Der Platz insgesamt und der Poolbereich sind toll und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett
Mangelnde Englischkenntnisse nahezu aller MitarbeiterInnen, mittelmäßiges Essen im Restaurant, zu unserer Zeit (Mitte September - Anfang Oktober) leider so gut wie gar keine anderen Kinder vor Ort, sondern fast ausschließlich französische Rentnerpaare, sehr hellhörige Unterkünfte (was mit Kind schon nervig sein kann), WLAN als Extra unverschämt teuer, Pool ab 01.10. nicht mehr beheizt
modernes Bad, Sauberkeit, toller Außenbereich ...)
Hellhörig, eher ungemütliches Sofa / Sitzecke, die Spülmaschine hat (zumindest in unserer Unterkunft) nicht wirklich sauber gespült

The cabin was very clean and kept well. The pool was perfect height for our 6 yr old and the entertainment by the staff was excellent.
This is not a improvement I don't think there is anything that can be done here but 2 Pairs of our kids sandles were taken one of the days. Which was disappointing as they were new crocs.

The site was close to supermarkets, the beautiful town and beach at Valras and easy distance to other other places of interest. We really enjoyed visiting other towns and nature reserves to see the flamingos It had good security and amenities. Very helpful reception staff when needed. A wide range of entertainment well displayed and advertised
Our stay was near the end of the season and the campsite hedges etc we’re in need of a tidy trim The pool was in need of renovation, wooden bridges and pool ladders a bit unstable and it got crowded so I would not like to be here high season. Our chalet was near the road and it was noisy.. some soundproofing fencing would be helpful.
Our initial chalet was changed due to Ants nesting in the ceiling. Our second chalet was clean and comfortable but unexpectedly had a king size bed so our bedding did not fully fit! It was well equipped with good china glasses and cutlery. The shower was excellent, the best we have had while camping! A comfortable stay and a very enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed the site but feel it may be too crowded for us in high season
When booking there was no site map available and some of the chalet areas had car parking away from the chalet which we are not used to and would not choose. Our allocated chalet was like that and we discovered an ants nest in the ceiling light in the main bedroom. Not good! But the reception changed our pitch and we were able to have a chalet with on site parking, very good service. It had an electric hob but no kettle so any hot water needed for tea or coffee or took ages in a saucepan.Some of the security locks on the windows were damaged so we had to keep the windows closed.

La piscine pas chauffée alors que sur le site internet a la réservation il est bien noté qu'elle l'est jusqu'au vacances de la Toussaint. Dommage.

Super équipe d'animation. Personnel chaleureux et disponible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié que tous les services du camping ainsi que l'animation soit conservés malgré la période creuse.
Piscine on chauffée. Nous comprenons que c'est compliqué en cette période creuse mais pourquoi ne pas envisager de chauffer les bassins à bulle uniquement

La route a l'entrée du camping, l'hygiène du pizzaiolo se laver les mains après avoir carresser son chien et surtout avant de remettre les mains dans nos pizzas.
Rien de se mobilhome. Mais nous avons changé des le lendemain très réceptif à l'accueil.
Affreux mobilier complètement HS , latte des lits qui se déboite. Table à manger avec des écharde, sol qui s'enfonce à plusieurs endroits. Douche qui fuit,

Malheureusement la piscine n'était pas chauffée et la boulangerie et le restaurant fermé,on a dû tout le temps prendre la voiture pour aller manger ce qui est vraiment dommage et la plage à 20mn de marche
le mobil home est propre, très belle terrasse
si on avait été à 4 personnes beaucoup trop petit on a eu de la chance avec le temps, donc on a pu se mettre sur la terrasse

Séjour agréable comme les 6 autres fois au calme . Mobil home propre. Sandrine de l'Or d'Egypte est une magicienne du bien-être. Le soin vous remet en forme et vous détend. A faire pour rendre les vacances inoubliables

L’arrière saison est le moment idéal pour profiter des équipements du camping, sans y avoir la foule. Le personnel est sympathique et très réceptif.
Honnêtement, rien qui ne vaille le coup d’être signalé.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour,calme à cette période encore estivale, nous avons apprécié la piscine,les animations du soir en ce qui nous concerne,pas eu le temps de participer à celles de la journée, les visites extérieures sont nombreuses .
