Near to lake and good bike rides

The site is a short walk to the lakeside beaches- lots of room for everyone on the beaches ( including dogs) Reception were great- good variety of food vendors visit the site each evening
Pitches are small and lack clear separation- to be fair, the pitch next to us was empty, but had someone been using it, then it would have felt a little claustrophobic

Our best holiday so far. The camp site is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right by a main road yet still very quiet and peaceful. The location is amazing: surrounded with trees, the little streams flowing across the site and the lake is just 8-10 minutes walk away. The option to get fresh baguettes and croissants ordered every morning from local bakery just blew my mind.
The pitch was just perfect. Number 25 right by the smaller creek. Enough space for the tent and the car to park and still have some extra space.

We stayed four nights as a step of a longer journey in France and Italy in our Motorhome. We got a nice and warm welcome and was given a relative large pitch for our camper.
Most pitchers are surrounded by big trees which give a nice shaded place. Most will probably like that but we would have preferred a little more sunlight. So a little less wood if possible.

Stayed in a lodge for 2 nights. The location was perfect for the Gorge du Verdon, and it was near the lake. Perfect for hikes, swimming, kayaking. The camp site was clean and the Manager and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Really pretty, good size, shower was hot and had good pressure.
No kettle but we used a pan instead

Has everything you need. It's quiet as well, except on monday to tuesday night. On both occasions there was a festival going on nearby with music untill 04:00 in the morning. Everything else was great! Fantastic location, a lot of green and shadow on the camping, friendly people and a decent price.

I know the site is rustic, but maybe consider tidying the areas where people camp (the motorhome pitches) like trimming the bushes and trees etc. More maps of the area highlighting walks and cycle tracks. If your toilets and shower blocks are not open, tell the guest when they check in.

Initially wondered if we’d booked for too long but that was not the case. Loved the lake, enjoyed a great meal at the Petite Lac. Fabulous day walking to Moutiers and back along track 1 and 6. Magnificent town to stay the day in. Walked to where Berdon gorge enters the lake. Services have been upgraded and are really good. Playground boules- just great

Kurzer Fußweg zum See, Nähe zu Moustiere Sainte Marie, kurze Anfahrt zur Verdon-Schlucht und schnell erreichbare Lavendelfelder in Valensole sowie Aix-en-Provence in "relativer" Auto-Nähe machen diesen Campingplatz zu einem effektiven Ausgangspunkt - und auch Erholungsort - zum Erleben der Ost-Provence. Die alle zwei Tage vorbeikommenden Dienstleister, die ihre spezifischen Speisen anbieten, lassen einen Ausflug ohne weiteren Aufwand gemütlich auf der Veranda entspannt ausklingen. Ein faires, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Hundebesitzer nachdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass sie den Kot ihres Hundes einsammeln und beseitigen. Vielleicht Hundekot-Beutel verteilen oder verkaufen.
Die Trennung von Dusche und WC ist ein angenehmer und entspannender Komfort; das Vorhandensein einer Kaffeefiltermaschine erfreute uns sehr; die ruhige, hohe Lage des Mobilheims auf der höchsten Terrasse im westlichen Teil des Campingplatzes mit Schatten und Blick auf die Berge; die Ausstattung ermöglicht durch ihre Vielfältigkeit, dass eine Mahlzeit effektiv zubereitet werden kann.
Geschirr ergänzen um Weingläser und größere Tassen; eine Kühlmanschette zur Kühlung der Weines auf der Terrasse :)

Le calme, seulement le concert des grenouilles, crapauds et cigales. Bien situé près du lac Sainte Croix, des gorges du Verdon, des villages à flanc de coteaux et des champs de lavandes.
Le mobil-home où nous étions n'était pas protégé par les arbres, nous avons souffert de la chaleur caniculaire du moment. Une climatisation aurait été nécessaire.

Après un accueil empathique et très professionnel nous sommes allés à notre emplacement et avons constaté que chacun des larges emplacements est abrité par des arbres et de petites haies de séparation qui nous donnent une impression très agréable d’indépendance Nous félicitons les équipes de nettoyage qui font un travail remarquable car quelque soit le moment de la journée tout est super propre et cela ne doit pas être facile pour eux avec cette chaleur
Juste un petit détail concernant les machines à laver le linge nous aurions aimé que de la lessive soit disponible à l’achat en distributeur ou au petit magasin à l’accueil
