Loved the natural environment. The location is superb for hiking. Fabulous boulangerie in the town.
We had a motorhome pitch with electricity. Lovely location.

Fantastic site and location but weather spoilt it for us as no hardstand pitches which with amount of rain caused issues
When paying for a premium pitch with private facilities I would expect to not have to walk through mud to get anywhere. These pitches should at least be offering hardstand please

We only stayed a very short while, arriving at around 7pm and leaving at 8am the next day, however I thoroughly enjoyed the campsite. The site is beautifully landscaped, with different trees and shrubs partitioning off the emplacements, and little chalets and comfort emplacements distributed throughout the site to make it feel more integrated. The facilities were immaculate and well laid out. The bar was a lovely place to have an Aperol in the evening. The family-focussed atmosphere felt very relaxed.
None, really! Our emplacement was a little muddy but we did book *very* last minute (so I think it was being given a chance to dry out before we went and booked it) and we were in a camper van so I don't feel it detracted from our stay.
The site was beautifully landscaped, the facilities were extremely clean (and all round great), a relaxed atmosphere.

Size of the campsite, quiet stay, nice pool
The sanitary building was not ok for a 5* Camping site. It was not very clean, no towels at all, no soap on most days, no water pressure and durable temperatures in the showers, no deposits for things.

The pool was a god send, lovely restaurant small bar but pricey but hey it’s a holiday !.. shower a laundry all good 7€ for wash simple card payment - not much else around but as it was so hot (34degs) we only managed a walk up to the source of Mosel about 40-50 mins walk steady incline all way
Better shop on site as very poor and could not find anything local - messed up our bakery order as well 😬

The campsite is really great. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds and the swimming pool.
The house offered plenty of space in and in front of it and we enjoyed the garden in front of it Super restaurant
No icing compartment in the refigerator No toilet in the second floor. Although we knew it, we missed it. Especially when you are older and have to go down the steep stairs No Shower, squeaking doors in the second floor are disturbing at night. The wooden floor in the bedrooms crunches very loud which is not fun in the night, when someone has to go down to the toilet. The stairs are too steep for older people We nevertheless enjoyed the stay, but frankly speaken, there is mismatch between price and building status and equipment of Julie, which reflects the status of the building year

Il n’y avait pas de wifi à l’emplacement. Dans les toilettes il n’y a rien pour se sécher les mains. Pour obtenir du papier toilette, c’est une loterie. Dans les douches il n ‘ y a rien pour poser son gel douche. Il manque aussi un sèche cheveux.
Proximité des sanitaires.
Comme il s’agit d’un camping 5 étoiles ouvert à l’année, il faudrait rendre les emplacements moins boueuses. (drainage?) Les allées sont déjà étroites, alors il faut couper les haies pour qu’elles ne les rende encore moins praticables.

ein Sanitärhäuschen mit 4 Toiletten pro Geschlecht erscheint mir zu wenig, die Wegführung zur Vermeidung von Gegenverkehr, könnte besser ausgeschildert werden
grosse Plätze, der Campingplatz ist sehr weitläufig
die Plätze mit eigener Campingplatz-Dusche/Toilette sind neben dem einzigen Sanitärhäuschen, verständlich aus Sicht des Bauherrn (kürzere Leitungen), die Camper ohne eigene Campingplatz-Dusche/Toilette haben die weitesten Wege, wenn sie nicht über anderer Leute Plätze laufen wollen. Bei so grossen Plätzen wäre ein weg von Aussen zum Häuschen leicht möglich, so aber läuft man lange Strecken im Kreis

Endroit à découvrir. Très bien accueilli. Une petite rivière passant dans le camping, ce qui est très agréable. Tout y est pour passer un séjour agréable

Das wenig Leute auf dem Platz waren, man hatte seine Ruhe. In der Hochsaison wird alles sehr eng. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr gut, das Essen war sehr gut und llecker
SPA Bereich ist zu teuer. In der ausgehändigten Broschüre wir ein Preis für 20,00EUR genannt, bezahlen muss man 25,00EUR, weil gerade die Preise angepasst wurden. Es ist nicht klar geregelt, ob im SPA Kleidung getragen wird oder nicht. Das sorgt bei den Gästen für Irritation.
Ruhiger Stellplatz.
Es wird als Ganzjahrescampingplatz geworben. Dann muss in den Bedingungen erläutert werden, das bei Temperaturen unter dem Gefrierpunkt, die Mietbäder nicht zu nutzen sind. Dies war bei uns für drei Tage der Fall. Es gab trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keinen Discount. Voll bezahlt -> keine volle Leistung erhalten!! Bei Nässe steht man auf den Plätzen im Schlamm, das ist kein Stellplatz Luxe

Kein WLAN , Kinderanimation in den Osterferien auf Homepage wurde versprochen. Es gab leider nichts.
Eigens Bad am Platz toll wenn man es auch nutzen darf. Hat ja schließlich dafür bezahlt.
Nur leider konnte es nicht genutzt werden wegen der kalten Temperaturen. Dafür besteht Verständnis. Eine Entschädigung z. B. in Form eines Spa Eintritts wäre schön gewesen.

Le domaine est très beau, tout est très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très sympa, il y a systématiquement le "bonjour". L'espace bien être est formidable.
Le séjour est très grand. A six, nous avions de la place. Il est très bien équipé et pouvoir un feu de cheminée le soir était très agréable. La literie est confortable.
Pas de congélateur dans le réfrigérateur.
