Evaluations that are not older than three years and have undergone a verification process. More infoThe facilities on site our amazing and the beach is incredible and on the door step.
We stayed with eurocamp and the caravan was comfortable
We had no oven and for the first time we were asked to extensively clean the caravan otherwise we would be fined €150.

Weather and pool
WiFi access, noise!!
Air-conditioning.
Beds were awful, spent days trying to find a mattress topper, the bed caused agony for 2wks!

Really enjoyed the setup, very secure and comfortable. Excellent staff particularly for the kids activities.
The only comment I would make was that there was nowhere to store our luggage when we arrived on the first day while waiting for our accommodation to be ready. We didn't have our own car as we had travelled by rail/taxi. Similarly on the last day we would have used the facilities if we had somewhere to store our luggage.
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also felt secure.

Great as usual. Pool area clean, bar- good food and drinks. Perfect spot in P20. Close to the beach and pool.
The foam party wasn’t on!
The 2 separate buildings. Kids had a bit of independence. Hot tub was great

Great variety of water slides and racket sports
The cleanliness of the swimming pool facilities like toilets and restaurant area and drains was really bad! There was also a lack of healthy food options especially for children at all the restaurants.
The AC
The smell from the shower and toilet after a week. Drainage wasn’t great.

Faculties and general cleanliness
After purchasing sweets for the children they were asked to consume their sweets before being let into the arena area - I see no reason why this should be case, kids should be free to consume sweets, after alll they were purchased at a Vieux Port shop.
Decking area
Quite close to other accommodation and overlooked

Lots of facilities on site and clean facilities, easy access to the beach and the water park was a great addition. Always able to find a sunbed and the water slide queues did not take long.
Very large busy site which has attempted to fit too much in therefore limiting the overall feel. Camping Pitches are smaller than stated and we had a tree at the entrance meaning we could not fit our planned motorhome on the site even though we had paid for a VIP pitch 120m, other pitches of the same where much larger and accessible. Safety of the site with bikes, electric scooters and cars all flying around very quickly made walking around feel unsafe, particularly with small children. The waterpark needs updating, areas of the pool fell off while we stayed making it dangerous.
Having our own facilities block including toilet, shower and kitchen unit was a luxury while camping.
The pitch was much smaller than the stated 120m, for the price this should be similar to other pitches of the same standard. Ours was half the size of some VIP 120. Having a tree across the entrance to the pitch made it impossible to gain motor access meaning a motorhome could not access the pitch. We understand the site is in a forest however pitches need to be suitable especially for the price of the campsite. Poor response from the reception staff when we highlighted this.

The pool was a good set up
The toilets had pop smeared over the walls. Groups of Young men shouting and playing music in the showers looking over at people in the next cubical. Loud noises throughout the night of drunken teens. Pitches far too small for large caravans. No chance of putting awning out as advertised. Bottles of achohol chucked down. Reception not very helpful and very busy. No parking for caravans on arrival before check in. Very chaotic. Would not return at all. I have pictures of all these issues if you require to see any.
Nothing
We put in the measurements of our caravan on booking and you put us on the tightest pitch you have on site. Pitch 80 orange should not be a caravan pitch. We had to rely on others to help push our van on/off. Thankfully others that’s were around come to help push it on and all agreed it was a terrible pitch. Cars are just parked on the sides making entrance to pitches very difficult and some routes to pitch were hard to get to due to cars parked terribly. Not one person come to check pitch was ok.

Location of lodge, style of lodge, closeness to beach and water park. Service from Resasol staff.
The main thing we didn’t like was the fact that the site was in a very public area requiring wristbands to enter areas. It felt fenced in. The Arena was very clinical and the adjacent outside area not a very welcoming space.
The set-up with separate areas for family and grandparents. Amenities such as dishwasher, air conditioning and jacuzzi.

Amazing pool - spent hours there! Location fantastic with the beach nearby & easy walk / cycle to Vieux Boucau. Loved being able to play tennis, volleyball & football on site.
Accommodation was ill equipped for 6 people for a 2 week stay. Far too small for comfort & no oven or bbq facilities readily available. Restaurants on site were ok but not great - hugely overpriced. Had to pay extra for tennis courts which was problematic in terms of booking (twice they double-booked us!) & also thought it was unnecessarily expensive at €8.50 per court for an hour - it should be part of the inclusive price.
Location. The cabin was fairly clean but not immaculate.
Far too small for 6 people for 2 weeks. Not comfortable at all - no space to move, no space to cook. No oven or space to bbq. There are communal bbq spaces but these are a short walk from the accommodation & it depends on availability of being able to borrow a communal grill. Had we known this in advance we could have come better equipped, but we had no information regarding use of communal bbqs. The rooms are so small you can’t walk around the beds without stubbing your toe. Living space both inside and on the decking is totally inadequate for 6 people on a 2 week stay.

The campsite and the location were great
Having to leave the swimming pool by walking through filthy water. Not being allowed to drink anything within the pool complex.
Roan rep Madeleine was as helpful and kind as she could be

Easy access to fantastic beach. Helpful staff and strong staff presence around the site. Well stocked shop and plenty of activities on site. The outdoor cooking set up was brilliant.
Static caravan lacked essential items like a kettle, mugs and wine glasses. The caravan was clean but not spotless.
As above.

Great location, close to beach and many cycle paths which are great for cycling with kids. Our 4 kids loved the facilities especially the water park. Pitches for camping are also a great size and well shaded.
Our youngest aged 4 got lost whilst staying at the site and we found it difficult to find him. I think more visual maps and even paper copies of layout of the campsite would be useful so not to have to rely on the app solely.
Was a great size and well shaded
A bit far from sanitary facilities especially for younger children at night.
