered bread for next day

Sanitary facilities were a bit of a trek and block 3 was closed (permanently) Toilets had no seats but at least there was soap and dryers. Showers quite small and not enough hooks or dry space but water was warm.
