Clean facilities and warm showers
Electricity is very expensive. Very noisy at night (road noise, garbage collection at midnight!)

Access road to pitch is very narrow.

The showers, the washing machine and dryer, that he let the 6.5 camper of my parents stay on the small plot.
It was so crowded/tight and a lot of noise from our neighbours. That's why we decided to leave after 1 night, although we payed for 2. We left our bank accounts info, so we could get the money for 1 night back, but we haven't seen it on our bank accounts yet?
That there were places left so last minute.
That we had to leave after 1 night, because it was too crowded and loud. We would like to still get our money back.

Nice smallish rustic campsite. Welcoming hosts, 5 min walk to tram stop to head into Alicante, 7 min walk to beach. Good showers, basic but very clean and spacious and water was hot. Great rustic bar with live music on a Sunday. Pitches spacious and marked out. We extended our stay and will definitely return.
Needs a bit of updating here and there.

Heerlijk verblijf met lekkere temperaturen,schoon sanitair en dicht bij de boulevard en het strand.
Douce vaak problemen met warm water, veel blad van de bomen over de hele plaats

Rumoerige buren met harde muziek en praten tot laat, hier wil ik niet meer naast staan.

It's great to have a separate and very quiet space. Close to the beach. Great restaurant on the site.
Modern furniture and great air conditioner. Fast Wi-Fi. It has all that you need for a short/mid-long stay.
Someone may not like to climb the stairs and low ceiling in the sleeping place. However, wasn't a problem for me (190cm)

De camping is klein en gemoedelijk. Tweede keer dat wij hier verbleven. Dicht bij strand en tram verbinding naar Alicante of andere kan uit Benidorm, Calpe etc. Tijdens SAN Juan veel jongeren die een hoop herrie en troep met zich mee brachten (ook in de nacht) José is altijd erg behulpzaam en hartelijk. De poetsvrouw doet goed werk in die hitte! Goeie wifi😊
Geen groepen jeugd toelaten als er het ‘s nachts geen beheerder aanwezig is en ze aanspreken op de rotzooi die ze maken in sanitair gebouw waar het normaal heel schoon is. 1 collega had er weinig zin in en vond ik erg onvriendelijk. Bij vertrek nog geen tot ziens wat ik erg raar vond na zoveel dagen verblijf.

Some friends stayed in a casita, which had lovely sea views. I loved the inside of these and wish we'd also booked one. However we stayed on a large camping pitch which was close and was also well set up with electricity & water. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay
Gravel pitches which are difficult for pegging the tents. They are big though, we had a car and two tents comfortably sited close to electricity & water. The site is well maintained & quiet

Great site position for the beach and the tram. Unfortunately the site maintenance was lacking. We were without Wi-Fi for nine days. One toilet in the ladies toilet block was permanently closed for repair. A broken tile at the entrance stayed that way during our stay. Also an entire wall was knocked down for work to enlarge the driveway this entailed using a pile driver, big digger etc. All of these issues unfortunately had an affect on our holiday.
More dialogue with your customers. Because if we had known of the plans we would of left the site while the worst of the work was done.

Friendly staff ! Shower and toilets immaculate ! Washing machine and tumble dryer washtur easy to use on the app! Excellent washing up facilities on pitch and several by toilets! Each pitch has own water supply and electricity. The site is located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to to the promenade and local facilities. 😎
Excellent large pitches with own water supply and electricity! Always clean and well maintained we stayed on a newly built pitch the first one as you enter with a private wall ! Excellent 😎

Bonsol has clean bathrooms, pitches are large with water and ehu, nice restaurant, friendly staff, close to beach and tram to Alicante, overall very good.

This is our second visit. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in great surroundings. Close to the beach, the mountains, the shops and the restaurants without all the commercialism of Benidorm. Alicante is lovely and you can easily get there by tram. The facilities are basic but are clean- all you need. The long term visitors are lovely and helpful and welcoming. We loved meeting people from all over Europe
As we left the toilets smelled of drains- maybe you have a blockage that needs sorting
