Located in a special area, the campsite is just outside the village with easy access. Clean, quiet and well run. Lovely staff on site.
The long code on the keypad to access the bathrooms and camp kitchen area was difficult to read in the dark!
Nice shady site - we paid extra to book a specific site with shade.

The Camping Le Clos du Pin was a perfect base for us to explore the region. It was clean, friendly and what I would describe as a "good quality 3* campsite. It's not a 5* site, and doesn't pretend to be. But it has everything you need, and is in a stunning location. If we're in the area again we will definitely come back here.
The only minor issue is that at certain times, the shower and washing-up facilities are busy, so sometimes you might have to queue for a couple of minutes, but apart from that we have nothing bad to say about this place.
Our pitch was plenty big enough for us, had shade from the trees at certain times of the day, the electric hook-up worked consistently and it was only a short walk to the shower block. It was lovely to wake up/go to sleep to the sound of the stream running along the back of the campsite and the cow bells in the distance.

Received a very warm welcome from lady on reception. Although we were only staying one night she took the time to explain all the facilities and showed us to our pitch.

We had a good sized, grass pitch with electric which was ideal for our 7m long motorhome.

Lovely little location and great facilities. Every thing was clean. The staff were friendly. The delivery of bread in the morning was super helpful.

The receptionist Mano was very helpful, she even helped me out when my motorhome got stuck on some ice. The amenities block was modern and always clean. Fresh bread can be ordered from reception.
A higher amperage of electric would improve the site, especially in winter.
The pitch was grass but frozen in winter.

With the ski bus stop opposite, fresh bread and croissants daily, stunning scenery and warm clean facilities this campsite is perfect-thank you for another excellent stay.

L’ambiance familiale du camping et la disponibilité aimable du personnel
Ne pas pénaliser les gens de 50 € parce qu’elles choisissent un emplacement. Je trouve que ce capitalisme est fatiguant.

Le fait de payer une baguette de pain 1,90 €. Encore ce foutu capitalisme qui doit satisfaire certains.

* Les lampadaires sur les emplacements se mettent en marche vers 23h! Si vous êtes en tente, c'est vraiment gênant. Pourquoi les laisser en marche toute la nuit? * Les blocs sanitaires sont maintenant mixtes alors qu'ils étaient avant séparés hommes d'un côté et femme de l'autre. Je préfère lorsque c'est séparé. * Le bains nordique contient beaucoup trop de javel. L'odeur est trop forte et il manque une douche extérieure pour se rincer en sortant du sauna avant d'aller dans le bain nordique. * Bloc sanitaire avec code d'entrée à 5 chiffres: Pourquoi une telle méfiance?

Pour les emplacements: Prix beaucoup trop élevé sachant que: - les emplacements sont petits - il y a la route qui génère du bruit - il n'y a pas de haies qui séparent les emplacements - il n'y a pas de petite épicerie (à part la livraison de pain le matin) --- Je déconseille fortement les roulottes et bungalows. Ils se trouvent à 4m de la route et l'espace extérieur pour manger est tout petit et pas agréable du tout. Sans parler du tarif...

Ce séjour au camping fait partie intégrante du festival:les jeux et la vache gonflable ou se retrouvent tous les enfants le soir,pour notre petit-fils unique c’est surtout plein de copains

Environnement magnifique, Le Grand-Bornand est un village très dynamique. Météo parfaite.
Un peu de monde mais normal au mois d'aout
Campeurs bienveillants et respectueux.
Accueil du premier jour glacial! Emplacement pour une tente sur du gros cailloux, très bruyant le long d'une route très fréquentée par des camions, voitures et motos. Sanitaires à la limite de la propreté en fin de journée. Pas de service au camping. 44€ la nuit pour une tente, une voiture, un forfait électricité et deux adultes pour un service minimum, c'est le plus cher payé en trente années de camping!

Petit camping à taille humaine. Rivière en contrebas du camping agréable pour se rafraîchir pendant cette semaine de forte chaleur.
Emplacement trop peu ombragé. Éventuellement, dépôt de pain à 7h30 serait mieux que 8h10 surtout pour ceux qui ne veulent pas partir trop tard en rando.
