Have not been camping for many years but went with our family and stayed for three nights. The site was excellent plus facilities. Very clean and you could tell the whole site was looked after very well
The lodge was equipped well. Beds comfortable. Could have done with an outside light

Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, alltid positiv og hjelpsom. Svært gode fasiliteter, rent og pent overalt. Gode plasser for campingvogn med god skjerming og sol. Vi kommer garantert tilbake, gleder oss allerede. Topp score 😊

The landscaping is stunning, flowers and scents everywhere. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, as are the other campers. We love the bar and restaurant and the animations are very good quality
Reduced menu in the restaurant, still great food though! It just meant we went out to eat more for variety

Yet again we had a wonderful time at the site this year, the facilities are second to none and the staff are excellent fun and friendly. This is our second year there on the same pitch,we wanted to rebook the same pitch before we left like we did last year but was told we couldn't 😪😪
Only criticism I have is that the pitches could do with reseeding as we had a couple of nights time storms and our tent was covered in ground dirt and sand As a dog owner im very surprised that they dont have poo bag bins dotted around the site and one especially along the river bank walk as I did see a few just dropped on the floor But apart from that its definitely a A1 site ******

No record of my payment in full. Paid again by card, then had to Email card statement with payment and receipt. It was sorted after a few days and paid back in cash. I still ended up out of pocket because of exchange rates by bank. Takeaway food horrible (not same standard and quality as restaurant)

We were surprised by your feedback regarding pitch R10, as it offers an area of approximately 115 m²—larger than the size we typically advertise for our pitches. We did not notice any significant slope across the majority of the site. Furthermore, the surrounding vegetation ensures easy access, and its secluded location generally makes it a particularly quiet spot. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our takeaway food service; we have taken this on board as we strive to maintain a consistent level of quality across all our offerings. The most beautiful and clean site we have ever stayed. The staff are so friendly and the owners make sure everybody is made feel welcome and they have mastered the fine art of running a camp site.

The 3-person restriction on the sauna and steam-room (which has 7 seats) already caused conflict between those wanting to use the facilities and those already in them. Either remove some seats so that there are only 3, or install some sort of light system so that people move on after - say - 5 minutes
Massive pitch, a bit off the main community of the site, next door to the sanitary block and rear entrance to the pool complex. Heavily shaded, which was really important in the furious heatwave (36 - 40 degrees every day)

Having stayed several times before we already knew we loved this site. However the cherry on top was the new Sanitaires - the best we’ve come across. Also it was our first time in the peak season and we loved the extra buzz and family activities such as the onsite market stalls. And a special thanks to everyone for keeping the bar open so we could all enjoy the late World Cup game that went into extra time. In fact the whole team work well together and are clearly enjoying what they do

We were met with a friendly welcome and the check-in process was swift. Our pitch was a good size with plenty of options for shade or sun. The toilet facilities were modern and immaculate with someone constantly cleaning. The pool area was very clean with no.problem getting a sunbed..The bar/restaurant are was clean and well managed with a good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. The shop had all the relevant essentials for a campsite with fresh bread & croissants available each morning. In essence the site is well worthy of it's five star rating.
Possibly assistance if you wanted to launch and retrieve a canoe at the river

Great facilities in terms of pool complex, restaurant and bar. Well situated for touring Perigord Noir.
We stayed on a fully serviced pitch in 'Yucca' which was not as well set out as other parts of the campsite. Whilst in other zones, pitches were divided by neat hedge boundaries Yucca seemed to have been a bit neglected. Easy one to fix for 2027.

The site is clean, with well kept pitches and hedges and maintained by grounds staff daily. The reception bar and waiting staff are all friendly polite professional and nothing is too much always with a smile
Only small but maybe the menu needs to be expanded more variety all the food was good fresh and hot but with a limited menu it’s hard to use each night. We like to use the bar and restaurant to meet people to perhaps see any on site entertainment so it’s important more so when BBQ we’re not permitted due to fire risks.
Pitches are well set out and have hedges for privacy They are as flat as possible being grass and have easy access onto them
I think with modern day cars and touring caravans that have grow over the years even the XXL pitches were on the smaller side

The staff from the owners, reception bar and gardeners are all polite professional and wish to make you stay enjoyable. This is our first time at Le Paradis…..but will not be our last.
We would like to see more variation on the menu for the evening meals. This comment is only made as we like many enjoy the atmosphere people and do not wish to be cooking while on holiday and we used the bar and restaurant each night so other than the menu of the day it was only one choice So for us who like to get off the pitch meet people eat and drink it would have been nice to have greater choice
The pitch was for us was very suitable, near the toilet facilities, with the gardens and hedges well maintained.
While being an XXL pitch with modern caravans and cars our pitch was a little small. But once we put the caravan into position it was more than sufficient

Clean, well kept site, with lots of flowers and shrubs. By the river, so able to take a dip and take out a canoe. Lovely pool area. Helpful reception and technical support.
River access is a little difficult for those with even slight disabilities. Disabled room in new sanitary block is lovely - but a shelf for shower gel etc would be very helpful.
Some shade was very welcome, as we were there in the heatwave. Good to have all the services on the pitch.
We could only stay 5 nights.

We stayed in the House Orion which had all the facilities we needed. It was just like a “home from home”! Fantastic campsite with a superb pool complex and really enjoyed the live acts every Tuesday. Le Paradis was also ideally placed for us to visit different places in the area.
Please bring back pizzas to the takeaway menu.
The accommodation was really clean and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. Loved the huge patio and garden area. It was also great to have use of a large BBQ. Nice to be able to change the bedding and towels each week free of charge.

A wonderful 3 weeks spent at our true happy place. Le Paradis never fails to provide the ultimate holiday experience for us. We always feel like we’re home and leaving gets harder every year. Can’t wait to celebrate Le Paradis 60th birthday with you all next year. ❤️❤️❤️
