The owners were very kind and helpful when our inverter broke on the first night and did all they could to provide heat for us . They also waived the cost of my husband staying one night in order to repair the problem. The food in the restaurant is delicious and they even gave us free mulled wine one evening so we got to know some of the other campers. They worked tirelessly to clear the unprecedented amount of snow every morning. Showers were hot and boot room warm . All facilities were clean every day . I would definitely visit again .

A beautiful setting, away from the bustle of the 'apres ski' circus, Les Lanchettes is a genuine part of the local community, a place where Myriam and Francois have always made me feel welcome. Stunning in both Summer and Winter, a great place to stay. Where else can I ski de fonde for sunrise and alpine ski a full day.....That's why I'm heading back to Lanchettes in March!!
Comfortable affordable accommodation with a great view up the valley. Chalet is warm and well appointed with enough equipment to self cater. Car parking next to the chalet and a short walk to the bus stop and bar/restaurant

It was a great place to go skiing, nordinc skiing and do hikes. The hosts are great and they have a very cosy restaurant where we enjoyed the food
The views are great, the showers are clean, practical to have the sky locker.

As a returning customer I love these cosy chalets set in a beautiful national park with access to winter sports and hiking. The onsite bar and restaurant was great and the menu whilst small in choice was varied and excellent quality and great value for money.
Chalets have a basic supply of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. In mine, there were some super new cooking pans for my one pot meals. The chalet was spacious and clean. There was plentiful hot water and ability to alter room temperatures.
The tin opener proved too rudimentary for me to master!

The campsite is conveniently situated for the skiing facilities at Les Arcs a short free bus ride away and is situated in a beautiful valley with walks and the national park immediately adjacent.
I cannot think of any improvements because everything was first class.
The accommodation was warm, comfortable and well equiped.

The site has a very good position for the ski resort, actually staying on the mountain rather than down in the valley is good. Nice showers.
Get some heating on in the toilet, washing up room and laundry area the thermostat was set to frost stst and one person was repremanded for turning it up.

No adherance to safe spacing when pitching up, I left space and was told to move over, there was 4ft between us.

Very cool. Had everything we needed, comfy bed, hot shower, warm and great little kitchen /living space. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here in the winter previously and now have stayed in the summer too. Myriam & Francois and Team work so hard to make everyone’s stay so good. Great fresh bread etc in the morning and great pizzas in the evening. Francois assisted us with rental of e-bikes and advised us of a route to see the Tour De France. We will be back again.

The camp site was clean and well managed, in a great location for mountain biking and hiking.
Having more of a shop for produce maybe a future thought as the nearest shop is some distance away.
Nice big pitch that was level so didn't need the ramps.
Grass was a little long and needed a cut, but nothing major.

Clean, well kept site and plenty of showers, toilets and washing facilities. Bar and pizza on site. Definitely coming back.
We used VW Transporter with a rear awning. Fitted perfectly for us

As always staff friendly and helpful. Lanchettes is just a beautiful place.
The ground can be a bit water logged. So more hard standing would be nice.

Had a great two weeks staying at Les Lanchettes, weather from sitting in the sun after skiing, to digging our way out of the van after a heavy snow fall over night, soon the campsite was cleared with the arrival of a snow shovel. Friendly and dedicated staff. A+

The setting was perfect. The views superb. The owners very helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant were delightful. The facilities were excellent and kept clean. We will be back!
