Location was good. Pitch size decent
Toilet block a bit dated. Choice of food in restaurant was very limited, especially if you need Gluten Free options. Getting to Geneva by public transport wasn't as easy as we'd believed.
Good size pitch (although needed Movers to get into it).

Amazing place. Location fab as close to Geneva and lake annecy. Lots of beaches to explore within 45min and lots of activities to do on the site. Cycling up Mont Saleve is close and brilliant.

I liked the facilities. New and clean restrooms, showers and cleaning dishes area. But what it is the best is the swimming pool. Two slides for kids and a bubble pool for parental relax. Two in one. You also have a regular swimming pool. They have a small kids park to play. I also liked the croissant and bread order service to pick up early in the morning. The staff was helpful and nice with us. Everything was OK except the restaurant service. One of them was rude and disrespectfull. Not with me, also with my wife later one. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy and clean
The pizza guy was not helpful, rude and disrespectfull. English was a problem, but this is the first time we find this situation. Maybe he was stressed, overwhelmed. Who knows.
The pitch was OK. Maybe too close to the entrance, but quiet during the night. At least we had shaded area.

Clean site, good spacious pitches and facilities. On-site shop with super friendly staff members. Kids club had two brilliant hosts that really engaged with everyone on the site and also ran the evening entertainment. Tasty pastries delivered to the site every morning. Supermarkets very close by too.
Not enough bathroom facilities at the far end of the site for the number of people staying. The compulsory wearing of tight trunks for swimming seems outdated.
Mixture of grass and hardstanding, plenty of room on the pitch.
Wasn't the easiest for backing a twin-axel onto without a motor mover. Pitch was not level so everything was on an angle. We had a couple of nights with noise but once mentioned to the reception team, this was resolved.

Excellent facilities, warm, friendly staff. The site is in a really good position to visit Switzerland and Annecy. Also close to some mountainous rides for cyclists. Pitches are a really good size and fully serviced. This is our 3rd time at the site as part of a longer holiday in France, we will visit again!
Smaller toilet block near to the main reception was often smelly. The other two were fantastic.

Great pitch with own facilities. Quiet location but approximately 3 miles to nearest supermarket/town. Very helpful lady who runs the campsite as we moved pitches. Location great access to motorways for Annecy and links to Switzerland.
Pool area could do with a refurbishment and changing rules about no food around the pool. More washing machines Weekend reception lady not very helpful when we asked about trains to Geneva.

We were satisfied with the spaciousness of our pitch . Toilet blocks were regularly cleaned . We went in to a nearby shopping mall about 20 min walk away away there was an excellent supermarket there . Then we had an enjoyable afternoon at the pool . Only had a two night stay . Handy for Geneva if you wish to use public transport .
It was very hot so we’d have liked more shaded areas .

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean site with large individual pitches. We stayed on a Premium pitch with private sanitary area which was clean and well maintained and situated at the rear of the pitch. The domestic size fridge within the external sink area was a lovely touch and very welcome in the heat. Restaurant and bar area was very good with excellent quality food. Excellent pool area with sunbeds.
Shop poorly stocked with limited opening times. Bar area had limited opening times. 12-2 and 7-9 on Wednesdays to Sunday's only, so nowhere to purchase snacks, cold drinks or ice creams outwith these times, especially on hot days. Sunbeds in pool area require update as some had rips within the fabric and probably not enough when site is busy.
Very clean premium pitch with sanitary privè The addition of a domestic fridge was very welcome. Sanitary privè was very clean with endless hot water. Shower area was spacious and didn't feel cramped.

Friendly helpful staff - Natalie was really helpful. Excellent facilities on site - pool. Showers etc.Easy to ge to Geneva by bus once you worked out how to pay for tickets - there are ticket machines at bus stop in Geneva itself butundwrstanding ticket structure can be challenging. Map and guide to Geneva from campsite was really helpful. On site restaurant was really good as was the burger can that parks 50mfrom entrance to campsite . We would one back as well as recommend it to others.
None that we can think of - we have been before a few years ago.
Great pitch with a mix of shade and sun which was important as the weather was really hot. Easy to park our Campervan on.

Excellent site, to start my tour of the Alps. Originally planned 2 nights, i rang at lunchtime to see if i could add an extra night which was not a problem.

We stayed for two nights whilst enroute South. The check in was straight forward and friendly. Our boys enjoyed the bouncy castle, table tennis and activities in the evening. Pitches were large and well serviced. We’d stay here again without doubt
