We arrived late & tired, access quick & easy to our pitch. When I enquired the next morning when we had to vacate our pitch, we were advised to relax & stay onsite till after lunch time, this was unexpected & very much appreciated. We enjoyed the pool for the morning & would return

The accommodation was spacious and had a nice grass area out front. It was very relaxing overlooking the pond. The reception staff and staff at the snack bar were all lovely and helpful.
The duvets provided don’t fit the beds and are too small. There are limited things to do at the site and no activities for kids. The food and drink offerings are also very basic and the shop doesn’t stock much at all. You also have to order pastries the night before which we didn’t know until the morning when we wanted some! Also, the barrier is out of use from 11pm - 7am which means people are unable to leave/enter which make it very frustrating when leaving for an early boat and having to walk round the campsite at 5am. All other sites have vehicle recognition so you can enter/leave.
Spacious and modern, nice grass area out front and in a good location overlooking the pond.
No blackout blinds in the two front bedrooms, only one blackout blind on the darkest room which didn’t need it. Also.m, the outdoor shutters for the two front bedrooms were broken (one was non existent). Duvets provided didn’t fit the beds (too small) and the duvet covers were huge which meant you ended up with more sheet than actual duvet.

Beautiful well kept site set in stunning grounds , friendly and helpful staff, arranged for a vet to visit site to complete my animal health paperwork for return to UK. Big thanks to the English girl who spoke perfect French for arranging this, think her name is Nicole. To the guy who wrote a review complaining about the standard of gym equipment and lack of retractable pool roof stick to hotels mate campings not for you!!

Good pitches with hedging for abit of privacy. Quiet, calming and safe site. Good showers and washing dishes facilities. Washing machines and tumble dryer. Good size swimming pool and kids small pool area. A pub onsite but we never used. Great campsite for coming back to Cherbourg ferry and big supermarkets 15mins drive away. Good cycling paths close by. Need transport, car or bikes as not on bus route. Lovely welcome at reception and extremely helpful.

A lovely setting and good facilities for both couples and families .
We were there 3 nights and each day the showers were either cold or luke warm at best .

Very high standards as you become accustomed too. No snack shop or restaurant due to being mid September (missed the fries and mayo)

The heated outdoor swimming pool - warm enough to swim even when the weather was grey/cold. The friendly staff at reception, the bread and baguette service, availability of electric bikes to rent. Nearby canals with excellent cycle paths.
Adjustable height showers in the mobile homes would be nice for smaller people. The snack bar closed completely about a week early ☹️

The site overall is spotless and amenities are good however disappointed that the restaurant closed and take out service also closed when the site was still taking bookings the staff are lovely and approachable however the manager is very unapproachable and prickly

Our outdoor maintenance team works hard all year to maintain each pitch with care. As you say and unfortunately, this year the weather has not been good and some pitches have been muddy sometimes. My husband and I have been a few times now in our Motorhome and absolutely love it here. The facilities are fab, clean showers etc, very helpful reception, the pitches are a lovely size and are well separated with greenery. The restaurant and bar are a great place to meet people and the staff are lovely and helpful. The surroundings are very well kept. You can cycle all over the place from here too, we found the most amazing route from De Logis to Combourg
Unfortunately this time around found dog mess on our pitch, saw some on another pitch and my husband stood in some somewhere else. This is the first time however we have seen this

Loved the hedged pitches. Electricity great as it never went off. A heated swimming pool, lovely. Fantastic cycle paths along the canal.
Cleaning duties could be better. Small pieces of toilet paper beside bins in the shower area, it sat there for days. A cigarette butt outside reception area, sat there for days. Small details but important ones.
Great sized pitches. Good idea to let customers pick their own pitch.
Falling chestnuts abit dangerous but that's nature. Communal toilets, didn't like the urinals in view.

Loved our stay at this site, lovely big private piches, with 16amp EHU, water & drainage on pitch. Great swimming pool & excellent walks around the grounds. Staff always very helpful & friendly.
Shame the shuttle bus stops at the end of August, could of kept it going till the end of September as the site is still busy site and getting into town or shops is difficult.

Absolutely everything. The size of the pitch was excellent, the facilities from showers to laundry to the bar and restaurant. The swimming pool and dog walks. The staff, especially Bruce, who couldn't have been more helpful and the super fresh bread in the morning.
