"Another wonderful week in Camping Isabena"It's a really peaceful, well run campsite in a beautiful location with friendly staff, great food and a brilliant swimming pool. Lots of people on biking tours seem to stay there and at the end of the day they come purring slowly into the site with this amazing backdrop of mountains behind them, that's fun to see
Not enough sun loungers near the pool! The cabins are really good value but it was so hot- some have had a/c installed but others haven't and we were in one of the ones without but I would have happily paid a premium for one that did have it, maybe this could be on offer. However, this didn't detract from the general loveliness of the campsite
Review BungalowHad everything we needed to cook. Loved the verandah
No a/c, it felt hotter this time than when we visited in 2018 and we had sticky sleepless nights.

"Enjoyed our stay"We stayed in a bungalow with an amazing mountain view. The restaurant offer good food with great value for money. We liked the menu of the day with different dishes, than the regular menu. Very nice addition! The owners and staff are very friendly and service minded. We loved to get the freshly baked croissants in the morning. The region offers a lot of nice places to visit. Personally we really enjoyed hiking to mountain tops, seeing voltures flying by and enjoying the amazing mountain views.

Bungalow was what we expected. Enough space en clean. We highly appreciated the outside deck, especially during the evenings we sad there and played games with a cool mountain breeze.

"It was the place to be for lot of rest to unstress"The staff members are very friendy and kind.. The surroundings of Isabena is more than beautyfull.
The mobil home is old.

It's compact
It's old and a little bit musty (especially in the bathroom/toilet). For example; Doors jam or cannot close. Door frame bathroom is little bit rotten Only 2 gas burners, 1 with a dangerous flame Maybe it's good to renovate or replace the mobile homes

Review BungalowCompact, comfortable all the facilities needed for a couple of days stay.
We would have liked a kettle in the bungalow for making a cup of tea instead of a saucepan and ladle.
