COUNTRY PARK TOUQUIN

Great site. Small, peaceful with tennis court, playcentre, great swimming pool. Fab snack bar. We felt really relaxed and safe here. The kids loved it. Easy to get to Paris and Disney. Great supermarket about 20 mins drive. Staff very helpful. This is France maybe try and learn some french before you drive rather than complain staff don't speak great English. You will need to take kettle, sheets etc as accommodation is basic but sufficient. We loved our stay.

The location of the camping is good for trips to Paris. The swimmingpool is also good. There’’s play equipment for younger children.

The sanittary was most of the time not clean. There was a lot of litter. You couldn’t adjust the sjouwer tap; the water was much too hot! On the other hand, the tap for the dishes only gave a small lukewarm stream. Some staff looked mainly angry, please be friendly to your guest. And please learn a little bit English; you get so many guest from so many countries.

Limited activities and food choices in the one place to eat. Tiny shop on site. Without a car it is not a good place to stay. Didn't have welcome pack in home when we arrived and had to ask for it.

Rustige camping met de basis die je nodig hebt. Ruime verzorgde plaatsen met water en elektriciteit op iedere plaats. Goeie verbinding met Disneyland en Parijs maar vraagt wel wat tijd.

Site clean and tidy, nice pool. Set in lovely grounds, snacks bar staff friendly and helpful. Close to Disney, they have shuttles running but we didn't use them as we drove there.

Caravan, only as clean as the last person left it, we were lucky that ours was left relatively clean but could do with a complete deep clean. Our caravan could also do with a bit of a makeover, very tired and dated. Website says fully equipped kitchen but only had a microwave, gas hob and coffee machine, could have done with a kettle but we managed.

Good location for Disney parks and good children’s facilities.

Cleanliness! We arrived around 9:30pm and used the toilets and showers right away; they resembled something you’d find at a festival on day 3. Toilet paper all over the floor but none in the dispenser, smelt bad and the shower floors were covered in mud from peoples shoes. They only marginally improved the next day but the toilet paper ran out in the men’s by 10am. Also be aware the vehicle access stops at midnight; Disney fireworks are finish at 11pm and it’s a 33 minute drive once you’ve made it to your car. Not great given many will use the site to visit Disney.

Barrier issues ruined the stay really. Can’t physically get back from the Disney fireworks before the barriers are locked, a shame considering they advertised they are well placed for Disney. Code stopped working completely on last evening at 9pm, no staff to be found, no number to call. Made me feel uneasy incase something happened in the night. Stayed at numerous sites on this trip and the quality of this site was a lot worse than all the others.

Avoid. We had our booking cancelled with no explanation and have been awaiting our refund since February. We called into the Parc whilst in France to request refund and the manager actually took the payment again rather than refunding. We are now down double the booking price and still no further forward. Parc does not answer emails or calls and we have no way of resolving.

The campsite is clean and secure, perfect location for our trip to Disney that plenty to do during the 3 days after. I believe that the mobile home is as clean as the previous occupier left it (as it seems that there is no cleaning personnel), therefore I have to refresh some of the kitchen items (only the ones we used while camping though) and clean a bit around. Lots of things for kids to do (football, tenis, table tennis, indoor play zone, outdoor gym), and we were lucky enough to have 2 hot days, so also enjoyed the pools.

We fund the receptionist very rude and unhelpful ( the one with glasses who speaks better English). We were 3 families, 2 of which rented the same time of mobile home (3 bedroom Noya accommodation). A request for them to be near each other or close by was sent months before arrival and acknowledged by the campsite, however on the day one of the family was placed in a different accommodation (3 bedrooms Lodge) which was located in the opposite part of the campsite. The receptionist didn't take any consideration of prior communication nor tried to help in anyways, just blankly refused to help
