Our trip was an adventure but a lot of fun.
Our car broke down, the weather was bad and it was cold.
The tent was great and the beds very comfortable. The Kitchen had all necessary tools.
Cause it’s a tent there isn’t much privacy, but since we were all very good friends it wasn’t a problem.

Everything is well organised for a relaxing time
Dont agree with the "tight trunks"law for the adults only pools but it is their rule and the indoor pool only for 4year olds,seems a bit strange

Inconsistent temperature of hot water in showers. Would suggest adult only area, particularly for motorhome vacationers.

On site restaurants very good and direct access to beach. Everything was very clean. Great stay. We have been many times on holiday at serignan plage and it never disappoints.

All the facilities and excellent evening shows, ideal for young and old . Quiet and relaxing and great friendship staff.
Cycle path as was a little concerned with all the cyclists / scooters mixing amongst the walkers and children running about .
All very good . We were a 3 generation family . Grandparents, children and grandchildren. No facility to say that in “ type of stay” so saying it here . Very suitable for 3 generation families .

We had a wonderful stay, the resort has such great facilities, and the girls adored the kids club - they did such a great job with the entertainments.
Hard to come up with anything! It would have been nice to order the BBQ ahead of time, rather than having to call when we arrived and pay in cash. But that is only a minor thing! Also a bit of a heads up to remind new visitors that we need to book kid's club 3 days ahead on the app would have been nice.
Very good, loved the living area, and kitchen with everything you could need.
Only comment would be the shower head is none adjustable so I ended up holding it, and the bathroom was a bit pokey compared to other places we have stayed but really didn't affect the holiday much - we still had a ball.

Located beside a fabulous beach, beautifully maintained campsite, bakery, butcher and shop onsite were very good. Entertainment by the main animations team was excellent.
Restaurants were okay, not amazing, not terrible. Entertainment on the nights the animation team were off was only okay.
Everything we needed, loved having bikes included.
Main bedroom is right but didn’t disrupt us too much.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to return next year. For us the number one benefit was the safe environment for our 11 year old daughter and her friends to spend time together with independence away from the constant oversight of parents. The facilities were very clean, will organized and not missing any amenity.
Some small things which would improve the stay for us (travelling by plane so limited on packing space). 1. The option to rent beach towels 2. A paid service to change the towels and bedding on request 3. A paid option to buy just the sufficient cleaning products for 1 week (dishwasher tablets, dish detergent, hand soap, floor cleaner, etc)
The size, functionality, location and cleanliness of the accommodation were ideal for our needs
A small but painful detail. The circuit breaker box in the toilet room is set too low in the wall. Both my wife and I separately banged our heads on it very hard when standing up from using the toilet. Talking to other friends they had also had a similar issue. It is is also white on white, so in low light it is not immediately obvious to consciously avoid it. As a low cost temporary solution, I recommend adding some high visibility foam tape to decrease the chance and severity of any injury.

Cleaning products: we always leave a small starter kit with dishwasher pods, and refills are available for sale in our small on-site grocery shop. Our first stay at Yelloh Village although we have stayed at Serignan Nature but could'nt get in for this trip. Special mention for Arnoud at reception who managed to find a pitch for our second week at the last minute at Serignan Nature.
Spacious pitch with good facilities only 50 yards from the beach. Excellent and very well maintained sanitaire block close by.
Night entertainment a little loud for our taste but that's probably a generational thing.

The lay-out, the organisation and the cleanliness was really impressive.
The pitch size was good and having all services very beneficial.
When booking online, I had wanted to stay for two weeks, but the booking platform stated that the proposed type of plot was only available for ten days. However, when we were leaving we noted there were numerous pitches available. As we had made alternative plans, we left.

Beautiful setting, clean and felt very safe. Staff were brilliant and the entertainment was great. The shop and bakery etc were brilliant. Pool areas were perfect for our two young boys.
Check out instructions need to be clearer. As we are first timers we needed to know about the fact sheets and towels etc should be put in the orange bag. Also good to know what the checkout appointment entails.
Great terrace area. Comfortable and clean.
Smoke alarm is very sensitive! Had an ant infestation issue on the ceiling.

Balneo, Pool, Beach, Bakery, Shops, Security amazing and all staff friendly as ever. The bike hire included too was a super extra.
Entertainment too loud in the evening, many people come for relaxing and listen to the sea but it did not go on too late and I had a baby, I'm sure many others enjoy it.
It was superb.
If i had to find a negative table too big for inside, we ate outside mostly and it was a hazard for the 1 year old with its metal edges at their head height.
