There was no soap in the toilets for 2 days having informed Reception of this. Main toilet light was blinking and it was eventually fixed. Also only 1 hand dryer available and i was unable to charge my phone as the socket points were too high. The laundry unit was great with 2 washing machines and a dryer. Also a good freezer for our ice blocks as we were in a tent. The sandy grass pitches are not ideal when it rains as they turn essentially to sandy muck. It was great to hire bikes as we could cycle to the Lighthouse area which was amazing.

Bonjour Mr Rudiger, Toute l’équipe a pris connaissance de votre commentaire. Concernant le bruit évoqué, nous tenons à préciser que les travaux de jardinage mentionnés consistaient simplement à tailler les haies avec un outil électrique peu bruyant, dans le souci constant d’entretenir le terrain pour le confort de tous les vacanciers. Nous veillons à limiter ces interventions aux heures les moins dérangeantes. Nos emplacements sont nombreux et variés. Si celui qui vous a été attribué ne vous a pas convenu, il suffisait de revenir à l’accueil afin de demander un changement. Moins de 3h se sont écoulées entre votre installation et vos mails de réclamation. Concernant le point d’eau, il est bien précisé dans notre mail de confirmation de séjour que vous avez reçu qu’il s’agit un point de puisage et non d’un point de connexion au réseau d’eau. 3 espaces sanitaires sont répartis sur le terrain, 1 aire de vidange près du sanitaire N° 1 et un vidoir pour wc chimique près du sanitaire N°3. Enfin, nous n’avons pas souhaité répondre à vos 2 courriels reçus à 17h23 et 17h27qui manquaient de courtoisie. Salutations .

We LOVED our “tiny home” - just perfect for a few nights 😎 The entire site is very clean, tidy and peaceful - perfect 👍 The location is gorgeous…a short walk from beautiful sunsets, we managed a 12km walk along the beach and back through the salt ponds, with dragonflies joining us 💪 The young lady who checked us in (Naomi ?) was very friendly 🙏 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - touring down to Spain, by far the best stay yet 👍 Many thanks, we hope you enjoy a good season 🥂
Where the outside deck changes level - paint the last plank before the drop, maybe a muted orange or even green - I nearly managed to fall off it twice! A slight colour change would make it much safer 👍
It was the perfect space for us - had everything we needed 💪 Looking rustic from the outside, it was spotless inside 😎 The bed was very comfortable, & all the facilities (kitchen area, toilet) were great 👍
No - it was perfect! We had trouble with the front door lock, & the maintenance man was round within minutes and had it all fixed - thanks!

Lovely site with nice size pitches, facilities are all really clean and seem fairly new, we visited out of season so was pretty quiet and the area around the lighthouse is nice. Staff are very polite and helpful.

Peaceful site in a beautiful part of the island. Cycle routes from the site to pretty villages and lovely sandy beaches. Don't miss the sunset from the old lifeboat house! Would have stayed longer but the site closed for the season.

Quiet, clean and situated perfectly to explore the island. The beach is literally seconds away facing the sunset. The onsite bakery was so good!

Ideally located at the tip of the island, this site is lovely and quiet. There is direct access to the many miles of cycle paths, with some beautiful beaches within a 20 minute ride, as well as way access to the local towns. You can cycle over to La Flotte in 90 minutes - a lovely place to go for lunch.

Close to the best beach on the island (La Conche). The safari tent was comfortable and well-equipped. Easy and safe for kids to cycle around. Ars en Re & Portes en Re are both easy cycle rides away & lovely villages. Chabot also sweet. Reception sells nice ice cream, as does la-martiniere.fr near the lighthouse. Great spot for a family holiday! Thank you.

The location is fantastic. The peace and quiet was exactly what we hoped for. Cycle routes around the local area were great. All staff were very friendly and welcoming with very good English. Facilities were the best we have ever had at a campsite. We loved the little café for breakfast and on a We loved the little café for breakfast and on an evening. The little shop was useful for bottled water. This has been my favourite campsite that I have ever been to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We loved our pitch! We hope to return to the same one next year. A very generous size and close to all facilities. We loved the privacy and felt like we were surrounded by beautiful nature. Being able to see the Lighthouse light was an added bonus.
It was almost perfect! The permanent hairdryer noise from the toilet block got irritating. I wonder if a coin operated one might reduce the amount that this is used.
