The spa and pool area was really nice. The Jean Mi restaurant was excellent and Bryan (?) looked after us really well. We really liked the pitches and site layout.
Being asked to move by the gardener so he could cut the grass just after we’d set up camp after a long journey was unreasonable and then he continued anyway with his strimmer flicking stones at our motorhome. The toilet/shower facilities need that extra 10% attention. E.g. cobwebs and cleaning missed. We came from Austria and the difference is evident. The snack bar hours weren’t listed and it was always closed when we needed it.
Nice pitch by the river
Had to move along one pitch on arrival due to a big puddle in the middle of it after the heavy rain.

Loved the natural environment. The location is superb for hiking. Fabulous boulangerie in the town.

Fantastic site and location but weather spoilt it for us as no hardstand pitches which with amount of rain caused issues
When paying for a premium pitch with private facilities I would expect to not have to walk through mud to get anywhere. These pitches should at least be offering hardstand please

We only stayed a very short while, arriving at around 7pm and leaving at 8am the next day, however I thoroughly enjoyed the campsite. The site is beautifully landscaped, with different trees and shrubs partitioning off the emplacements, and little chalets and comfort emplacements distributed throughout the site to make it feel more integrated. The facilities were immaculate and well laid out. The bar was a lovely place to have an Aperol in the evening. The family-focussed atmosphere felt very relaxed.
None, really! Our emplacement was a little muddy but we did book *very* last minute (so I think it was being given a chance to dry out before we went and booked it) and we were in a camper van so I don't feel it detracted from our stay.
The site was beautifully landscaped, the facilities were extremely clean (and all round great), a relaxed atmosphere.

Size of the campsite, quiet stay, nice pool
The sanitary building was not ok for a 5* Camping site. It was not very clean, no towels at all, no soap on most days, no water pressure and durable temperatures in the showers, no deposits for things.

It would be better to have electricity at every pitch and no need of long cables :)

The pool was a god send, lovely restaurant small bar but pricey but hey it’s a holiday !.. shower a laundry all good 7€ for wash simple card payment - not much else around but as it was so hot (34degs) we only managed a walk up to the source of Mosel about 40-50 mins walk steady incline all way
Better shop on site as very poor and could not find anything local - messed up our bakery order as well 😬

The campsite is really great. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds and the swimming pool.
The house offered plenty of space in and in front of it and we enjoyed the garden in front of it Super restaurant
No icing compartment in the refigerator No toilet in the second floor. Although we knew it, we missed it. Especially when you are older and have to go down the steep stairs No Shower, squeaking doors in the second floor are disturbing at night. The wooden floor in the bedrooms crunches very loud which is not fun in the night, when someone has to go down to the toilet. The stairs are too steep for older people We nevertheless enjoyed the stay, but frankly speaken, there is mismatch between price and building status and equipment of Julie, which reflects the status of the building year

Netheid en rust. Huisje luxe fabre is prima.
De huisjes zitten echt bijna op het kampeerveld. Ze staat er een soort van omheen. Als wij om 22u nog een spelletje op onze veranda deden dan werden we door de kampeerders tot de orde geroepen of we misschien binnen in ons huisje het spelletje konden doen. Want voor hun leek het net alsof we in hun tent zaten te spelen. Wij vonden dit vervelend voor hun, maar om 22u een spelletje doen moet toch mogelijk kunnen zijn!

De kidsub (knutselen) vonden de kinderen leuk en de zwembaden. Het busje dat over de camping reed. Dat de trampolines om 22:00 uur op slot gingen.
Weinig speeltuintjes voor zo’n grote camping. Er werd ontzettend hard gereden. Veel achterstallige onderhoud aan het zwembad. Voor zoveel mensen kleine zwembaden. Informatie over de kidsclub die niet klopte.
De grote veranda die dicht kon( top met een hond).
Het was krap, toen we aankwamen ontzettend vies, bijna geen schaduw op het terras, de douche stonk, servies stond vies in de kast, hele lage bedden waar je bijna niet uit kwam, geen waterkoker, afwassen in een slakom, de vloer die overal kraakte (je kon de buren horen lopen). Kortom er waren heel wat puntjes waar wij voor het bedrag dat we neergelegd hebben van schrokken.

Camping très bien entretenu, calme dans un magnifique endroit traversé par une rivière. Tout est propice au repos et a la détente.
Des petits détails, mettre un sèche main aux toilettes et quelques bornes de plus pour les emplacements. Revoir aussi l aire de service camping car qui est très étroite.

Trop peu d’animations, seulement 1x l’aquagym, une seule soirée animée sur la semaine (magie)… assez triste. Les enfants auraient aimé voir la mascotte par exemple. Le wifi ne passe quasi nulle part dans le camping et le réseau 3 4 ou 5G n’est presque pas captif à cet endroit

De stilte zeker na 10u, de snackbar, het restaurant en het “ privé zwembad “ voor de oudjes en het animatie zwembad voor de kids.
De ligging, ‘s morgens om 8u zwemmen in het privé zwembad zalig. Het kleine tuintje de stilte. De grootte van de chalet
De deuren sloten niet goed af en liever een douche ipv een bad. Maar dat is persoonlijk. Het gebouw is wel aan renovatie toe

We verbleven in het duurste huisje van de camping. Wat qua ruimte en uiterlijk zeker mooi was.
De klant vriendelijkheid kan zeker beter. Er was mij gevraagd hoe laat ik zou arriveren, toen ik zei 13.00 uur was dat geen probleem. Toen ik echter aan kwam was de kamer nog niet klaar. Ik moest wachten en zou gebeld worden als de kamer klaar was. Twee uur later ging ik informeren hoe het er mee stond, en werd mij door een dame verteld dat ik pas om 16.00 kon inchecken. Terwijl me dit verteld werd zei een andere dame ineens, de sleutel van de kamer ligt er al lang hoor we hebben u nog geprobeerd te bellen. (Onzin want ik had geen enkele oproep gemist)
Het huisje was heel mooi en had een gedeeld zwembadje.
De slaapkamer rook naar vocht.(schimmel) Omdat we er pas later in konden had ik gevraagd of we er dan ook wat later, 12.00, uit konden inplaats van 10.00(aangezien de zon ook pas om 10.30 op het zwembad stond). Dit was absoluut onbespreekbaar. (Vreemd als de volgende gasten pas om 16.00 naar binnen mochten) Om 09.00 uur kwam er al een man langs, die naar binnen keek of hij al kon schoonmaken. Terwijl wij nog half naakt door ons huisje liepen!
