The pool area was clean, water heated and slides. Baby area at pool very cold at times? Bar limited choice of drinks and no food available pre 6.30 pm not ideal for young children. No itemised billing when ate so unable to see why so expensive with only 1 drink each.
Staff were helpful at arrival but no explanation of services or programmes etc. No security at gate so strangers did enter on foot and bike? When our arrangements changed due to son in laws leg break- limited support on departure changes. Advised €47 to stay til 12pm same day or leave site by 7pm? We had an early drop off at Carcassonne for 9am and when parked at Arrivals parking area were approached and told despite non camping parking all around that we’d have to leave now… all this while we were settling a baby to sleep for onward journey. Heart broken to see what happened to a family site.
Facilities have changed both male and female and open entry women are faced with 2 urinals and not really safe enough for women and children due to layout. Showers hot water etc were great but not family safe due to layout!
Cold children’s pool? No baby change near pool. Staff very poorly trained in customer services or family needs during a change situation and sad as we’d thought we may buy another mobile here for grandchildren having had 7 years of ideal holidays when ours were younger!

I would never stay on Chadotel run by Children, no facilities open on both sites. Weren’t told when booked, second site six inches of mud.asked or a refund and told no.
Get bought out by another company who understand there customers.

Super pool area with higher than usual sun beds, slides and toys. Huge emplacements for campervans. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable rates with Chadotel loyalty card. Reasonably-priced good food. Area for pétanque. Playground for children. Everywhere clean and well-maintained.
The main annoyance is with a neighbouring campsite whose student weekend special resulted in loud, thumping music 2 nights in a row until 4am. The following weekend was 1 night until 3.30am. There was unusually heavy rain all one day resulting in large pools of water. I can't blame the campsite for an act of God but maybe some work could be done to the drainage. The campervan service area is quite tight for larger vans. Final negative point is the lack of toilet paper in the well-maintained sanitary block.

Our first experience at this campsite was a 3 hour wait to check in while Reception was closed for a 3 hour lunch break. Queue of guests waiting to check in, not a good start. The emplacements were a good size and it was overall it was a well run campsite. Shop poorly stocked and services area for campers had very bad access and nonplace to empty a black water tank

Wonderful staff, perfect location, we submerged ourselves in all things French - thank you for including us and helping us, 100% recommend and will want to return again. A small site, perfect for families where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful surroundings.

Location, cleanliness and facilities. Pool area was wonderful.
Pitches looked a little worse for wear.
Size was very good, but as I said grass was sparse. Some of the trees needed pruning, as I did scratch a roof light.

Staff friendly at reception. Good sized pitch. Clean toilets and immaculate showers. We used the laundry room and the machine worked well. Was very modern. Ordered pastries from the bar a very good service.

This was our second stay at this campsite this summer. We loved the space, the shrubs and hedges and the relaxed atmosphere.
Unfortunately the area we stayed this time, at the back corner of the campsite, had a lot of holiday homes packed in and very cramped parking. There were none of the lovely flowering hedges round there either.
Nice rooms. Good storage. Loved the large larder press in living room for storing food etc. Also TV and Aircon.

The facilities are excellent, always clean & tidy with plenty of hot water. There is a lovely pool too. Very friendly & helpful reception staff.
Discipline at the pool does not exist. Swim shorts are worn although they are not allowed. We saw ladies wearing dresses in the pool and lots of people were throwing balls around although this is not allowed either. There were also people running around the pool & jumping in. It was dangerous.

Tree felling next to our pitch that covered our camper van in dust & dirt. We were not informed about this prior to pitch selection.

The toilets & showers👍but the pitch at that time of the season very, very, poor But what really upset my wife and I was the cutting down of the tree 🌴 on our pitch whilst we were on it and trying to pack up. There was no consideration for our safety. They covered the pitch with saw dust. We are very angry. We think the management were wrong to let that happen.
Maintain the pitches better. Clean the toilets and showers better. We felt that because we were their out of high season we did not matter.
Electric box very old and not maintained properly. Pitch was just bad.

Camping idéalement placé, restos, supermarché au choix très proche, esprit familial, calme . Piscine petite surtout quand il y a les activités, les enfants ne peuvent pas rester dans la partie peu profonde Qui est occupé par les participants aux activités.
Propreté moyenne dans les sanitaires dû aussi à la négligence de certains vacanciers qui ne contrôlent pas leurs enfants laissés seuls aux toilettes. Nous avons gagné un lot de la tombola le jeudi soir que nous n'avons pas eu, (le bonne nuit de la mascotte) mes filles étaient très déçues, je suis allé par 2 fois à l'accueil le lendemain et j'ai vu Adrien qui m'a demandé à quelle heure, on se couchait! Un message a été envoyé à Claudio aussi, Bref pas de nouvelles, on a laissé tomber mais c'est dommage de ne pas honorer les tirages de tombola effectué en début de soirée.
Ombragé, vu la chaleur..... Location du frigo, bien également. En bout d'allée, ça limite les passages . Bien délimiter avec haies , panneaux en bois

Séjour agréable, mobil home très récent avec climatisation, personnel au top dans tous les services.
Taille de la piscine un peu juste vu la capacité d'accueil des campeurs.

C’est la troisième année consécutive que nous venons dans ce camping, et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis ! Un camping à taille humaine, propre, fleuri, bien entretenu et idéalement situé près de la mer. L’équipe est exceptionnelle : merci à Jérémy pour son investissement, ainsi qu’à Inès, Marius, Clarisse et Mégane pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et les beaux souvenirs créés avec les enfants. Une ambiance familiale où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons ce camping à 200 % ☀️
Notre hébergement était très agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Tout était réuni pour passer de belles vacances en famille dans un cadre confortable et reposant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté aux installations et l’environnement du camping, qui contribuent vraiment au bien-être pendant le séjour.

Femme de ménage au top très serviable et souriante. Transat disponible Inès très bien surtout au spectacle. Équipe animations au top Adrien megane et un directeur génial et inverti. Super Équipe a l épicerie. Camping très propre et mobilhome caraibe super propre et la climatisation génial.
Trop de vis a vis avec les autre mobilhome. Matelas a revoir trop mal au dos. Dommage que la voiture ne soit pas a sur l emplacements on aurait aimé être prévenu. Simon prévoit un petit chariot pour ramener les bagages ou course serait bien.
