Clean, peaceful and right next to lake. Lots of bus stops. Easy cycling. Friendly

What a lovely campsite. All facilities were spotlessly clean, nice hit showers & the staff in reception and around the site are very friendly. The little beach, a short walk from the site is beautiful with crystal clear water.
Electricity never tripped. The pitch had its own tap for walk and a drain a big pitch with plenty of space.

Setting was lovely and friendly staff.
Update facilities and stock shop more as it's not near any other shops.
2nd pitch we moved to was much better and quiet which was nice.
Didn't like the 1st pitch. Too crowded and noisy but reception allowed us to choose another pitch without any issue.
Bonjour, nous ne comprenons pas votrenotation. Vous dites que l'accueil et le personnel est sympathique et vous notez 6/10??? Concernant l'épicerie elle est ouverte en Juillet et Août, donc à cette époque il est normal de ne pas avoir beaucoup de produits. Le 1er magasin est à 4 kms ce que ne me parait pas très éloigné. Nous vous avons permis de changer d'emplacement à votre convenance, je ne vois pas ce que nous aurions pu faire de plus...

Bonjour, Concernant l'électricité il s'agissait d'une coupure générale du réseau EDF sur la région nous ne pouvons pas rien faire pour ça. Concernant la restauration, notre site internet stipule bien que tout est ouvert en Juillet/Août. Merci

There are no signs to the campsite from the road. Also advice on which ferries can be accessed over the Seine would be very helpful

Bonjour, pour les bacs de seine (ferries) nous indiquons sur notre site internet qu'il est préférable de prendre le pont de brotonne ou les ponts de rouen. Pour l'emplacement, si celui que vous aviez ne vous convenait pas il fallait venir nous voir pour que l'on vous change. Cordialement

Excellent bathroom facilities. Large pitches great for children. Watersports. No bar on site
Don’t pitch next to bathroom or park if you like an early night. Definitely stay again

Too many rats on the pitch, a couple of days without toiletpaper and dirty toilets. Some days the toilets were cleaned 3 times a day, and other days 0 or 1.

Bonjour, Concernant les "nuisibles", nous nous en excusons étant à côté d'un lac il est compliqué de ne pas avoir de rats ou autres rongeurs nous procédons à l'éliminiation de ceux-ci lorsque nous savons d'où ils viennent, nos équipes sont très attentives à ce sujet. Concernant les sanitaires, ils sont bien nettoyés deux fois par jours tous les jours comme en témoignent les feuilles de passages où nos salariés marques leurs heures de passages (elles sont affichées dans les sanitaires). Toilet block had a few leaks while we stayed there, maybe a couple more showers and & toilets needed.
The site and pitch size are good with full service on the plot. Site is very quiet. We would stay again.
Only the leaks in the toilet, but Ihats just unlucky timing on our part.

Very friendly staff, lots of nice activities for the children, unique setting (lake, lots of space, trees .. ). Possibility to eat French fries, drink good coffee .. and the sanitary is very clean. There was also a security guard at night !! WE WERE VERY VERY SATISFIED !! Keep in mind: if you want Wifi you need to pay for it.

Travelled with wife and kids to this campsite. Just for a couple of days and it was very nice. You can visit several beautiful cities and villages

Nice campsite, the only thing I would consider is to clean the toilets and hot water for showers. Otherwise lovely place to stay.
If your a golfer, great golf course within walking distance.
Need to have a bigger shop for supplies.
Bonjour, L'eau chaude fonctionne parfaitement dans les sanitaires et pour la propreté nous passons nettoyer régulièrement, mais nous ne sommes pas à l'abri d'incivilités.
