We initially booked for 4 nights but extended several times. We love the pool, the bread and croissants from the bar/restaurant, the take out pizzas, the large campervan-friendly emplacements, the clean sanitaires and the overall friendliness of the staff. St. Jean de Luz is only a 4km bike ride away but the surrounding area of Erromardie, including the beach, is very pretty.
Some campervan chemical supplies in the shop eh the Thetford (or similar) range.

Clean and cared for by the maintenance team. It is perfectly positioned with access to the coast. A nice feeling to the site, professional yet friendly.

We love everything at the site. It was also a delight to find the pool open for a few extra days of good weather.
We couldn’t find our cupboard with the cleaning bits and bowl for the sink. We think it needs a handle to make it more obvious - but this is just a tiny detail.
Very well appointed, comfortable and in excellent condition.
We do bring our own kettle and some larger mugs - but that may be just our preference.

Private toilet/shower block was a real plus. Proximity to coastal walks. On-site restaurant (though we found the waitress:manager officious and a little intimidating due to her manner)
Stop the Group system sending out a message to ask what time we’d like to arrive after 12 noon. We said 13.15/13.30 and the Reception only opened after 14.00, so we were hanging around for an hour.
Private bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful.

This is our 4th year at this site. The chalet was spotless clean as usual. The site is well managed and has good facilities.

Lovely location and weather
More common sense attitude to dogs. Despite coming to the campsite for the last 11 years and sometimes twice a year we shall not be coming back as you have told us our two dogs are not welcome together. As together they weigh less than 15kg (one is only 4kg) you could take a more common sense approach. Whilst I appreciate that you don’t want 2 large dogs on-site as ours are so small I find your attitude unfair.

Lovely campsite located in walking distance and very close to a very good surf break and beach. Nice facilities on site if a little basic. Friendly staff and good in house entertainment each night. Better for younger children than teenagers in terms of activities and entertainment and the games area shut quite early and is quite small for older children.Very good communication and online App made the booking side very easy.
Keeping the football and basketball ball area open a little later than 8pm and opening it a little earlier than 10am would have been great. It was still very light at 8pm and our boys would’ve happily played until about 9pm. It is also cooler later in the day as is often too hot to play in the daytime.
Excellent accommodation and very comfortable.
The plastic walls of the decking were very hard to roll up, I had to do this myself which was very hard, by the time the maintenance manager came I had done a temporary job using surfboard leaches to hold the front flaps up. The hob extractor fan did not work. We only found this after 3 days when we first went to use it and were worried to report it because we feared we would be charged for it even though we had nothing to do with it not working.

Have stayed at this venue for many years and it’s still a great place to spend a holiday. The site team are friendly, welcoming and helpful particularly at reception, when arriving after a long journey they speedily process our booking so we can enter our accommodation. There is a bistro/bar on site severing food and drinks till late with hot croissants and bread available in the morning.The couple who presently run the establishment put on a speciality food evening once a week in addition to the usual menu.
The Mediterranee mobile home we use is always clean,well appointed and air conditioned which was a boon this summer.

The toilet/shower area could be improved, is a bit basic for a 4 star camping, and the shop (épicerie) is really limited.

Great site, very well laid out. Great pitch. Easy access to the sea and a lovely pool. Very clean and well kept. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
The menu at the restaurant could be improved for our taste. Too much 'fast food'. Would have enjoyed some more traditional French cooking with meat and fish with vegitables etc.

Pleasant stay. Minor point is that swimming pool opens at 10.00 hours, 09.00 hours should be more convenient for the tempoararily visitors of the park and closing time 20.00 hours instead of 19.00 hours. Playground closes at 20.00 hours, 21.00 hours should be nice for the kids.

Maybe an option to adjust the cutlery, e.g. flat blades and cheese blade.

It was a pitch, and i love that we were part of the campsite mixed in with all other types of accommodation in a lot of the smaller campsites all campervans and tents are together so you feel you are just staying in a field
