A very beautiful campsite in the middle of the mountains and next to the river - nice shop and a fine pool

Die Gegend ist der Wahnsinn, das Wasser war super klar und seher erfrischend. Der Campingplatz bietet alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. This only will make us come back. The camp is nice, just by the river, has all you need. Facilities are clean and working fine. We enjoyed our visit a lot even eif it was more of a brake from traveling long ways.

The pitches has some amount of bark from the trees and might need some leveling and smaller care taking but nothing that made a stay enjoyable. The foodtruck or food possibilities could be little better. To swim in the pool you need special bath clothes that is not aviable in the store for all sizes which meant I could not use it.

The place is perfectly located. We stayed in a house on the mountain side. Absolutely quiet, and the street separating the two regions of the place doesn’t disturb at all. Hardly any traffic. It’s the ideal starting point to explore Castellane or do a trip to the Canyon. Lots of possibilities. The shop offers everything you need. The houses are very spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful if you need information.

Maybe change the gravel on the uphill road to tarmac. It’s slippery at times.

Family run campsite, no chain or external business behind

Amazing campsite - unreservedly recommend. Beautiful site, wonderful wider area, and absolutely superb and welcoming staff (family run site). Our family stayed for 2.5 weeks in August 2025 on an large riverside pitch. From arrival the team were super friendly, and throughout our whole stay - helpful with bookings and when we had a problem with our tent, and some relaxed social events in the evenings. The pool setting is wonderful with views of the rocks around the entrance to the gorges du verdon, and you can watch the vultures on the thermals. The river is amazing - many days spent floating!

Calm campsite with all the necessary services/ammenities. Clean sanitary blocks. Just few steps from the river and a lot of shade from the trees.

Shop could be open a bit longer.

Stayed with three Kids und two adults at a beautiful place with our caravan.

This beautiful and well managed family camping is wonderful from it's setting beside the river to it's in an amazing location, really tranquille and superb easy access to many wonderful things to discover

Umbrella needed fixing we never saw someone come back with a new one nor a reason.

The place is nicely embadded into the valley. Infrastructure is well

The focus is on familys with there kids. Not the best place to enjoy the nature and have a calm stay.

Such a beautiful campsite! A wonderful spot run by their family for three generations, we felt so lucky to stay. When we arrived in the middle of May, we were confused at first because we were the only people staying there that night. But it turned out everyone was just avoiding a big rainstorm, and more people arrived quickly. Which was not surprising because of how nice a place it is! The family who runs it are also very nice and gave fantastic recommendations for the area, talking us through their very detailed map of the surroundings. They live there and know the area really well!

The campsite overall is amazing however it was a bit difficult at first to access the water/waste services we needed for our campervan

Sanitärs Geschlechter gemischt - waren nicht immer sauber und teilweise zu wenig. Fast kein Schatten am Pool. Restaurant wenig einladend und meist geschlossen

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden neben dem tollen Platz auch das Personal sehr freundlich

Ein wundervoller Campingplatz mit der Möglichkeit, direkt am Fluss zu stehen. Warmherziger Empfang und ein liebenswertes und sehr freundliches Team. Pool vorhanden.

Zu Fuß gibt es außerhalb des Campingplatzes nicht sehr viele Möglichkeiten

We loved the peaceful nature of this site. Our pitch was riverside and maintained just enough to keep it tidy but not so manicured to make it artificial. We were able to use the site as a base from which to visit several points of interest. Plus the site is within 20mins cycling distance of Castellane which is a charming village with shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and charming and were able to give us advice about local points of interest and activities. We particularly enjoyed rafting with Raoul Rafting who are based just across the road from the site.

The sanitary facilities are a little dated but this didn't have a negative impact on our stay.

We liked the chalet so much that it was equipped with every comfort, it was clean, and it had a beautiful little terrace outside where we could have breakfast. we liked the fact that it was a campsite surrounded by nature and quiet.

Staff were amazing. Location was breathtaking. River is cold but great fun. Onside pool was nice and warm. Shop has lots of things. Onside restaurant served great food. Toilets and showers were spotless. Great cleaning. Loved the bee hotel (aka compost bin). Fantastic to watch your food waste disappearing!

Charging for card payments under 15 euros was strange. Maybe a thing in france? Free WiFi would be nice. Shop open all day till late.

Clean sanitary, fresh water and lots of staff that will help you with all your needs. We came here to explore the canyon and the staff will help you everyday to explain your options which is super helpful. Restaurant and shop are open most of the time and have lots to choose from.
