Chadotel Le Trivoly

The pool area was clean, water heated and slides. Baby area at pool very cold at times? Bar limited choice of drinks and no food available pre 6.30 pm not ideal for young children. No itemised billing when ate so unable to see why so expensive with only 1 drink each.

Staff were helpful at arrival but no explanation of services or programmes etc. No security at gate so strangers did enter on foot and bike? When our arrangements changed due to son in laws leg break- limited support on departure changes. Advised €47 to stay til 12pm same day or leave site by 7pm? We had an early drop off at Carcassonne for 9am and when parked at Arrivals parking area were approached and told despite non camping parking all around that we’d have to leave now… all this while we were settling a baby to sleep for onward journey. Heart broken to see what happened to a family site.

Another visit to this campsite & we weren't disappointed! Friendly staff,great facilities& a lovely pool.

I would never stay on Chadotel run by Children, no facilities open on both sites. Weren’t told when booked, second site six inches of mud.asked or a refund and told no.

Get bought out by another company who understand there customers.

Super pool area with higher than usual sun beds, slides and toys. Huge emplacements for campervans. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable rates with Chadotel loyalty card. Reasonably-priced good food. Area for pétanque. Playground for children. Everywhere clean and well-maintained.

The main annoyance is with a neighbouring campsite whose student weekend special resulted in loud, thumping music 2 nights in a row until 4am. The following weekend was 1 night until 3.30am. There was unusually heavy rain all one day resulting in large pools of water. I can't blame the campsite for an act of God but maybe some work could be done to the drainage. The campervan service area is quite tight for larger vans. Final negative point is the lack of toilet paper in the well-maintained sanitary block.

Our first experience at this campsite was a 3 hour wait to check in while Reception was closed for a 3 hour lunch break. Queue of guests waiting to check in, not a good start. The emplacements were a good size and it was overall it was a well run campsite. Shop poorly stocked and services area for campers had very bad access and nonplace to empty a black water tank

Wonderful staff, perfect location, we submerged ourselves in all things French - thank you for including us and helping us, 100% recommend and will want to return again. A small site, perfect for families where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful surroundings.

Location, cleanliness and facilities. Pool area was wonderful.

Pitches looked a little worse for wear.

Staff friendly at reception. Good sized pitch. Clean toilets and immaculate showers. We used the laundry room and the machine worked well. Was very modern. Ordered pastries from the bar a very good service.

We like the concept. All included in the camping: rest, fun, food, all you can expect for your vacations. Good price and great stuff

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.

Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.

Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.

Le camping est bien agencé, avec piscine, épicerie et bar/restaurant. Mobil-homes et emplacements. Bien entretenu et l'accueil du personnel très agréable.

L'ensemble des personnels très à l'écoute et serviable, dommage que la réglementation de la piscine soit peu respectée, notamment par des communautés peu enclin à respecter

La présence d'un gardien des le mois de juin afin de surveiller les agissements de quelques personnes qui ne respectent rien

Équipe dynamique et à l'écoute.

Nous pouvons pas aller dans la piscine sans que les gamins sautent, plongent, jouent au ballon ou à autres jouets. Cela n'arrête pas, on est pas du tout en sécurité. L'animateur quand vous lui dites il répond on est là pour s'amuser alors qu'il y a une pancarte d'interdiction et la personne qui surveille le bassin, ne fait strictement rien, elle bouge pas ces fesses d'ou elle est assise. Pour les differenciés, c'est aussi difficile, ils ont tous un maillot où il y a inscrit simplement le nom du camping. Beaucoup de gens sont mécontents nous sommes pas les seuls. A éviter ce camping.

Faire respecter le règlement (les interdits)par le personnel qui surveille le bassin.
