"Disappointed "
Lovely reception and big pitches.

We left after one day, site felt a little tired and there was so much noise all night from a local road. Felt like lots of workers there.

"Macon area transit rest"
A large site on the banks of the Saone , able to use our dinghy , peaceful , Saone cycle / jogging path nearby , easy access to Macron , historic and interesting , bar , good value restaurant , morning baguettes and shop for essentials on site

"2 nights French tour"
Nice area

Having to pay to enter beach area..its fine if we were told at reception ! Resturant ..food was ok but service slow

Bonjour Merci pour votre commentaire. Concernant le plan d'eau, celui-ci est totalement indépendant de notre camping. Pour ce qui est des emplacements, il me semble que vous étiez en bord de Saone, mais vous étiez totalement libre de choisir un autre emplacement plus au calme. A bientôt Marie

Got packed in when it got busy with some people squeezing in sideways and others with tents next to their motorhomes so a big lack of privacy

"Over priced "
Next to the water

We’re in a motorhome and charged for towing a car extra €5 per night. Car’s towing a caravan do not pay the extra €5 ?

"Great stopover for 2 Nights, wish it could have been longer"
So friendly a d helpful, fantastic pitches by the massive river, couple of the big river cruisers went past. Ideal location just off the main route to the South. About an hour before Lyon.

Leaving the site, we would have loved to explore more of the region. Will definitely be back.
