The views, the pool, the showers. We didn’t try the restaurant. Very friendly and efficient reception. Will certainly be back. Very easy cycle down the hill and into Annecy. Even the ride back up the hill was easy on electric bike.
The motorhome service point is not easy to negotiate in a 8 metre motorhome.

Nice site with great views. Up and very steep hill from the lake. Facilities and restaurant were clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful
Keep the pitches in order. The grass was knee high in places and needed cutting. The hedges were overgrown. This let's what is a good site down

We liked the very friendly lady receptionist who booked us in. The site whilst noisy from the road was spacious and clean

We spent 3 nights at the Camping Panoramic site. We had booked ahead. Reception staff were pleasant. The restaurant was nice and the chap who worked there was especially friendly. Our pitch was pretty level, and we had a beautiful view of the lake & mountains. Facilities were clean and good hot showers. The pool was great.
Maybe more parasols around the pool. Otherwise, nothing negative to say.

A wonderful campsite with the most magnificent views of Lake Annecy The facilities from the wash areas to the restaurant are all immaculate The swimming pool is superb with lovely views too.. Restaurant meals excellent value for money And the Reception and staff all very friendly and helpful Highly recommend

Easy booking, the site and the accommodation is very clean & it’s a well organised site. Location is excellent for Annecy and the mountains

Living accommodation with 2 ensuite bedrooms either side is great for 2 couples Provides night time privacy for the couples and also a shared central area. Well equipped for kitchen

Great site with good facilities and pretty quiet. Great little restuarant with nice food.
Restaurant closed week before the site closed. Pitches could be levelled off without any issues and some drainage added to disperse rain water easily.
No issues, big pitches.
Some pitches had larger motorhomes on thay were sideways so the took up all the pitch. This means it's close to your pitch and not much room between vehicles.

Stayed in the delightful and well-presented mobile home ‘ Le Déclick’ with a most impressive view of Lake Annecy. We were made to feel very welcome by all the Panoramic team, and recommend the campsite warmly. I have come to the Panoramic for the last sixty years ever since I was five years old and hope to visit again soon, God willing!
Possibly make the website clearer as to whether animals are accepted.

Lovely pool and terrace area, fantastic views, good size pitches. Plenty of toilets and showers. Helpful reception.Nice restaurant.
Limited supplies in the shop, and no loo roll or hand dryer/ paper towels in the toilets. Neither are big problems if you plan ahead.
Good size level pitch with tree shade. No lake view as we booked late, but that didn’t matter as you could see the views from a few steps away and also from the pool and terrace.

Pool was fantastic, loads of seating & clean. Pitch was good, sheltered & flat. Food was reasonable & staff were friendly. Views were breathtaking!
Wine choices were limited & mostly out of stock (1 Sept). An undercover/ inside games room would be good, as it had a tendency to rain in the evening, for our stay & we were then confined to our van - if we didn’t want to use the restaurant again. Beer was over priced :(

We were lucky to have a pitch with an amazing view. I wouldn’t have wanted one in the top section which was very cramped.
The motorhome water was so far from us. We made our tank last the 10 days as we didn’t want to go and fill it up again.

The location was stunning. Pitches great. Wash facilities good and clean. Pool amazing. Restaurant nice but over priced.
Reduce cost of food in restaurant and I'm sure you would be busier in day time. Toilet roll in toilets. Other than that not a lot.

Lady at reception was harsh and not too friendly. Man was more helpful. A smile goes a long way.

Facilities were lovely, great bar/ restaurant area. Pool area - beautiful , great views. Toilet/ shower block, fabulous, nicest I've seen in ages. Whole site, including toilet block were spotless. Shop was great, provided basics but what you needed including freshly baked bread/ croissants, also nice little takeaway from the shop. Fantastic bus service ( free during July / August) from outside campsite to the lake, connecting bus to Annecy ( also free) was amazing allowing us to explore this beautiful area. Had an absolutely amazing 9 days here would definitely recommend.
Only thing I can think of is possibly a bit more shade around the pool.

Superb pool and restaurant, with spectacular views of Lake Annecy..Spotlessly clean toilets and great showers ..and good free WiFi at the pitch. Very French , some can be petty, quick to complain about the slightest noise and expect lights out around 9 pm ! Lucky for us we had Dutch neighbours who are much easier going..

The actual site itself is absolutely beautiful, with the most stunning surroundings and views. The pitches were great and the shower facilities on the main block were modern, always clean and plenty of hot water. Would we return though? The answer is no. We had issues with onsite residents over a pair of my Primark flip flops. I was accused by the family and their children and children's friends of taking a girls flip flops. They regularly came to my awning, evening time, looking at my feet and requesting the flip flops. This happened over a of 7/10 days. In the end I gave them to them.
Upgrade the toilet block on the upper tier pitches.
One pitch with electric for out touring caravan, adequately sized to allow for our inflatable full sized awning.

Shop could have stocked a wider range of provisions and could have had longer opening hours.
The view from our pitch was stunning. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities were nice and the proximity to Annecy city center was good. My little ones enjoyed the park and the pool.
Make a note on the website that toilet paper is not provided.
The pitch was spacious and was able to accommodate our 8-bed tent and our van.

This campsite is beautiful, the views the pool the staff all wonderful. Pitches are a good size. Clean and tidy shower block. Lovely bar area and not too far from Annecy.
Although shower block was clean and tidy could do with being refreshed.
Good size for the price. Electric close by.
