Fab site - very well managed and maintained. Large pitches with plenty shade.

Beautiful site, so well cared for and maintained. The site has great facilities, particularly super children’s play equipment and spotless swimming pool. We loved the relaxed, quiet though fun and friendly atmosphere- super entertainment in the evenings too, particularly the magician and children’s theatre show. This was the best campsite out of the 4 we stayed at during our holiday to France with the campervan. We would 100% recommend.
For us it would have been great to have cycle routes to explore from the campsite as our daughter is too young to go on busy roads. There is a bus service outside the campsite providing easy travel to Bayonne and Biarritz, as well as other destinations we didn’t visit.

Beautifully kept site which was very green with plenty of shade during a particularly hot period for our stay. The pool area was very nice and well equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks and managed to go somewhere different every day. Even San Sebastián is in reach using toll roads in an hour or so. Bayonne is a beautiful old town with an abundant number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The Basque museum there is well worth a visit.
We would have appreciated more information about the facilities of the site on arrival but other information provided about surrounding area was very good.
Huge size of pitch and direct waste water connection if you have a hose long enough.. Very helpful on late arrival and staff were quick to respond with any problem found.
Not a fan of unisex toilets and my wife hated no toilet seats. With one block closed, it was a long walk to the one in use..

Took 4 boys to surf school in Biarritz and needed a camp site to enhance the stay
F&B needs a total overhaul, long queues at all times - frustrating customers and loosing a lot of money.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, pitch was best we have had and the facilities were clean and plentiful - would definitely recommend and return. Ignore any negative reviews, it was really great four nights

Pitches where large and well marked. Grass and bushes were trimmed and tidy. Pool area was really fresh and fairly new. There are water slides and a bar and snack area by the pool but we didn't get to experience these as they were only open from 1st July. There are plenty of swings etc for kids, a tennis court, volleyball court and boules pitches. There is even a rope bridge adventure area for the bigger kids. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The showers required a card to make them work which I found challenging on the first use....and you still need to keep pressing the dreaded push button water tap??

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un super séjour. Etant labellisés Clef verte depuis de nombreuses années, nous sommes soucieux de notre environnement. C'est pour cette raison que nous avons mis en place cette année ce système de carte pour les douches qui permet de respecter notre environnement. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Super séjour dans un camping familiale. Jeux aux 4 coins du camping permettant une occupation quotidienne. Sanitaires avec carte pour la gestion de eaux (au top!). Magnifique piscine évitant la gestions des bobos de nos enfants (toujours des transats de dispo). Personnel souriant à disposition
Les animations du soir (quand nous restons plusieurs semaines d'affilées). Animations du club enfant (proposition de fabrication de sapins de noël = donc explication que ce n'est pas tout de suite noël à nos enfant :D)
très beaux emplacements, grand, avec herbe sans cailloux. Camping très arboré, très apprécié des coups de chaud comme nous avons eu.

Un superbe camping bien entretenu Un vaste emplacement avec salle d’eau privative, frigidaire et point d’eau pour laver la vaisselle. Au top bien pensé bien agencé moderne.
Un gros bémol sur l’accueil à peine bonjour, aucune explication sur la vie au camping, activités, …un non point pour le. Placier en golfette le seul avec le sourire. Les toilettes de la salle d’eau privative méritent d’être nettoyées plus en profondeur, le papier toilette du client précédent enlevé. C’est un quatre étoiles donc un peu plus d’attention est requis.

L’emplacement, son calme et sa grande taille. L’espace aquatique et les installations pour les enfants.
Les sanitaires sont très éloignés de ces emplacements. Pas pratique pour des familles. Le système de carte pour se doucher et une pression très faible sous la douche. Difficile de se laver les cheveux pour une femme.

Excellent. Pour notre 1er séjour au Pays Basque nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné au camping Lou P'tit Poun. Le complexe est plaisant, calme et verdoyant. Un grand MERCI à la direction pour sa bienveillance et l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons eut, sans oublier la gentillesse du personnel. Merci à tous !!
Peut-être des moustiquaires pour dormir là fenêtre ouverte quand il fait chaud.m 😉
