Lots of facilities, near the strip restuarants , shops. On site supermarkets, bakery , great pool areas, lots of fun for the everyone.will return.🤩
We liked the accommadation stayed in 2 bed premier , the only thing i would recommend, is you provide mattress protectors..🤗
2 bed premiere, sufficient for 2 adults /2 children.
No matress protector, i think that should be mentioned in inventory.

What a beautiful site Camping Charlemagne is. All the staff weee extremely friendly and helpful. The best thing was you get a choice of using the facilities in all three of Les Mediterranean campsites.

Everything on site is excellent as we have stayed before staff friendly and helpful. We have a 9 meter motorhome and found the pitches easier to get on near the road. Sadly during our 3 night stay from 4am in the morning either lorries unloading at the shop or lorries emptying bins woke us and kept us awake. Last time we stayed farther in the site no problems.

As a return customer, Camping Charlemagne did not disappoint. Our mobile was spotless on arrival, and we both commented on it being our ‘most comfortable’ to date. A big shout out to Molly who really takes great care in preparing the mobiles for new arrivals; absolutely fabulous. Also, special mention to Stephane who made us very welcome and was extremely facilitating in helping us to choose a mobile for our return visit next year.
Loved the extra big bed - so much more comfortable. Liked the idea of a dishwasher, but didn’t use it as it was just two of us. Great to have the option though.
One comment about pitches 603, 604 and 605 - perhaps just 2 mobiles in this area would be more beneficial as l feel clients in all three may have an issue with some privacy as all three are too close in proximity. In 604, we ran into parking issues. The mobile opposite was unable to use designated space and parked on the roadway, making it impassable. It meant we had to move our car to block our own entrance, not the most satisfactory, unfortunately. I score Accommodation 10, but Pitch just a 4. Stephan was superb in helping us find a perfect pitch for next year. We’ve already booked.

The place was nice, a few things can be improved. Location was great close to beach and a variety of pools to choose from

4 of us stayed here for a week in April. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite, the park was super clean, and the facilities were great - just wished the pools were a couple of degrees warmer. It was great to use all the facilties within the 3 adjoining parks.
The swimming pools were really good, just need to be a couple of degrees warmer..
We booked a 4 berth premium cabin. It was smaller than I imagined but the space was used well and the kitchen area was well stocked. The heating/air con was great too and the decking was a really good size.
Beware lots of mosquitoes on the decking! Take some repellent. Would have liked to have at least one English TV channel, maybe just the news etc

Everything about the campsite was good from friendly receptionists to people working on site. All clean facilities. Sadly we came end of season would loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

The location of the site is brilliant. 10 min walk to lovely Beach. Pools are great and some are heated. Shower was good.
We were located right next to public car park and the recycling right on main road, next to a storage area with view of dumped broken chairs etc. No sleep: From 6 am there was constant rumbling of passing traffic, including daily recycling/garbage collection. At night it was continuous slamming of car doors. People shouting outside their cars and as passing by. Dogs barking all night long. The pitch itself was miniature. As was the van! Totally in the shade. Went down to 7 degrees C and no heating. Asked head office to move us but Rep nowhere to be seen to sort. Gave up

No heating. Thin duvets. No oven. The main bedroom is so tiny that there is only 6 inches on each side bed. So Continuously banging self on sticking out bits round windows and for the air con. Awful pitch. No sun. Nowhere to dry towels after swimming as totally in shade No sleep due to location right next to main road recycling and public car park.

Everything went great, the site was always very clean and the facilities I'm good condition. All the staff were very friendly and the location being right by the beach but also in town was ideal.
Although it was great having a supermarket on site I do think the prices were a little bit too expensive although it was all good quality stuff there.
The accommodation (Comfort) was really good for the price. Although small in size it was comfortable and had everything we needed.
My only issues were we did have a constant issue with ants in the accommodation and the pillows provided could be much better!

This is a great site with plenty of facilities. Choice of 3 pools with water slides kept the children very happy. Sunbed hogging well managed by pool staff who cleared unused beds after lunch. On site shop is well equipped and open all day. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shops.
Major issue with ants in the chalet, this made storing food and rubbish a major challenge. Perhaps some ant powder could have been deployed preventatively. No basic hygiene items are included, would’ve been useful to know in advance that we had to bring our own soap & toilet rolls. Issue with missing key on arrival which took a long time to resolve. Staff were friendly but very slow to respond to any query and often had to chase them up. Perhaps a cultural thing but quite frustrating.

Swimming pools were small and cramped and very run down and dirty. Wasn't possible to sit and relax around the pool. I think was a good thing as it was all so disgusting.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely quiet campsite. Very well maintained. Plenty greenery. Great to have the use of the three campsite. Good location. Friendly staff.
Greater control re towels on sun loungers. Every 30 min a whistle should be blown and if no-one returns to sun lounger than towels should be removed. €7 per laundry load is expensive.
