The campsite is very well maintained and clean. The shop, bar, restaurants and take away are all of a very high standard and provided everything we needed for our stay. The pool area is excellent, not overcrowded, very clean and well managed by the staff. The activities are fantastic and run very well by the very enthusiastic animations team.
The clothes washing facilities need to be better maintained. A number of washing machines would not consistently take the tokens necessary to run them. Toilets could be better maintained in terms of providing soap and toilet paper.
The accommodation is spacious and excellently maintained, it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It’s well stocked with all necessary equipment and has lots of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen.

Restaurant options maybe. Asked for burger without sauce. Burger is plain or with everything….. so never got it. We went to town a lot of evenings for dinner instead

We had a brilliant holiday in la sirene - the food could have more choice it is very limited in what the kid can eat in the restaurant voukd have more European dishes - food was very poor in bamboo 45 mins waiting - all the food came out cold and my beef was red and blood coming out - we just left as it was our last night and didn't want and upset in front of our children- the park needs to be updated the trampoline you cant jump properly ' only 1 swing - it is very outdated - wasn't here in 9 years and nothing has changed in the playground needs to be updated.

We love coming to La Sirene. The grounds and complex are so well maintained, all staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the entertainment is outstanding. Looking forward to returning again.

So spacious, lots of storage. Had everything in it to cook & accommodate your stay. Any issue dealt with promptly.
BBQ design not good. Easy to burn hand on the handle, too hot.

The pool complex is really great and the children loved it. Our mobile home was nice and had good space.
Not having sun loungers by the pool and not being able to eat or drink by the pool just ruined the holiday for me. It was so uncomfortable lying on the ground, couldn’t relax and read a book. I’ve always been able to do this in other campsites and people don’t leave rubbish behind nor did they places seem dirty at all. Also, not being able to wear flip flops or sandals around the pool felt disgusting. I know in theory it’s to keep the area clean but as people are going into the toilets in their bare feet that is just not possible. It’s disgusting. The food in the restaurants was average.
Our accommodation was lovely. Good space and there was a nice layout to the campsite.
No sun loungers, no eating/drinking by the pool and no flip flops in the pool area. Also the main area felt very busy and chaotic at times as everything is in the one place. As in the bar, restaurants, the show.

Sun beds to lie on when at the pool instead of the tiles/fake grass for the adults. Better food choices in the restaurants for children. Allowing drinks eg take away coffee into swimming area. Allowing flip flops in swimming area as fake grass gets too hot to walk on.
Lay out inside was good.
Decking , out door beds, bbq was filthy with bird poo when we arrived. We had to get cleaners up to clean. We were tired and asked to move and were told no that they would come up and clean. So had to wait. We experienced one night of heavy rain while there and the bed clothed in two single rooms were damp for rest of holiday. We had to dry the sheets with hair dryer each night after that. The people in mobile home beside us experienced the same thing.

Relaxing stay, excellent weather, the Site is very safe and secure, spotlessly clean, Staff are always friendly and accommodating, plenty of activities to entertain adults and children.
An option to choose your cabin location when booking early would be nice.

One key between 5 people can be hard to manage, a secure key box at the cabin would be a great.

The facilities and activities available are excellent! Our accommodation was ready early so we could check in and head to the pool straight away. The pool was kept very clean and well maintained. The new pools and Teen dome are a fantastic addition to the centre! The staff in the Ice-cream shop were so lovely and pleasant as were the security guards. I want to give a special mention to the head Life gaurd, he was so helpful and reassuring when our 18 month old suffered 2nd degree burns to his hands after falling on a metal slide in the Play Park.Luckily he sent us straight to hospital for help
Some of the evening shows were inappropriate for children in our opinion ie. The Brazilian dance group and Disco Party routines were too explicit for kids. The day Promotion videos and pictures were being done, I was in the gym doing a workout, a photographer moved my personal belongings & started to take pictures without my permission, I asked him to stop but he continued to take pictures around the gym.I complained to the person on duty in the gym but he said he didnt understand English so I went to reception but was told they could do nothing as they did not know the company taking pictures

We had a basic evo cabin which I would definitely be upgrading next time as I found it too basic and beds quite uncomfortable
