"Peaceful riverside pitch"
Great location by the river Verdon. The pool was clean and refreshing on the hot days. The services were clean. The site staff were friendly.

It was sometimes difficult to find site staff

"Lovely Area"
Nice campsite in great location

I have never been to a campsite either in England or In Europe where you must be through the entrance barrier in 10 seconds or the barrier gate comes down and hits the caravan. Twice this happened to me. I have a large caravan which I was carefully taking through a tight entrance and a tight turn afterwards. All other sites have a barrier with a sensor. It needs to be renewed or more time given.

Pitch and countryside

Entrance barrier. It’s not good enough to say that you must be through the barrier in 10 seconds or it will hit your caravan. My caravan and car is worth too much money to scrape the sides or hit to posts because I had to hurry. I could not go faster for safety so was hit by the barrier on arrival and on leaving. My wife was frightened to take the car out on her own because that would have meant getting out of the car, going around to the other side to enter the the code

very friendly, lovely location with lots to do in area, our bungalow was really cosy

Review Bungalow without toilet block

would have liked the shower to be mounted on the wall, lots of hot water. The hot and cold water in the wash basin was the wrong way around. A small sharp knife would have been useful.
