Shower facilities could have been cleaner but they were ok.

We enjoyed the restaurant, the pool and water slide, and the sanitary/washing facilities were convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It would be nice if the restaurant were open for coffee and breakfast in the morning but i understand this is not always possible.

En rigtig fin og flot campingplads, meget velholdt og en fin beliggenhed. God og lækker mad på deres restaurant. Personalet var søde og imødekommende.
Et spisekort i restauranten på enten tysk eller engelsk ville være rart, for os der ikke er så gode ud i det franske sprog :-)
Fin hytte der lå dejligt placeret på pladsen.
Det meste var ok, dog kunne stegepanderne godt trænge til en udskiftning.

Location great for cycling (if you like hills) ie Grand Ballon, Le Markstein etc. But also the voie velo routes. Hartmannswillerkopf Museum/Memorial is a good visit Supermarket is close by.
Reception staff did not appear to speak English and my french is limited, so I feel I wasn't given as much information as was available - ie plan of the site / wasn't given a 'badge' to open the barrier during my stay so had to ask reception to lift it to let us back in.
Pitch was a good size. Careful manoeuvring required between trees. Trees provide shade but sunny bits too. Quiet campsite.
Showers and sinks had barely warm water. Cubicles small with insufficient hooks. Shop was very small with limited stock so only used the supermarket a short walk away.

Swimming pool water could be better, Better stocked shop on site, Souvenirs, Camping equipment etc More Sun beds, Possibly using some of the grass area And more on the Menu in restaurant, Although my Calves head and Gribiche sauce was outstanding…minor points.. Would 100% stay agin if in the area…

Ein schöner Platz mit einem kleinen See wo man keine Angst haben muss, wenn unsere 5 Jährige Tochter auch mal alleine in den See geht, da der See im Mittleren Punk gerade mal 1 Meter tief ist. Tolle große Wasserrutsche die jeden Tag aufgepumpt wird. Große Hüpfburg. Saubere Toiletten Baguette und Frische Croissant jeden Morgen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Les enfants (5&8ans) étaient ravis et se sont bien amusé entre la piscine, les toboggans aquatiques, les aires de jeux et les activités proposées). On est rentré fatigué mais très heureux de notre escapade.
L'espace était verdoyant et très agréable. Tout était bien propre et pensé pour qu'on passe un agréable séjour.

top chalet met een zeer ruime 2-persoonskamer (je had ruimte naast het bed!) met zelfs nog een lavabo, zeer handig.

Séjour de 3 nuits sous tente. Il faisait hélas trop chaud et quasiment pas d'ombre !!!
Camping bien entretenu. Toujours un excellent accueil au restaurant où la cuisine est bien bonne.
Le manque d'ombre pour les emplacements des tentes. Ceci est désagréable uniquement par fortes chaleurs.

The pool is a life-saver in summer. Staff was helpful. Showers etc were totally fine.

Für uns ein Stück Paradies, sind bereits dreimal hier gewesen, was will man da verbessern??
