Had a great time at this campsite. The pool is lovely; the staff were great, especially Karolina the restaurant manager, and Michael the chef. The food was amazing! Lovely chilled atmosphere, in a great location.
Would be great to have a bigger supermarket in the neighbourhood

We stayed in the cheapest cabin at the end of the camping. Felt a bit set to side, far down with no view. Absolut best to wish cabin farther up.
Smal but had all you needed. Would absolut chose a next level at the cabin next time. Tried to change but was no availibel.
Felt a bit old. The teress would need a renewal. The bed was to short (190cm mal dosent fit).

The facilities were great, the children enjoyed the water slides and pool, everything was clean and pleasant.
It would be helpful if checkout time was a bit later, to give us time to pack up at a leisurely pace.

We had a lovely stay, the site is very well kept and the amenities are great, specially the pool area and the slides.
We had problems with the barrier not reading our car licence plate.

Lovely wildlife, natural pitches which encourages the birds and butterflies, wild mint etc.
The sanitary block was very unpleasant to use due to foul smelling drains. They were also a long way from the pitch. Woman at cafe was rude and impatient. Food was substandard.

Le manque d'animation durant la deuxième semaine du 20 au 26 (animations annulées soirée humouriste/ mini disco). La literie: voyant le tarif élevé nous pensions bénéficier d'une meilleure literie (coussins tachés, pas de drap housse fourni, et matelas très peu épais) L'eau chaud était quasi inexistante.

Super camping, très propre. Bien situé. Piscine impeccable, restauration top. Personnel gentil. Camping silencieux.
Il est neuf
Trop petit pour 4 personnes. Manque de vaisselle, rajouter saladier,mugs, grille pains… La terrasse est trop petite et impossible de mettre les chiliennes dessus. C’est fort dommage.

Village hôtelier très calme, très bien situé, très agréable d'avoir de la jolie végétation, les mobilhomes sont très récent et très bien équipés donc on a envie de bien les entretenir ! De belles prestations sont proposées comme la restauration, la grande piscine et ses toboggans, sa laverie!
Cela tient beaucoup des animateurs mais la partie animation pour les enfants devrait être retravaillée! Tout comme les animations du soir proposées par les animateurs du camping.
Il y a tout dans ces beaux mobilhomes! Très bien équipés, le fait qu'ils soient neufs et surtout modernes, impacte sur notre confort et bien être.
Peut être rajouter "une raclette" dans la douche pour mieux entretenir !

La situation géographique au coeur du pays basque, le réseau de bus présent à la sortie du camping qui dessert bien les alentours. Un camping familial, la gentillesse du personnel, son efficacité, la piscine où il n'est pas nécessaire de se battre pour avoir un bain de soleil
