Location, cleanliness and facilities. Pool area was wonderful.
Pitches looked a little worse for wear.
Size was very good, but as I said grass was sparse. Some of the trees needed pruning, as I did scratch a roof light.

Staff friendly at reception. Good sized pitch. Clean toilets and immaculate showers. We used the laundry room and the machine worked well. Was very modern. Ordered pastries from the bar a very good service.

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.
Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.
Nice rooms. Good storage. Loved the large larder press in living room for storing food etc. Also TV and Aircon.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.
Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

Tree felling next to our pitch that covered our camper van in dust & dirt. We were not informed about this prior to pitch selection.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.
Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.
Electric box very old and not maintained properly. Pitch was just bad.

The pool area was great, kids enjoyed themselves. Accomodation was fine, albiet a bit unclean.
The restaurant was closed for 9 our of our 12 days, as was the bar. We could not eat on-site, the shop was closed for most of it (and has no stock anyway), and the bar was closed at the pool area. So no drinks/ice creams for the kids. I understand the restaurant is managed by a third party company, not le trivoly, but surely they should have some agreement to how often they should be open to serve customers. We had to take all our business elsewhere, frustrating when the kids want an icecream beside the pool!

Bon resto Personnel super Au niveau des sanitaires Très bien personnel très bien et très professionnel Cependant nous avons été très déçus au niveau de la surveillance du camping Chiens en liberté dans surveillance des propriétaires Quant à la piscine très bien 2 semaines, mais après c'était l'anarchie complète Gens qui se baignaient en caleçon, en robe et j'en passe.. Animateurs sympas Nous avons retrouvé du pain sur les transats.... Pas de surveillance... caca dans dans la piscine et même un pipi sur les rochers..Que dire.Très déçus par la piscine
Un vigil à l'entrée du camping en juin camping non surveillé à cette période Pas de bracelets pour ls campeurs en juin ? Plus de surveillance sur les chiens en liberté et un surveillant de piscine en juin serait très utile
Emplacement correct mais manque de point d'eau car pas d'eau froide aux sanitaires et pour nettoyer les légumes ce n'est pas facile il manque donc l'eau froide au point vaisselle
Le gros point négatif manque de surveillance du camping et à la piscine Pas assez de rigueur

La piscine, le personnel accueillant, que ce soit les animateurs, les maîtres nageurs, les serveurs au café, sans oublier le personnel à l accueil, aussi bien animé lorsque nous allons partager la vie du camping que calme lorsque nous étions au mobil home, je change de camping tous les ans mais là je reviendrai, merci au trivoly
Un club ado serait bien, après il y en a peut-être un et je ne suis peut-être pas venue à la bonne période, mais ça n a pas empêché ma fille de s amuser et de se faire des amis

L’ameublement qui commence à être fatigué le premier bungalow étais super mais le deuxième je suis un peux déçu

Le fauteuil qui fait lit était complètement enfoncé impossible de s’asseoir dessus le frigidaire manque un rangement un lit une latte qui fait que s’enlever.

Excellent séjour, les animateurs sont au top, le mini club avec Lucie génial, le personnel super sympa, juste un petit couac le dimanche à la piscine on m'a demandé d'enlever le tee-shirt de ma petite fille de 5 ans qui du coup a eu un gros problème de coup de soleil or le lendemain je trouve des adultes en Burkini....
Bien il manquait un peu d'ombre sur notre emplacement

Première fois pour nous et nous reviendrons. Emplacement au top avec des enfants. Nous étions face à la piscine, le club enfants, l'aire de jeux et le bar. Personnel super sympa, toujours un mot gentil. Beaucoup d animations à la piscine et autour.
Plus d encadrement pour la piscine. Short interdit, contraint d acheter un maillot de bain ok, mais pas pour tous visiblement... les ballons qui traversent la piscine, qu on prend en pleine figure. Des enfants qui prennent le bord de la piscine pour un terrain de foot... les adultes allongés dans la pataugeoire empêchant les enfants de jouer...au niveau des toboggans, les enfants qui nous rentrent dedans car ils n attendent pas qu on soit descendus. Au niveau de la pataugeoire, peut-être rajouter une marche pour que les plus petit puissent monter d eux-mêmes au toboggan.
