Staff were fabulous, they were polite, helpful and always welcoming. The site was clean and tidy. Pitches were a good size
Please remove the flies from the pool water by skiming regularly with a net. Also, stop inflatables being allowed in the water.
Fantastic, well shaded we wolud love to stay on pitch 40 again.

It is a wonderful site. However, it only gets 9/10 as it desperately needs an on-site shop.

The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Dining room lovey service great but quality of food was poor. Small portions. No bread offered. Limited menu. Not what you’d expect from a French .

The pitch was large. Restaurant good. Pool good.
WiFi was not good on our pitch 103. It improved the second week, so maybe a problem was sorted. Not enough toilets and showers.
Pitch large, lovely strip of grass in front so didn't feel cramped.

Pitch, environment, staff, swimming pool, laundry system and bar were all great
The restaurant last year was fabulous but this year it was disappointing. Last year the food was French and seemed freshly prepared and was a treat. This year it seemed British, pre-prepared, unexciting and uninteresting. The staff were good but the meal was not the highlight it used to be. Are you trying to be British to suit your guests? We are British but come to France to enjoy your country, your food and wine.

Very friendly, helpful staff and Domaine Du Longis have provided everything you need for a lovely break. Great pitch, showers, toilets, reception, and leisure facilities.
The staff in the restaurant were very nice, but the menu was limited and ‘very British’ with pizza, fish and chips, burgers etc….a bit more French cuisine would suit the lovely venue.

Been to this site many times and always found it spot on until now.
The bar area is very unwelcoming as the rattan furniture desperately needs replaced - you end up sitting on wooden slats and if you get a cushion it is dirty. It’s more comfortable to sit at your own caravan on a comfortable seat thereby not putting income over the counter. The restaurant menu is fish/seafood heavy and put us off eating at it - very little meat choice.
We had our own caravan. Site facilities are good but the water in the showers was lukewarm at best.

We were quite disappointed during this stay, that the football team who were on site were allowed to continue with noise well into the early hours of the morning, which disrupted our stay. I appreciate with a large number of guests it is difficult to accommodate all. There were also several youngsters flying about on electric motorbikes without any due regards for anybody else. Finally, there is an expectation that the facilities will be cleaned at the end of the stay but the courtesy cleaning packs are no longer offered, meaning we had to take a trip to the SuperU to buy cleaning products.
Reinforce Site restrictions around noise Monitor traffic around key areas and speak to Parents/Children about being safe onsite Reinstate cleaning packs in the rentals

This our third visit to this site and whilst the facilities are still excellent, it has lost the quiet and peaceful ambience. It may just be a timing issue for us, with a large school group of teenage girls and a group of families with young children riding electric bikes at excessive speed around the site. As the park is now being run the Marvilla Parks organisation there is probably a change of emphasis in the customer profile. Additionally, the on site restaurant, usually a highlight of a visit, has lost its ‘French’ emphasis and become more formulaic with burgers and pizzas.
Improve the restaurant menu. Implement speed restrictions for electric cycles Open the office before 0900 for collection of pre-ordered bread etc

Stayed in them before, great flash deal for the two nights. Has everything too need, nice mobile homes
The smaller bedroom and bathroom windows were broken so wouldn't open. Shower door seemed to be loose, couldn't close properly. Abit noisy as they had alot kids staying in other statics behind us, they were outside making noise until about 1.15am which is annoying as couldn't sleep.. a cut off for noise on a family campsite would be good

Restaurant used to be good but has now become ridiculous. Bolognese in a jar??? Little choice and English food. Not what you want from a holiday abroad. Disappointing!!!

Stayed last year. Came back again this year and just how we remembered. Clean, spacious. Excellent facilities. Great bar, fantastic restaurant with amazing staff. The pool is amazing. Nothing like swimming in a heated pool in the rain. Site is spotless. Great for walking or mountain biking down the canal. Highly recommend this site.
