Office staff friendly and polite, camp site clean and tidy
Ban electric scooters they travel faster than the cars and are inconsiderate to people walking about.
Air conditioning, brilliant supply of hot water for washing up and shower.
Uncomfortable seating inside, breakfast bar unsuitable for space inside, cramped space. Single bed to long for the room, toes caught numerous times on the bed legs. Not suitable for 4 adults. Outside grass area total inadequate for sitting outside. All in all very disappointed with mobil home.

Another superb holiday 23rd time here I think. Lovely staff checking was very fast and efficient. Magali & Uwe lovely as ever.
Never any hot water in the dish washing up area. The water supply taps have been removed from the tent area (P). Not sure why!
P27 nice big pitch good shade in the morning for breakfast, but you pay the price in the afternoon.
Not as many security staff this year, normally see them walking around at night.

There were too many rules at the pool. No drinking or eating allowed. We weren't allowed to bring a stroller in. Everything played at the pool was in French

Our lookouts constantly ensure that all maritime laws are respected to guarantee safe diving for all our sailors. Therefore, no food or drinks are allowed around the lagoon, and there are strict regulations regarding pushchairs to ensure smooth sailing for everyone. Rest assured, our little sailors in the kids' club also enjoy activities tailored to their age group. We take note of your comment about the quality of our garden chairs. Initial greeting by the wonderful ladies in reception was really friendly. We had a pitch on the beach and it was just amazing. The beach bar/restaurant had the best burger I have had in a long time and the waitress couldn’t have been more helpful. Main toilet/shower block was very clean. Will definitely be back.

Our reception staff, proud Sirens of welcome, are delighted by your praise for their hospitality. Their smiles and dedication are the first rays of sunshine to illuminate the stay of our budding pirates. We're also delighted to hear that you've taken advantage of the countless treasures our hideaway has to offer! Your sea-view location seems to have been the ideal nest for a breathtaking panorama of the Grande Bleue. There's nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the soothing murmur of the waves... As for the beach toilets, it's true that their seaside location exposes them to the repeated assaults of the sea wind and sand. Although we clean them regularly, erosion can sometimes leave its mark. The ambiance on the site is excellent & everyone is friendly & helpful. It’s an attractively laid out & beautifully kept site. Plenty to do but still calm & quiet. Excellent facilities & very good restaurants especially the beach bar.

Our place we standing with our caravan was terrible to come overthere. We didn’t like food en drinks are not allowed by the swimming pool.

The public beach to the left is really rocky and does not need to be like that. I am sure the big rocks that are underwater could be removed. Also, security hang about at the wc area leaving the front row of vans exposed to the public access beach at the left of the site..

No water available for the caravans at the front with the sea view who paid the highest price for the pleasure.. Nearest water is several rows back so has to be bucketed quite a distance. Chemical waste is in the middle of the camp site so you have to cart a full cassette about 100 meters to empty it. Surely the wc at the front of the site should get a chemical waste facility.

We rented a BBQ because of the prohibition of open fire. It was brand new - and when we delivered it back, we had to use 4 hours cleaning it before the reception accepted it back.

Gut hat mir gefallen dass der Platz klein ist und es sich gut verteilt
Die Lautstärke der Musik überall, ob Pool oder Animation ist viel zu laut. Es beschallt den ganzen Platz und könnte um die Hälfte leiser sein, dann wäre es immernoch laut. Die Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse im Laden vor Ort ist einfach Mini klein. Keine Melone, irgendetwas saftiges worauf man im Süden bei über 30 grad Lust hätte. Weder ein frischer Salat Kopf (nur die gekühlten Tüten mit abgepackten Salat. Ich bin kein Feinschmecker aber ich dachte immer die Franzosen legen Wert auf gutes Essen…? Und es ist natürlich immer wieder verwunderlich dass Englisch keine gängige sprache ist.

