Personally don't particularly like the mixed toilet arrangement. Quite a walk from our pitch to the toilets & showers

Using card, 2 x 5 minute showers a day, 1 minute plenty as water not hot. 1 toilet block closed so very long walk to wash dishes. (Why not just keep dish wash sinks open?) WiFi not usable anywhere.
Pitch large with water and electricity but when raining very muddy.
Not the most interesting location.

The availability of the restroom facilities depends on occupancy rates. Our shower card system helps conserve water, which is a precious resource. The shower water is well heated. Beautiful site, so well cared for and maintained. The site has great facilities, particularly super children’s play equipment and spotless swimming pool. We loved the relaxed, quiet though fun and friendly atmosphere- super entertainment in the evenings too, particularly the magician and children’s theatre show. This was the best campsite out of the 4 we stayed at during our holiday to France with the campervan. We would 100% recommend.
For us it would have been great to have cycle routes to explore from the campsite as our daughter is too young to go on busy roads. There is a bus service outside the campsite providing easy travel to Bayonne and Biarritz, as well as other destinations we didn’t visit.

Beautifully kept site which was very green with plenty of shade during a particularly hot period for our stay. The pool area was very nice and well equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks and managed to go somewhere different every day. Even San Sebastián is in reach using toll roads in an hour or so. Bayonne is a beautiful old town with an abundant number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The Basque museum there is well worth a visit.
We would have appreciated more information about the facilities of the site on arrival but other information provided about surrounding area was very good.
Huge size of pitch and direct waste water connection if you have a hose long enough.. Very helpful on late arrival and staff were quick to respond with any problem found.
Not a fan of unisex toilets and my wife hated no toilet seats. With one block closed, it was a long walk to the one in use..

Took 4 boys to surf school in Biarritz and needed a camp site to enhance the stay
F&B needs a total overhaul, long queues at all times - frustrating customers and loosing a lot of money.

Minder vonden wij de aankomst, weliswaar staat er duidelijk dat je pas om 15.00 uur kunt inchecken, maar het voelt heel ongastvrij dat je dan voor dee poort aan de weg in de brandende zon soms meerdere uren moet wachten voor een gesloten poort. Het moet toch mogelijk zijn iets te creëren waar men voor het inchecken mag staan en eventueel iets kan drinken totdat de receptie open gaat. Een dergelijk ontvangst zou de belevingswaarde forst verbeteren. De huidige ontvangstsituatie hebben we nog nooit eerder zo mee gemakt.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die je van harte welkom heten. Wifi redelijk tit goied. Geen toiletpapier. Sanitaire voorzieningen prima ook de minder valide sanitaire voorzieningen prima. Een geweldig zwembad met veel bubbel/douche attriburen.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Lou P'tit Poun war wie jedes Jahr absolut perfekt. Das Team um Madame Catherine und ihre Mutter ist superfreundlich, hilfsbereit, effizient und immer mit Blick auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste unterwegs. Die Anlage ist gärtnerisch wunderschön gestaltet und wird ständig aufwendig gepflegt, die Stellplätze sind großzügig angelegt . Die Sanitärs sind stets äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Wir lieben diesen Platz und seine Betreiber und werden wiederkommen!

Der Stellplatz ist groß, sehr komfortabel mit der Wasserstelle ( Frischwasser und Brauchwasser) und Strom direkt dabei. Man steht wunderschön unter Bäumen mit Blick in die Natur.
