All the water points around our pitch were off, was advised that the snack bar was open but it was closed.

Hello Stuart we are truely sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at our campsite. We are conscious that the water points closed can be an incovenience for our clients. We are going to repair them for next year. We are surprised to hear that the bar was closed, maybe your arrived outside opening hours. A relaxed stay surrounded by lush greenery. The pitch plots were generous and the camping community were very respectful. Toilet and shower facilities were good and well maintained. A lovely stay. Thank you!

It was a pleasant site but just a bit shabby needs a good tidy up and may be the night lights need changing to bright people where nice just needs an up grade

It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing.
The showers serving plot 55 would be improved with a few more hooks on which to hang clothes whilst showering.
We enjoyed the peacefulness.

I stayed for night, the toilets/showers where very clean. And the staff where very helpful, and bilingual.
Large quiet plots if you want to be secluded.

Stayed two nights on two dates in August, nice bar by the river and a restaurant terrace above the pool complex.
The restaurant meal was average on the first stay but was much improved on the second.
Nice shaded pitch, facilities nearby.
A rowdy group nearby but not too bad.

The bivouac on stilts was fantastic. We booked it due to an approaching thunderstorm and it was warm and dry. .loved the bread delivery in the morning. Toilets and showers clean. A nice bar nearby.
The hatch door at the top of the ladder did not secure properly and slammed twice. Luckily we weren't injured. I told the manager, just to let her know, and she said it hadn't happened before . That may be the case but it was a bit scary and it needs a better way of keeping it open.
Matress and pillow. Also a light and an electric plug. Table and stools downstairs. A simple set up.
I am not sure why I paid 150€ caution. We are cycling so can't steal a pillow or mattress and there wasn't anything to break. It was refunded, but I still don't know why I had to pay it.

L’endroit au bord de la Saône l’accueil sympathique

De ruimte voor de camper is ruim. Mooie ligging langs de Saône.
Chemisch toilet legen is een hele afstand.
De ligging en de gehele entourage.
Geen verharde ondergrond. Het was kletsnat en de kans om niet te kunnen wegrijden is groot.

Notre équipe de nettoyage passe chaque jour, mais nous comprenons que cela puisse ne pas toujours suffire selon la fréquentation et la méteo. Nous prenons également bonne note de votre remarque concernant le tapis à l’entrée, qui pourra effectivement améliorer les choses. Hello Josée, We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, as this is not the experience we want to offer. Our premium pitches include a table on the pitch, and while we provide several water points throughout the campsite (280 pitches in total), they are not available directly on each pitch. We are especially concerned to read your comment about the breakfast. The breakfast includes bread marmelade butter, hot drink, a juice and a pastry as croissant for exemple, for 8.5€. Could you please tell us what exactly was disappointing? Your feedback would help us improve. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again under better conditions.

Camping très calme en cette période,très bien entretenu,personnels super sympa,sanitaires très propre également,de grands emplacements ombragé,de bonnes tables juste à la sortie du camping,le restaurant snack du camping est très bien aussi .Sans hésitation nous reviendrons et feront de la publicité pour ce magnifique camping

Alles is oud en verpauperd. Het hek stond gewoon open en er zat een gat in waardoor ze zo op de camping konden. We werden helemaal achteraan op een veld gezet alleen. Voelde ons echt niet veilig. Komen nooit meer!!!

Hello jan, We are truly sorry to read your feedback and that this was the impression you took away from your stay : this is certainly not the experience we want to deliver. Unfortunately, we did experience a technical problem with our entrance gate and our provider could not come immediately for repairs. In the meantime, we blocked the access with another barrier, which is closed every evening at 6 pm to keep the campsite secure during the night. Regarding the location of your pitch, you had booked a premium emplacement, which are located at the back of the campsite. If you had felt uncomfortable or unsafe, we would have been more than happy to move you elsewhere if you had come to see us at reception. We are here to make you have a great stay, don't hesistate to share your feeling with us. We sincerely regret that you left feeling disappointed and unsafe, and we apologize again for not meeting your expectations. Your comments are very important to us and will help us improve.
