Quiet and shady pitches. Restaurant good value. Good access to cycle routes.
Showers a bit cramped. Water pressure to pitch was poor. Disappointed that swimming pool not open especially as it was very hot during our stay.
Plenty of shade.
Noisy pigeons!! Pitch 42 a little small. We felt very close to our neighbours and hedging sparse.

We liked the pitch and the shade given by the many mature trees.
I have rated only average because the showers were not very good. In one shower I used the water came down no more than 6 inches from the wall. I could get part of my font wet, or part of my back only by standing very close to the wall. Not good.

The French fries in the restaurant were in my opinion very poor. Not crispy, flabby and greasy. I didn't eat any of them. The pork however was excellent and I just asked for more bread and ate that with it.

The campsite offered a peaceful and relaxing location in an amazing setting what more would you want. The staff were friendly and helpful which added to a great experience. Local shops and places to eat was a really helpful addition. All in all everything we could have hoped for.
Some pitches looked a little crowded but ours gave us plenty of room and privacy. So it can be done.

We have a 9m vehicle and a 7m car trailer and when we arrived the pitch first allocated to us would have proved difficult for us to access. A 4m high vehicle and tree branches doesn’t usually end well. The staff went over and beyond to find us a more suitable pitch and the site was very full. They were very helpful and understanding. The site itself is wonderful, it is in a lovely location, a beautiful river, cycle routes and little French towns worth exploring. Amenities on the site are great, restaurant/bar very reasonable, toilets and showers were kept very clean.

As always, the site was a pleasure to stay at. We will be back. In our opinion the site continues to get better as a result of hard working staff who are always welcoming and attentive.

Man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Der Platz ist schön ruhig und man die Gegend gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden, oder eine Bootstour machen.
Wenn man zwischen großen Wohnmobilen steht die quasi den Himmel verdunkeln ist das nicht so toll. So etwas kann einem das Camping verkleiden!

We stayed our motorhome. The pitch we chose was flat, a good size and within easy access of the services.
The trees, essential for shade in the summer, block out the sun in September.
