We weren’t happy with the pitch we were given so we asked to be moved. They put us on another pitch but then had to move again as that was booked. This was dealt with very well and we were very happy with the pitch we actually stayed on. Very friendly helpful British lady staff helped us.

Excellent site Premium lake view pitch with lake view very spacious for our Motorhome Lake and pool area fabulous Restaurant served delicious food with very friendly and accommodating staff-especially Clare Peaceful with spectacular views
The shop could stock a few more goods-especially for those in motorhomes who have no other mode of transport to go to purchase anything

I booked this site last minute as we were travelling from Paris down south chasing the sun. I had booked a service pitch, The location was brill for access to the pool and lake. The only fault I could point out is the electricity. When a kettle was boiled it would trip the electric so had to reset it many times during a boil. The site is large with many things to do. The staff were good but Clare set the bar for the rest she was very pleasant and helped out where she could and coached my French skills I would give her 10/10.
With having small children the animation team went around the site with a loud hailer announcing kids club etc. This would be helpful if you speak fluent French as it was not announced in any other language. I'm sure the Dutch would agree as this is some think they mentioned.

Le séjour c'est plutôt bien passé gros bémol de notre séjour la nuit de samedi à dimanche voisins d'à côté très très bruyant jusqu'à quasiment 2h du matin sur leur terasse à parler plus que fort , réveillé à 7h30 par ses mêmes voisins

Beau et sympa pour activité halieutique et baignade
Venu pour la pêche. Niveau biotopes pas terrible que du cailloux zéro herbiers et arbre immergé. Y a du poisson à faire mais ennuyeux.

L emplacement au bord du lac, la piscine très sympa. Les animations et le bienveillance des équipes. Les grands emplacements autour des mobiles home. Les nombreux arbres.
Les équipements du mobilier home étaient spartiate. Pas d égouttoir pour la vaisselle, pas de bassine ni de seau. Problème d eau chaude, la bouteille de gaz pour la cuisine était fermée quand on est arrivé, la banquette était très sale. Mais les équipes étaient en train de remettre les Mobil home en état et je suis sûre que tout cela sera réglé bientôt.
La climatisation était très appréciable, l espace extérieur est grand et les mibil home assez éloignés les uns des autres pour être au calme.
Un peu vétuste. Les matelas ne sont pas terrible, la chambre enfant petite, la banquette était très sale, la bouteille de gaz pour la cuisine était fermée. Il n y avait pas d égouttoir pour la vaisselle et un des transats avait le pied cassé.

Emplacement, qualité du mobilier home, agencement des installations et gentillesse des personnels.
Mettre le site Internet à jour et préciser qu'en septembre il n'y a pas de dépôt de pain et que le restaurant est fermé. Par ailleurs, préciser également que ke wifi n'est disponible qu'à l'accueil ou mettre en place un réseau de répéteurs wifi comme dans la plupart des campings actuels.

Que le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi partout, pas de dépôt de pain et pas de restaurant en septembre ne soit pas mentionné.
