Toilets and showers were good
The hedges etc need a good tidy, got cut my leg by brambles on our pitch!

It’s a good stop to break up the journey back to the tunnel.
Sanitary facilities are shared for men and women when there are two blocks so these could easily be separated and no toilet seats ?
We have a VW California, the pitch was separated and more than enough space.

Reception was a bit surly. Facilities not very clean. All toilet paper empty in the morning. Showers and wash hand basin locked at 10pm, so if you used the toilet after that time you couldn't wash your hands ☹️

Really nice and helpful staff. English spoken if you can’t speak French. But do try, it’s polite to try. Regular cleaning and upkeep of facilities and pretty good on hot water for washing needs. We enjoyed the site and would come here again. Verdun is very historic in terms of WW1 and its position on the western front.

There is NO SOAP , no hand drying at the toilets. The infrastructure is tired and outdated. If they spent some money improving that, it could be a very good site. Signage to reception can be improved. When you drive in, the reception is sort of behind you and no signage.
Good size pitch , location at the lake. We even saw an otter and a heron.

The site is in a walkable location to the town, has a nice pool for kids and pond. The site has everything that you need.
Perhaps a slightly warmer welcome on arrival and in the bar area. Otherwise no issues

This was a very nice site, plenty of space on the pitch, some had overhanging trees which limited you to how you access the pitch. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Can order bread and croissants. Bar and restaurant, the meals were a good size and good quality. Close to the town easy walk. Lane just outside site for walking dogs. Grounds well kept, toilets very clean.

Very nice pitches, quiet site, Verdun centre only 15 minutes easy walk. Very good on site restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent site good pitches well maintained, showers and toilets were really good the shower cubicles are a great size, all in all throughly recommended The restaurant offered a good selection of food wine and beer. The meal I had was perfect. 5 stars really enjoyed my stay.

A friendly campsite with large pitches divided by hedges and trees. Reception, shop, bar, restaurant and pool available, plus table tennis and children’s play area. Water in washrooms is hot. Easy to book online. Great location for visiting Verdun town and WW1 memorials. A peaceful and enjoyable stay. Start the day with birdsong - including cuckoo.

The site was close to the town of Verdun so very convenient. The bar and restaurant were good. The price was very reasonable especially with the ACSI camping card discount.
The toilet and shower facilities were clean. It would be better if the male and female toilet facilities were separate.
The caravan pitch was a good size.

Hot water would have been nice , warm for some showers then freezing for others. All male group in chalet were noisy with music and loud talking .
Really close to the lovely town. We cycled in but it’s an easy walk. Nice cycling rides from site.
