A really lovely stay with my two grandchilden. Super clean, relaxing and peaceful location on the river in the heart of nature with two excellent swimming pools. Highly recommended.

Only stopped 2 nights but found it clean and a pleasant site
Ample size for our 7.3m Motorhome. Due to my mobility issues they accommodated me close to toilets and showers. Also had disabled facilities which helped. Bar was a nice area to eat and drink.

Lovely family oriented campground with excellent facilities and within easy walking distance of Brantome. Lots of activities for children and adults - the campsite bar served good beer and wine along with pizzas. Nice sized private pitches.

We had a great stay, our pitch was nice and shaded and wasn’t too far to the facilities or bar etc. The whole site felt very safe and we were happy for our children (5, and 7) to scoot around on their own.
The toilets were very smelly. I saw someone cleaning them one day and she just let the water overflow from the tap and then used a squeegee to push the water out to the drain. They needed a good lot of bleaching! Also the service at the bar was quite slow and we were ignored once for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment.
Shaded pitch. Nice the children could play on the grass with children from neighbouring pitches.
A bit muddy where grass had all died but can’t be helped with the current hot weather.

Lovely camping in beautiful surroundings
Technically, some things could be improved a litte: some showers didn't work very well, some toilets had blocked toilet paper dispensers, etc. Having a technician walk around and fix these things every now and then could greatly improve this, I think.

Huge pitches marked out by hedges, plenty of trees for shade, nice staff, about a 15min walk into the very pretty small town of Brantome.
Showers were fine but would benefit from an upgrade.

The cottage accommodation was perfect and the campsite location is ideal, walkable to the village
The staff were generally really friendly and helpful but there was one staff member who wasn’t as friendly and was slightly aggressive when there was absolutely no reason to be. He certainly didn’t go out of his way to make us feel welcome, quite the opposite however the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We couldn’t have survived without the air conditioning so that was a blessing. The cottage was well equipped and nothing I can think of that was missing. We were next to the river and it was a quiet location with some shade.

Electricity and water at front of pitch not ideal as cables were run over by cars, leads to others even worse. Grey water pipe couldn't be fixed into drain which was also uphill, so disposed of manually. Pitch seemed a little small for 200sqm when compared to others

Kleinschalige camping met grote plaatsen. Zwembad heerlijk. Leuk riviertje.
Wat we wel missen is een armleuning om het zwembad in en uit te komen. Er waren meerdere mensen die daar moeite mee hadden (60+)

The pool was great and the staff were helpful. The wc facilities were clean and well arranged. A short walk into the town.
I wasn’t asked if I was an ACSI member and didn’t realised the card was accepted until I was leaving the camp site.

It is well laid out , lovely pools, great river beach which is accessible for dogs as well, large pitches , most with shade.
