COUNTRY PARK TOUQUIN

Avoid. We had our booking cancelled with no explanation and have been awaiting our refund since February. We called into the Parc whilst in France to request refund and the manager actually took the payment again rather than refunding. We are now down double the booking price and still no further forward. Parc does not answer emails or calls and we have no way of resolving.

Rustige camping Nabij Disneyland

Heel druk zwembad met veel te weing stoelen om te kunnen zitten nabij het zwembad mensen die hun hond bij hebben laten deze over de hele camping lopen, honden moeten hier blijkbaar niet aan de lijn , we hadden op een gegeven moment een vreemde grote hond op ons veld die zonder eigenaar los liep ( vind ik zeer gevaarlijk) had een baby mee wc werden niet doorgespoeld en regelmatig was het wc papier op

The campsite is clean and secure, perfect location for our trip to Disney that plenty to do during the 3 days after. I believe that the mobile home is as clean as the previous occupier left it (as it seems that there is no cleaning personnel), therefore I have to refresh some of the kitchen items (only the ones we used while camping though) and clean a bit around. Lots of things for kids to do (football, tenis, table tennis, indoor play zone, outdoor gym), and we were lucky enough to have 2 hot days, so also enjoyed the pools.

We fund the receptionist very rude and unhelpful ( the one with glasses who speaks better English). We were 3 families, 2 of which rented the same time of mobile home (3 bedroom Noya accommodation). A request for them to be near each other or close by was sent months before arrival and acknowledged by the campsite, however on the day one of the family was placed in a different accommodation (3 bedrooms Lodge) which was located in the opposite part of the campsite. The receptionist didn't take any consideration of prior communication nor tried to help in anyways, just blankly refused to help

More info given about what is already in the van (utensils etc as we brought some and ended up having double) and the bar facilities being open during the week instead of the weekend. Swimming pool was not heated, my kids had to leave as they were shivering

Rustige camping met nette chalets. Goede uitval basis voor Disney en Parijs.

Het was al 2 dagen ruim 25 graden, maar het zwembad ging niet open. Volgens de regels mocht dit pas 1 mei. We hadden de camping juist ook gekozen voor het zwembad, dat viel dus erg tegen.

The campsite was nice in general. The staff were lovely.

The water was cold in the showers. Not hot water in the toilet area sinks either. The shuttle bus did not run and there was a sign saying 70Euro to Eurodisney and 150 to paris central. Getting around without a car was very difficult but the uber was cheap and helpful if you could speak French.

Good location, plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Disneyland was very easy to get to. Campsite was very nice, good pool area, although a little disappointed that not all the facilities were open.

Great pitches, nice and peaceful. Lots of facilities, including a nice little pool. Good snack bar.

The shower block we used was a little tired but was adequate enough.

A bigger shop would have been useful. Shop before you arrive. No 920 gas replacement

We loved the pool area and the space given on each pitch. The site was safe and the constant patrols by staff helped keep the site clean and safe.

The restaurant is not really a restaurant. And the evening entertainment was a little disappointing. That being said we did enjoy food from the 'take out' our last night and it was tasty. Id read people moaning about showers and toilets previously but we were very happy with both blocks, never qued for a toilet or shower.

Our family had a lovely stay at touquin! Some reviews say the beds are uncomfortable but I didn't think so at all. Our kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool, soft play, outside play areas, fishing, and evening entertainment. The cooked pizzas from the food hut were some of the best I've ever had! Just remember this is a camping type of holiday! If your looking for luxury then go to a hotel. If your happy to do things for yourself and enjoy the beautiful nature around you then this is the holiday for you.

A little updating of the accommodation, but this is just if I was being super picky.

Our children were gone the entire afternoon, playing. It’s an small camping, so our youngest (5) could also go by herself. There is no entertainment, which we liked, because there wasn’t any music that kept us awake at night. They speak english very well.

There is no shop, you can buy a few things at the reception but that isn’t enough. There are a few options to order for dinner, but there is no menu or anything like that, so the choices are unknown.

Great site with everything you need and friendly staff. Beautiful site and spacious pitches. Great pool and clean facilities.

Very minor improvements. No hand drier in men’s bathroom, lights go off at night very quickly in there too.

Very pleasant, good community and neighbours.

Better directions. The last 400-500 mts to the place was initially touch to find. But once you get in to the gate, it is a totally different world.

Environnement agréable, multiples activités pour les enfants, terrain de sport. Piscines un peu petites, mais appréciables tout de même. Bemol: le mobile home n'est pas très propre (lamelles du store de la cuisine encrassées, façades de meubles de cuisine poisseuses, joint de la douche moisis) et pas de première jeunesse (quasiment toutes les poignées des fenêtres cassées, stores qui coincent). Terrasse pas nettoyée non plus depuis des lustres et vaisselle sale.

We had a busy but very lovely holiday and stay at Touquin Coutry Park. The Park had great facilities for children. It kept our son very busy and happy, he especially enjoyed using the swimming pool, as did we all. It was an easy drive to Disneyland Paris and we hopped on a train into Paris a couple of times for Olympic events!

Nothing at all. Room was extremely dirty. Staff members are extremely rude. Will never visit this place again
