Right next to the Dordogne river. Clean facilities. Friendly. Great pool which is covered so warm. Bread, croissants can be pre ordered. Access to the river for your dog, paddleboard and swimming. Canoe hire on site. Great stay.

Loved all the facilities that were available from the site itself, and the site is beautiful. The staff were great and the owners were great craic. Great location, close to Sarlat and the cycle path. Highly recommended

Comfortable, spacious enough (we were only two adults though) and fully equipped for our stay
Would have been handy to have more plug sockets in the bedrooms, but that's not really something that can be easily fixed and we did manage fine with what was available.

We loved being right by the river. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The pitches were separated with hedges and trees giving some privacy and making you feel amongst nature.
We probably missed the comment about taking our own toilet roll.

We stayed just before the high season started, which was perfect if you like a quieter place for your holiday. The prices are great for what you get. As the camping filled up right before we left, it became a bit too crowded for our personal liking. The owners are extremely helpful and made us feel welcome from day one! Thanks again :)
Of course mosquitos are a common problem, and staff were actively trying to combat them with insecticide in the sanitary buildings. Maybe sensor lights in the toilets at night would reduce the number of mosquitos there

Access to the river could not have been better
Would benefit from more toilet/shower facilities and given very heavy use, they need more regular cleaning. Also: provide toilet paper. I haven't visited another campsite where you need your own toilet paper in at least 15 years!

Some overhanging branches made it difficult to get around the site, but I do understand this was low season and this will probably be rectified.

Camping idéalement situé, au bord de la Dordogne et à proximité de la voie verte. Tout est propre et très bien entretenu,

Un petit havre de paix en bord de Dordogne, un accueil chaleureux et du personnel aux petits soins, sans oublier les soirées karaoké endiablées. Piscine chauffée, site d'escalade à 2 pas et de nombreux circuits VTT et marche à pied à proximité. Il y'en a pour tous les goûts, je recommande à 200%, vivement le prochain séjour !!!

Lovely site by the river dordogne, near lots of the historical sites and pretty villages.Relaxing stay, and the owners where very lovely :)
Everything was great!
Large pitch with river view, electric. Hedged the owners have been busy planting new trees and hedging to improve privacy and the site is very leafy with shade and sun.

Une semaine agréable, au calme, reposant, camping très bien situé proche de carsac, où l on trouve toute les commodités, magasins, restaurants, boulangerie... et de sarlat pour découvrir son marché de producteurs et ses activités, et de la piste cyclable pour se balader, proche de la Dordogne pour ses activités nautiques, très belle piscine chauffée à 29 degrés, mobil-home propre et très bien entretenu, personnel accueillant, souriant, et serviable, soirée proposée au bar restaurant et très bonne restauration sur place, produits de qualité régional, nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir
Un peu plus de lumière dans les allées du camping la nuit serait un plus pour rejoindre les Mobil-homes
