We have been visiting the site since 2018, returning because of the family friendly environment and beautiful surroundings. However we will no be returning as a result of the atmosphere and lack of services in the campsite compared to previous years
The restaurant and shop was rarely open and when it was we were made to feel uncomfortable by the managers when we visited, so much so that my 8 year old son no longer wanted to go in for ice cream as the manager would stand behind him when he was choosing and sigh at him. We previously used to visit the restaurant or bar every day but didn’t eat there at all this visit and only used the bar on 2 occasions. The menu was very limited and I’m addition the shop was very badly stocked. You could not rely on the shop being open so we used the village store which is not ideal
The accommodation was clean although the terrace was a gander with wood coming apart on the steps and the railing. The BBQ was so old and rusty thst it could not be used

Photos on website are from previous owner, it has gone downhill since then, with promised of improvements for 2024; not great for people in 2023. Raised issues with ‘director’ who kept on saying things will get better next year! I am also still awaiting refund after being billed twice (told at check-in that I had not payed; even though I had, this occurred to a couple of other people i spoke to on the campsite). Overall the location is great and site could be nice of they offer what is advertised on the website!
Very expensive shop/restaurant/kiosk (30-50% higher than 5* Yelloh village sites), shop/restaurant service was rude, not open often and the food was of a low standard. Bins around kids play area were not emptied in the six days we were there (despite being full on day one), this attracted lots of wasps (which stung our 9 year old daughter). Showers and reception full of spider webs. Shower block closest to our pitch was without hotwater for 5 of the 6 days of our stay. Paid account balance 6 weeks before arrival and was made to pay again on check in, now owed a refund but emails go unanswered.
Views and size. Actual pitches and site is lovely.
Distance to the only shower block with hot water, closest one had a ‘fault’ for six days of our stay(up hill with my wife on crutches after damaging her leg).

We were greeted like old friends and we’re made so welcome. Our cottage was well equipped with stunning views across the Burgundy countryside
Nothing to dislike!
The cottage had a covered terrace with far reaching and beautiful views. The heating was really efficient which was important as we were on holiday at the end of the season. Comfortable bed and wonderful to swim in the indoor pool. The campsite staff are exceptional.

We loved the pool and the shady pitches with great views. The campsite has lovely staff. It was mostly younger children when we were there who were well catered for with activities, our teenager was happy with the swimming.

Oude caravan,waarvan de vloer vernieuwd moet worden. Op sommige plaatsen leek het ofdat je er ieder moment doorheen kon zakken.Ook de warande was verzakt.

De camping is prachtig aangelegd en beschikt over leuke speeltoestellen voor kleine kinderen.
Het restaurant scoort op alle gebieden onvoldoende. Het zwembad kan een stevige opknapbeurt gebruiken.
Schitterende plek en de glamling tent was van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douche aanwezig.
Geen negatieve ervaringen wat betreft de accommodatie.

Huisje leuk maar toe aan vernieuwing. Was goed gepoeste bij aankomst (de desinfectiegeur kwam je tegemoet) was ook duidelijk waarom. De vloer op de badkamer bestand uit 1 groot zeil. . Na 2 dagen maakte de desinfectiegeur plaats voor de geur van oude pis. Je wordt verplicht afvak te scheiden maar de containers van het park zijn overvol en worden niet geleegd. Zwembad was in orde, mensen bij de receptie vriendelijk maar wisten het vaak ook niet. Geïnformeerd naar paardrijmogelijkheden, kregen we 3 telefoonnummers ipv dat ze ons hielpen om te kijken wat de mogelijkheden waren.
het verblijf is ons erg tegengevallen. De camping is niet zoals beschreven op de website. Er waren vrijwel geen dieren bij de kinderboerderij (deze waren meegenomen door de vorige eigenaar aldus een medewerker van de receptie) Het 'restaurant' was het meest mistroostige stukje horeca dat ik ooit heb gezien. Overdag gesloten en zeer beperkte keuze. De uitbater was onverzorgd en had er duidelijk geen zin in. Poolbar was gewoon gesloten hele vakantie. animatie deed hun best maar er ontbrak duidelijkheid en iemand die het aanstuurde. Blij dat we na een week naar huis konden.

Wij hebben wegens omstandigheden 2 maanden van te voren moeten annuleren. De camping had toegezegd de aanbetaling terug te storten, hier ook verschillende stukken voor aangeleverd. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Zeer slechte service en communicatie.
