The campsite is cleaned daily, and our accommodations are prepared before the arrival of our holidaymakers. As for the slabs around the pool, we strive to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and we rectify any imperfections quickly when they are identified. We're sorry you missed out on some information about the entertainment on offer. Our Flower Campings app details all activities and events in French and English. We also encourage you to ask at our reception desk, where you will find a display summarising the main information, or to come to the welcome drink on Sundays. Our teams were delighted to welcome you to our shady campsite in the shade of the pines. Unfortunately, I regret your lack of information about the opening hours of our shops and our activities. You come to the campsite in the off-season with an attractive rate, which necessarily implies a reduction in services. It is like that in many other places. Dear Madam, dear Sir, Thank you for this informative feedback, which echoes the one you posted on TripAdvisor. I am happy to have more details on what you appreciated: our beautiful Vendée region as well as the infrastructure, the equipment and the presence of the tennis court, which is accessible free of charge this year. As explained on site, the pools are supervised every day from 10 am to 7 pm and the lifeguards do everything to make sure the rules are respected. They are the ones to turn to so that abuses are noticed and dealt with on the spot. Concerning the pitches with sand, we can't do anything about it as we are very lucky to be located less than 5km from the beaches! Our pitches are at least 100m², some are bigger, you have the option to "choose the pitch" to find the one that suits you best. To clarify your comment about customer service, we have done everything to satisfy you. When you made your reservation in April, you changed the dates of your stay 5 times, and each time we processed the update and the allocation of the pitch in your file. On the spot, faced with your dissatisfaction, you were offered several changes and parking solutions, but you refused everything. When you asked for a baby chair, we took this into account to put it aside, and after reflection, you finally cancelled it. We regret that you did not see the effort that was made to accommodate you.