Excellent séjour avec notre petite fille de 5 ans. Petite crique très sympa nous avons fait de nombreux châteaux, pas trop de monde même en plein mois d'Aout et avec un camping complet. Camping très propre et bien entretenu (plantations, abords, pas de déchets par terre, ...) avec des animations pour cexu qui veulent et super club enfant (bravo aux animatrices et animateurs ) et une piscine agréable et entretenue. Pas facile d'avoir un transat, mais avec des enfants en bas âge on a pas le temps de se prélasser à la piscine ! Camping très vivant.
La petite crique n'est pas facile d'accès (pour poussette ou personne à mobilité réduite) mais très agréable tout de même. Tri de poubelles jaune difficile car pas possible de mettre des sacs complet; obligé de jeter les déchets 1 par 1 dans le container. Manque un bac pour le compost peut-être, vous pourriez utiliser le compost pout le potager et les plantation !
Mobil home très correct. Déco pirate appréciée par notre petite fille. Equipement conforme au descriptif et suffisant. Terrasse et espace commun, en pelouse synthétique, avec autres mobil home apprécié par les enfants qui peuvent jouer ensemble. Nous avons également apprécié le passage d'une personne du camping le lendemain de notre arrivée pour voir si tout allait bien.
Terrasse un peu trop ensoleillée à midi et après midi (surtout en période de canicule !), essayer de prévoir un système d'ombrage suivant l'exposition des mobil home. La terrasse des 2 autres mobil home à coté n'avait pas ce soucis. Essayer de trouver un système pour pouvoir régler l'eau de la douche (et de l'évier) plus rapidement et qui reste à la température voulu afin e limiter la consommation d'eau.

Animation und Bar ausschließlich auf Französisch, keine Übersetzung, Kinder konnten nicht teilnehmen • Kinderbereich am Pool eher schlicht, könnte freundlicher sein • Sauberkeit mangelhaft: Müll blieb liegen, Spielplätze verschmutzt, unzumutbare Toiletten • Spielplatzgestaltung interessant, aber unsauber; Aschenbecher direkt daneben störend • Für Hunde keine Angebote (keine Tüten, Näpfe etc.) • Personal im Restaurant eher langsam/gemütlich

We are delighted to read that your Tiki Hut offered you comfort worthy of a captain and that you enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches. Many thanks for the compliments addressed to Uwe and the Black Pearl waiter, who welcomed you with legendary pirate hospitality. We take your suggestions for improvement very seriously. As for the language atmosphere, it is true that our entertainment is mainly in French. However, the pirate spirit is universal and good humour is contagious! The aquatic area, although modest in size, is a popular gathering place for our young pirates. To complete the swimming experience, two wild coves, accessible from the campsite, offer a preserved natural setting. As for Vias beach, it is only a stone's throw away, just two kilometres away. As for the cleanliness of the common areas, our crew works daily to keep the ship in good condition. We understand that some forgotten treasures (rubbish) may have disrupted your stay, and we will redouble our vigilance. We hope to see you again soon aboard the Californie Plage for a new adventure! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au Californie plage, nous étions 4 ( mon mari et nos 2 enfants de 6 et 4 ans).Le californie plage est très familial, le personnel que ce soit de la réception, les animateurs, le personnel de l'entretien(menage) et technique sont tous très agréables, souriants. On a adoré les animations que ce soient celles proposées pour les adultes ou pour les enfants. Le mini club pour les enfants ma fille de 6 ans a adoré (mon fils est timide donc n'a pas voulu y participer)Les spectacles du soir sont très sympas. le restaurant et une épicerie sont sur place.
Parfait, tout ce qu'il nous fallait en terme de superficie. Il est très bien équipé. La climatisation est parfaite et indispensable 😊 L'emplacement était super les enfants pouvaient jouer en dehors de la terrasse en toute sécurité.
Ohé Cynthia et votre valeureux équipage ! Par la barbe de Neptune (et de Poseidon), votre message a fait hisser le grand pavois de la joie sur notre navire ! Quel bonheur de lire que votre escale sur notre île aux pirates a été une aventure si réussie pour toute votre famille. Savoir que chaque membre de notre équipage, de l'accueil à l'entretien en passant par nos joyeux animateurs, a su vous accueillir avec le sourire est notre plus beau trésor. Nos flibustiers mettent un point d'honneur à créer une atmosphère conviviale où chaque moussaillon, petit ou grand, se sent chez lui. Quelle fierté d'apprendre que votre fille de 6 ans s'est amusée comme une petite corsaire au mini-club ! Quant à votre jeune matelot de 4 ans, qu'il ne s'inquiète pas, le goût de l'aventure viendra en temps voulu, et nous serons là pour l'accueillir quand il se sentira prêt à monter à l'abordage !
