We currently have two types of electrical sockets across the campsite: French sockets and European CEE sockets. Your pitch was therefore equipped with a French connection rather than an “old-style” socket. Depending on your equipment, an adaptor may consequently be required. For guests who do not have one, adaptors are available to borrow or purchase at Reception. We also take note of your comment regarding the price of the Wi-Fi service. Regarding the gate access code, we understand that receiving it before arrival could seem more convenient. However, for security reasons and to ensure proper control of access to the campsite, the code is only provided to our guests upon arrival and check-in at Reception. Regarding the toilets, we understand that the absence of toilet seats can be unusual for some guests. This is a deliberate choice in our shared sanitary facilities, as it allows for simpler and more thorough cleaning and disinfection. Finally, while water points are shared and therefore not directly beside every pitch, we’re pleased to read that this did not cause you any particular inconvenience. Regarding the snack and bar, your stay took place outside the main summer season. St-Valery-En-Caux is a very pleasant town to visit for a few days.
Excellent! We would be happy to stay again at the campsite.
Only problem we noted was that the heavy wooden lid to the outdoor kitchen was in danger of falling suddenly, due to the stay supporting the lid becoming unscrewed. We did not use the kitchen and reported the problem to Reception.

Our first stay in France but compared to uk campsites very laid back seemingly no rules !
There’s a walkway that cuts through the back of pitches could be improved path wise … more access to water on pitches
Was fairly peaceful nice to see the animals pigs , goats chickens and a duck Nice to get fresh bread but needs to be clearer in other languages
Paths a bit rough in places , needs better signage in other languages quiet a bit of dog poo in grass areas Football being kicked about came onto and behind our vans ! 😡

We do have campsite rules in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy their holiday while respecting other guests and the facilities. We are sorry to read about the dog mess on some grass areas. Dog owners are of course expected to clean up after their pets, and unfortunately we cannot always witness every individual incident. The same applies to footballs being kicked close to or behind caravans: children are welcome to play, but this should always be done with respect for other guests and their pitches. We also take note of your comments regarding the paths, signage in different languages and access to water points. These are useful suggestions as we continue to improve the campsite and make information clearer for our international guests. We’re glad that you nevertheless found the campsite fairly peaceful and enjoyed several aspects of your first camping experience in France. We liked the bar, the staff and the facilities- and- the pigs of course! The pizzas were delicious and a fair price.
Please please please replace the classical music loop in the toilet blocks! It drove me crazy!

I think the tents need slightly improvement. I felt the isolation at night could be better and the zip to close the tent should be fixed.

Keep some stock in the bar for those staying at the end of your season. It’s not the end of season for people on Holliday who want to enjoy a drink.

Our bar therefore remains open and stocked, although the choice may be slightly more limited than during July and August. The pitches were easily accessible and well looked after. The swimming pool was a big hit with our 7yr old granddaughter. The food and drinks from the bar were very nice as were the bar staff. All in all would I come back? Absolutely.

We had a lovely welcome on a wet day from the lady receptionist,
We unfortunately stayed in a newly developed area but it was far from ready. The access road was very poor and the hedges had yet to grow so there was no privacy at all. Whilst the hedges are growing I would suggest the site put temporary fencing in. We felt very uncomfortable staying and in fact left early.

We would, however, like to put your **1/10 ratings for the pitch and comfort** into context. You stayed in a **newly developed area of Camping Seasonova Etennemare**. The pitches are fully operational and equipped, but the landscaping is naturally still young. The hedges have been planted and are growing, so they cannot yet provide the same level of privacy as mature hedges elsewhere on the campsite. This does not, however, mean that the pitches are “not ready”. We understand that you would have preferred more privacy, but we have deliberately chosen **natural planting rather than temporary artificial fencing**, allowing this new area to develop gradually and sustainably. Regarding the access road, we acknowledge that improvements are still possible and this area will continue to evolve. We therefore regret that these points resulted in ratings of **1/10 for both the pitch and comfort**, particularly as the pitch itself was spacious, serviced and fully usable throughout your stay. We are nevertheless pleased to see that you gave positive ratings to **our welcome, services and cleanliness**, and we thank you for recognising the work of our team. Great site with excellent amenities. Relaxed vibe. Safe for children to roam. Close to some great visits and 10 minute walk from the local seaside town.
2 hour lunch break for the bar/cafe/food place. 12-2. Also turn of f the kids slide at the same time.

Came for a long weekend stay with some friends. We were made to feel welcome from the moment of our arrival. The camp site was well maintained and the facilities were to a decent standard. The town of Saint Valery-En-Caux was lovely with plenty of bars, cafes and independent shops. I will definitely come back someday.
Sanitiser in the toilets to wipe the seat. I have only seen this in one other place in France. That was at your Pont-Du-Jour site. I think it’s a very good idea. It creates a bit of comfort when using the facilities.
