We stayed in one of the lodges. It was comfortable and well equipped. The other accommodations looked interesting too - quirky and fun. The site was well layed out and the lake was gorgeous. The immediate area is great for walking, swimming and cycling. We'll be back

This is our second year camping at the Montagn'arts festival. Last year we were in a tent really close to everything, and this year we were much further away in a tent space next to friends who rented a cabin. Both have their perks. One of the best parts about this campground is the stream that meanders through the sites- the children can explore all day without parents worrying about them. Even though there is water and it is well shaded, there are no mosquitoes, so we could enjoy being outside all day and into the evening. We would like to come back when there is no festival some time.
We were happy that our friends had a cabin with a bathroom, if they did not, the public bathrooms were WAY to far away from our site for a family with younger children.

The site is beautiful, there are lots of trees and creeks all over. There is a lake to bath on and every from the staff we interacted with was lovely and helpful
there are way to many pitches and tends and very close to each other. people were respectful, so not too much of an issue but some more privacy and quietness would have been nice
clearly indicated, flat area, close to sanitary instalations.
not an issue for us, but some stayers i think had to go as their pitchs floodes as it rained a bit during our stay. not a lot of "common areas" which would have been nice to shelter during a rainy stay

Lovely campsite and good base for walking. June is the time to see the alpine flowers, particularly Col d’Hurtieres. Handy village shop.and restaurant. Avoid the triathlon weekend (late June) if you’re there for peace and quiet.
Clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen stuff. A dish drying rack would be a useful addition. The cabins ‘sans sanitaire’ do not come with deckchairs/Sun loungers, so take your own if you’re travelling by car.
For those travelling by foot, it would be helpful if it was possible to hire deckchairs.

ikzelf ga al 43 jaar ! naar camping valbonheur.en nu mijn 3 kinderen met kleinkind ook.mijn kinderen zijn daar elk jaar zowat opgegroeid.en worden het nooit beu.de natuur de rust de zuivere berglucht en de luxe van de camping maken het compleet.zowel voor de jeugd als voor de ouderen van alles te doen.en heel kindvriendelijk.ik ben dankbaar dat ik hier zelfs nog op mijn oude dag kan blijven komen.en het personeel is top en heel behulpzaam..

Dommage que certaines règles ne soient pas respecté. Les chiens doivent être tenu en laisse mais beaucoup divaguent et viennent narguer le votre qui est attaché sur votre emplacement (weekend du trail)

Camping en pleine nature, avec laquelle s'harmonisent parfaitement les mobil-homes, et très bien aménagé.
Les mobil-homes ne sont pas tous équipés de barrière de sécurité sur leur terrasse, ce qui peut être un problème pour les familles avec jeunes enfants.

Le cadre naturel du camping toujours très agréable et calme … en semaine (en septembre) ...
Camping autrefois paisible (nous y venons tous les ans depuis 10 ans), mais depuis le changement de propriétaires, les week-ends de septembre sont devenus bruyants. Salle des fêtes utilisée pour des anniversaires/fêtes avec musique à fond non stop dès la fin de matinée, jusqu’à 22h avec l’accord de la direction. Le slogan promet un "havre de paix où l'on peut se ressourcer loin du tumulte de la vie quotidienne.", mais la réalité est tout autre. Un conseil : fuyez ce camping les week-ends si vous cherchez le vrai calme de la nature qui entoure ce lieu néanmoins magique.
Le cadre naturel du camping toujours très agréable, les emplacements et locations bien entretenus et l’environnement, propices au repos… en semaine (pour parler du mois de septembre)... Le calme qu’on peut y trouver en dehors des week-ends rappelle ce qu’était ce lieu avant le changement de propriétaires. Dommage que cette qualité de séjour ne soit plus au rdv
