Hopefully it would have been OK, but we'll never know.
Having booked flexi I would have liked to be able to cancel as suggested, I stayed instead for the night at another seasonova site fir ongoing travel arrangements, only to find I was not going to get any refund.
Hello Sir, As stated when you made your reservation, cancellations and modifications to your stay are possible up to 7 days before your arrival without providing proof. However, if you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, we require proof. You canceled a few hours before your arrival without providing us with proof. Therefore, we have not refunded you. Everything is stated on the website and in the confirmation email you received with the attached documents.

Welcoming and accommodating staff who couldn't be more helpful. Site well kept. Pool great and able to swim and use BBQ during our stay. Very clean and well maintained.
Only v small niggle which is just about French toilets not having toilet seats. Showers a little small and could have done with an extra hook to hang things while showering. Bar also closed quite early although did mean it was quiet at night.
Loads of space and shade in the pitch.

We have stayed here on our way home for many years now, the site has made many improvements over the years and we are extremely happy with them.

What a wonderful campsite, and very friemdly team. Lovely warm indoor pool. Good power electricity. Great toilets and nice hot showers, and everywhere in spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend a d we'll definitely be back.
Only suggestion would be more selection of drinks at the bar.

Not allow large groups of teenagers ,they were very disputing,rude and arrogant.The manager was constantly trying to keep them in order ,trying to avoid them effecting other guests but the group leader didn't seem to be able to control them . If you allow big groups of teenagers there must be rules that they need to follow as it did spoil our initial day on site.

The pitches are generous with electricity and water close by. The toilet block was very close, modern and kept very clean.

Lovely campsite ideally located for touring Normandy, it's within walking distance to village & harbour with plenty of bars & restaurants Very clean & tidy. Would definitely stay again 😁

The size of the pitch was superb, facilities excellent.
Access to hand dryers or paper towels in toilet block. Caravan access on to pitch very tight.... Will struggle if no motor mover.

Tree on pitch needs lower branches pruned to accommodate height of motorhome. We were on pitch 66. Otherwise all good

Having traveled from Yorkshire via Newhaven to Dieppe on the hottest day in the country we needed a well deserved pit stop. Seasonova Etennemare were well accommodating. We stayed 1 night used the pool to freshen up for our onward journey.
I like the grass on campsite to be kept short, needing cutting. The toilet/ shower facilities are clean and good but confusing using 2 separate buildings also cubicles on the small side

The campsite was excellent. Although large with many pitches they are set out in a way that the pitches feel much more private (we were in a section with 4 pitches). We were placed right next to the toilets and the swimming pool but it never felt too loud or crowded despite there being many families at the weekends. The site is clean and extremely well maintained and the staff are great. They offer a really nice range of pizzas at the weekend as well as drinks and ice creams during the rest of the week.
Our pitch was quite sloped at one end meaning we struggled to find the space for our tent, awning, and car. This could be flattened quite easily. Other pitches looked fantastic though. No seats in the lavatories. When you are camping for 2 weeks, this becomes quite frustrating

Nice tent (junior lodge), lots of space around it also. Clean sanitary (toilets bit outdated) , nice pool, attentive staff and lovely area to bike.
There is only free wifi at the reception or else paid. I think it would be a "normal" service these days if there is free wifi on the whole campsite

L'environnement est agréable, l'espace détente juste à côté de la piscine permet de surveiller les enfants tout en profitant du soleil.
L'arrivé à partir de 16h est un peu tard et le départ avant 10h est trop top.
L'espace pour circuler et se positionner, avec une grande caravane, est grand et permet de bien manoeuvré. (Caravane double essieux, avec déplace caravane)

Bonjour, Vous avez dû mal comprendre. L'arrivée à 16h et le départ à 10h concerne les mobil home. Vous étiez en emplacement vous pouviez donc arriver à partir de 14h et partir pour 12h. Bonne journée

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful. It was useful have a shop where we could order our baguettes and croissants for the next day.
The pitches are bigger than normal and I especially liked the small hedges separating the pitches, which afforded you privacy.
I have arthritis and cannot walk very far. The reason I booked your site was because I read on your website that you offer a free shuttle bus into the village. I was disappointed to find that you only offer this service in July and August. This should be made clear on your website
