"Very pleasant stay"
Swimming pool, orchard plot, playground, bar/shop courtyard, staff, restaurant.

Showers could have been cleaner and water hotter.

"Warm and friendly welcome at amazing Chateau "
We loved the children's activities hosted by the chateau. The shop, pool, games on offer were all fab.

"Lovely site"
This is an absolutely stunning setting, with the Chateau in the centre, lots of trees, a courtyard reception/shop/restaurant, great facilities that were clean despite the size of the site. The best part for us was the open air pool with view of the Chateau

At this site the pitches are not divided by hedges, but in our area of the site they were divivided with fruit trees. Our pitch was lovely, under two apple trees. The height was a bit difficult with the motorhome, but it worked.

"Disappointment "
We chose this site, having stayed at other Castels sites in the past and have been very satisfied. The reception and welcome was great, lots of information about the region, well stocked shop.

Our pitch was incredibly tight. Not enough room for the caravan and car and small porch awning. Luckily our friendly Dutch neighbours allowed us to park on theirs. The site was really busy. There was no hot water in the showers in the morning, and pitches are incredibly cramped so there is a complete lack of privacy.

"Nice campsite"
Staff was friendly and there was always fresh bread in the morning. There’s a large field for children to play. Restaurant was very good for a campsite!

The toilets and showers could have been cleaner, with a lot of children at the campsite it wasn’t cleaned enough. Shop only opened at 9am and there were always queues. Could have opened a bit earlier.

The electricity outlet was overgrown with spiky weeds and was difficult to access.

"Relaxing chateau camping!"
Great pitches and facilities and well looked after. Lovely activities for kids

On this stay there was no hot water for washing up. First time this has happened

Shop, bar , ease of entry and exit to site and location

Pitch was very tight due to overhanging apple trees and branches .Sjoeers for more often cold than hot especially if you took a shower after 9am. Toilets were not clean , the bowls needed to be clean , not just sprayed with lemon .

"Lovely stay"
Liked everything really but especially the restaurant. The little/slim lady waitress with glasses who spoke really good English (sorry didn't get her name) was an absolute delight. she is an asset to your company, is a wonderful waitress, chatty (given she was very busy) and made us feel very welcome. Loved her! the food was nice too!
