Pleasant staff. Bathroom facilities clean.
1. Tell visitors on arrival about the system for the showers and give them a bracelet which works, rather than letting them discover it doesn’t once they’ve undressed. This happened twice, then I gave up trying to shower. 2. Clean us mess at WC emptying point. This must be a public health issue. We reported it on arrival but nothing was done by the time we left the next morning. 3. Site seemed a bit sad and unkempt in places but bathroom facilities were all clean.
Flat pitch. Electric hookup easily accessible. Water taps nearby.

an excellent night stop at this camp, with beautiful walks around the lake. Great showers. However it was very tricky to actually get into the site on this occasion due to the road blocks because of the evening music concert.
we had our own caravan, but good flat pitch, water nearby. Excellent showers.

Lovely location for lake and walking to town. Staff friendly. Excellent bread and croissants for breakfast. Good value.
Have some basic items for sale e.g milk, given the toilet block a good deep clean!

Someone else turned up and parked a meter from our door, on our pitch! Campsite can’t be held responsible for other people’s stupidity though!

Friendly welcome, always friendly employees during our stay. Perfect bread service, sanitary facilities ok, showers nice and warm (max 7 minutes/day). Large camper pitches that you can choose yourself. 10A current, several water taps. Right next to the campsite is a large park with a swimming and fishing pond, many walking and cycling opportunities. There is also a good restaurant on this site. The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bike via park.

Very clean toilets, but no seats. Toilet paper is available at the entrance of toilets, not in each cubicle. If you use the showers furthest from reception there is no timer and great pressure, one of the best showers I have had on any campsite. If you use showers by reception you need a bracelet (given to you on arrival) to activate the shower and it is timed at 7 minutes and only one use a day. I understand this is to stop non residents using the facilities as there is a camping aire just outside. We stayed 3 nights and found it to be a pleasant quiet site with very friendly staff.
We were in a large motorhome and found some of the pitches looked very wet. You could see where vehicles had struggled to get off the pitch. We arrived quite early and reception tell you to choose your own pitch so we were lucky to select a dry one. Some areas were marked off as not available due to the wet ground. If that could be improved it would benefit the site.
We were in a 8.2m motorhome with a small trailer. Pitches were quite close to each other but not too bad. Very close to lake with recreational park which was lovely. Great restaurant and bar in the park which was very good.

Receptionist was lovely. Nice to be by the lake.
Toilet/shower room extremely dirty. No toilet paper. Dogs running loose. Seven minute timer per day for showering.

Bonjour, merci pour votre venu au camping le Rochat, le papier toilette est fournis aux sanitaires gratuitement, si il n'y en avait plus il suffisait juste de traverser le chemin et de venir a l'accueil le signaler nous en aurions remis immédiatement, en raison de l'incivilité de certains campeurs ou camping cariste nous avons mis le déclenchement des douches avec un bracelet, vous avez 3 douches de 7 minutes chacune a votre disposition sur chaque bracelet chaque jour, c'est exacte que mon chien est en liberté dans le camping, désolé si celui ci à croisé votre regard !!! cordialement Alexandre

The sanitary facilities aren’t so clean, people from outside the campsite are using the toilets even though they have been stopped from using the showers.

Arrived around 18.00 nothing open, no possibility of food etc.
Bungalow was clean, however, very old and dated. Shower was also clean but again very old and not functional to any great standard.

Great place for an overnight stop, only a short drive to and from the A20
The site is just beyond an exhibitionm site so can be busy with vehicles and sometimes they shut some of the roads making it a bit more difficult with a caravan
As it was just an overnight stop and low season we could park where we liked and were able to use our Ascii card for discounted rate.

Bonjour pour ceux qui veulent rester longue durée, au départ tout le monde est gentil vous leche presque le uc pour savoir votre situation actuelle ou histoire. Quand vous apprenais qu'il y a voir maintenant peut-être 2 personnes plus que indésirables dans le camping. Il se serve de votre histoire pour vous viré.
Dégueulasse pas entretenu j'ai beaucoup de photos mal honnête. Faux cu... Garde un PÉDOPHILIE VOIR PEUT ÊTRE 2. DANS SON DEUXIÈME CAMPING ET NOUS VIRÉ POUR SOIS DISANT QU'IL Y A DES MAUVAISES ODEUR AUTOUR DU MOBIL HOME ET J EN PASSE SE MR AIME PAS QU ON LUI DISE LA VÉRITÉ INCAPABLE DE GÉRER SON CAMPING.

Avons passé une agréable semaine dans un grand mobilhome au bord de la rivière au calme avec tous les matins la visite des canards Personnels accueillant
Manque la piscine.
Très spacieux pour 4 adultes, grand lit 2 places de 160, 2 petits lits de bonne taille de 80cm de large. Grande douche spacieuse
Surprise qu’il y est un petit lave vaisselle et un four mais malheureusement ça ne marchait pas. Problème de prise de courant au niveau de l’îlot central. Donc je pense que ce mobilhome a besoin d’une révision. Difficulté a fermé les portes coulissantes des chambres

Zeer prettig geholpen bij de balie, ruime plekken voor campers. Heerlijke douches.
De toiletten hebben geen bril en worden onvoldoende gereinigd. Rommel in een prullenbak lag er na drie dagen nog steeds.
De standplaats voor onze camper was heel ruim en redelijk vlak.
Waterpunten zijn vlakbij, maar vaak achter de caravan of camper van andere gasten.

Le ménage des locations est à revoir largement. La salle de convivialité et les barbecues sont dans un état de crasse incroyable! Le camping n’est pas entretenue Toute la nuit il y a du bruit dans le camping!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en camping sous tente au camping du Rochat Belle Isle. Nous découvrions Châteauroux et notamment sa très belle base nautique. Très belle piscine également et de bons moments à la Guinguette!
Beaucoup de place, ombragé
Lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de tentes (si cela arrive encore parfois?), peut-être n'est-il pas facile de savoir comment garer sa voiture pour être sûre qu'elle ne soit pas bloquée par les d'autres campeurs qui viendraient s'installer?

La situation, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. C'est la raison pour laquelle je venais pour la troisième fois

Pas de radiateurs dans le séjour et la salle de bains (heureusement qu'il y avait des couvertures). Robinet évier mal fixé, chaudière capricieuse et batterie de cuisine très minimaliste
