Lovely basic campsite, which accepts pets, good location for exploring the region and cycling the canal du midi. The trees around the campsite provide welcome shade and delay the sun in the mornings. Friendly atmosphere.
The checkin process needs to be streamlined, as there was much delay for new arrivals or those people wanting to purchase items from the small shop.
Dry dirt pitch surrounding by trees, a good size for a tent or two, plus a vehicle. There was a table and chairs for our usage. Pets accepted and there was a walking area not far away.
The he electricity hook up was only for camping cars, so the recharge of phones needed to happen in the bathroom.

We’re sorry that check-in took a little longer than usual upon your arrival. During the summer months, several guests may arrive at the same time, which can sometimes lead to a short wait at reception, especially when some guests also wish to make purchases in our souvenir shop. We will of course take your comment into account to make this process as smooth as possible. Regarding electricity, electrical connections are available on all pitches: you simply need the appropriate adapter. If you don’t have one, we can lend you an adapter free of charge in exchange for a deposit, directly at reception. So please don’t hesitate to come and ask our team, who would have been happy to provide you with a solution. It was a very pleasant stay! Everything was friendly and extremly clean! Good Information on the welcome meeting....perhaps a little bit fast for non-french- people :-) Very close to Toulouse and a very interesting region.

Just stopped over for 1 night on our journey to Spain. Have stayed many times, great access from motorway, easy check in, clean facilities, intermarche just down the road for fuel and food

Les Violettes is a lovely site that was well maintained and clean throughout. Great stop if you are planning to visit Toulouse, easy access to the canal du Midi to cycle in to the city. Sanitation block excellent and clean with quirky decor.
Electricity supply was very temperamental, kept dropping off and on again at odd times of the day throwing my fridge and heating out every time!
Pithes spacious and well segregated with mature hedges. Most are level, we didn’t need chocks!

Water pressure was a bit too low for washing hair in the right services block. Last week the left block was open and the pressure was good there.

Staff very kind and helpful particularly with bus times etc. You should make more of the convenience of the bus service, particularly with Motorhomers. Also sanitary arrangements were first class.

We organised a late arrival for our stay and the staff were very helpful and accommodating for us. Great communication. The facilities were clean and of a high standard. We would absolutely stay here again.

Facilities were spotless and very modern. The hosts were very helpful and informative. Pitch was a comfortable size with both sun and shade with electric and water close by.
Only that possibly a curfew on the play area later in the evening would benefit the weary travelers situated near the extensive play area.

It's a nice campsite with really good facilities. Lots of toilets and showers (with basins in them) and basins. Nice washing up area and also sinks for the laundry. There is a children's playground on site, a pool (open in the summer season), and a bar too, and in reception there is a small shop. The site is along the road from a large Intermarche supermarket and Boulangerie. We have a dog so it's easy to get to the canal and walk alongside it
My only issue with the site is the water particularly in the washing up area it could be hotter

The roadway through the site is appalling. Try avoiding the major potholes - you can’t!! The pitches are very uneven and muddy. One night is enough!!

Regarding the roadway and the pitches, winter weather can unfortunately make the ground softer and create potholes more quickly, especially with vehicle traffic. We regularly carry out maintenance and improvements, and your comment will be taken into consideration. Concerning the washrooms, they are heated and they are cleaned and maintained regularly. We are sorry if the temperature during your stay made them less comfortable. Thank you again for your comments, which help us improve. That we got charged 5 euro for 1 day internet and only one gadget could use it, Thats the most exspensive of our 4 month trip, and the shower push button lasts about 20 seconds,

Concerning the Wi-Fi, the €5 access per day for one device is a choice we have made. Many guests prefer a calm environment without everyone constantly connected, which helps preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the campsite. For those who need it, the connection remains available as an optional service. Finally, the push-button showers are designed to limit water consumption and avoid unnecessary waste, which is part of our environmental approach.
