Nice campsite conveniently located within walking distance of Verdun town centre. Ample shady pitches, Good bar and restaurant and reasonably priced.food and drink.Pools looked lovely but unfortunately due to time limits we were not able to try them.. Plenty of showers and toilets which were well kept and clean

Camping L'Orangerie de Beauregard

Lovely peaceful campsite, great pool and setting. Very friendly team, kids could roam and have freedom, facilities always clean - we had everything we needed!

Château du Gandspette

We stayed last year & liked it so decided to revisit for our last stop near ferry port. Nice sized pitches & near facilities as we asked for. Pools are lovely but not supervised so people can get a bit rowdy & playful with balls. Restaurant on site which used super convenient.

Camping Le Paradis

Yet again we had a wonderful time at the site this year, the facilities are second to none and the staff are excellent fun and friendly. This is our second year there on the same pitch,we wanted to rebook the same pitch before we left like we did last year but was told we couldn't 😪😪

Welcoming hosts. Very friendly, peaceful and relaxing site. A beautiful and cared-for environment. Very clean pool and washrooms. Great shop and fresh bread.

Camping Le Colporteur

The chalet was clean. Airco was fine! Enjoyed the camping. Nice vibe. The woman in de restaurant with the grey hair was very lovely and kind! Well, everybody was very kind and helpfull. But the lady in the restaurant every morning when I picked up the baguette, made my day!! Compliments to her!

Camping Le Garrit

We have stayed at Le Garrit before in 2024 camping and thoroughly enjoyed the site and the owners were very friendly and helpful. This stay however in 2026 we stayed in the mobile cabin and, unfortunately due to the high temperature in July was far too uncomfortable and we struggled to enjoy each day. The owners bought a parasol but it would be best to reconstruct this particular cabin with a permanent fixed wooden and outside canopy as, no doubt, our summers will continue to have rising temperatures. We hope to return one day as we find the tranquility of Le Garrit wonderful.
