Vi kom kl. 18:10, kassen var lukket, så vi kunne ikke betale. Men den sødeste unge kvinde, gav os en plads og sagde, at vi bare kunne betale næste dag. SUPER GOD SERVICE, og så snakkede hun også engelsk, det var vi VILDT GODT TILFREDSE MED. Vibeke og Michael fra Danmark

Having our own shower and WC on our pitch was a real bonus and was done to a high standard. Being able to walk into into the beautiful town and have dinner at lovely french restaurant.
Don't let people on the site so early, we had someone drive round at 10:30 who had booked our pitch for that evening, they didn’t ask to come on but that is far too early to allow them on site.

Excellent campsite with have used before. 2hr drive from Cherbourg ferry port and a good Carrefour supermarket and fuel station a one minute drive away. Great access out the back of the campsite onto cycle/walking path. 30min cycle to Mont Saint Michael and 10min walk into the centre of Pontorson. Good hot water for showers and washing facilities. Helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Good communication before staying and a friendly welcome on arrival. Pitch was spacious and communal facilities good.
Toilet seats would be appreciated. Some choice of pitch would have been good, although the allocated one was acceptable. Wifi was poor/unusable; extremely weak signal despite proximity to mast. A chemical toilet emptying point as part of the communal block would serve well, rather than having to use the motorhome service point; I witnessed someone emptying their chemical toilet into a standard WC!

Pitch became shaded in the early evening; a pitch opposite, keeping the sunshine later would have been nicer. On our last night some youths arrived, back-packing, after the reception had closed. They presumably went into town to drink. They were extremely noisy on their return (around 1.30am) and continued making an unacceptable level of noise (loud, drunken laughter and conversation) until after 3am! We were leaving in the morning, and I was reluctant to start a confrontation. It is regrettable there is no on-site security and the pedestrian riverside access remains open 24hrs despite signs.

Lovely spacious pitches in a quiet and green environment. Good clean facilities and great little bar to enjoy a beer by the pool.
We were unlucky as our pitch was a long way from the toilet and washing facilities. Not an issue during the day but not ideal in the middle of the night if you need to use the toilet.

The overall layout of the site was nice. Could have had a few more animals in mini farm. The young lady serving was very helpful.loved the walkway/bike ride to Pontorson and Mont st M
Gents urinals are a joke within view of everyone. Strange to have toilets outside where people walk by.

The grass pitches are set among lovely landscaping, giving the whole place a relaxed, well-cared-for feel. The facilities are excellent: hot showers, immaculately clean amenities, and very good washing machines. The staff in the shop were incredibly friendly and spoke English, which made everything easy. There’s also a lovely swimming pool and a bar on site, and fresh bread is available every morning—always a treat.

Hand soap and small wash basin by campervan services, when emptying toilet waste, would be nice, and sort the shower heads out please as spray all over the place except on you.more shelves in showers cubicle for your toiletries

Peaceful, cycle path useful, pleasant lady on reception, able to order bread and croissants, large service area for motorhomes, pitches separated by hedges. Clean.
Hot water in showers please! It was the coldest shower experienced in the whole of our six week stay in Spain and France. Hot showers would have made a difference to my value for money and comfort rating as I only used them once as too cold! Separate male and female toilets and shower areas rather than mixed. Toilet area a bit exposed and nothing to dry hands with after washing as hand driers switched off. Again, influenced my opinion of value for money.
We were given comfort pitch as reserved but when we drove to allocated pitch, it was deeply rutted and covered with sawn off tree branches. We moved to a standard pitch and informed reception of the problem. Standard pitch was quite large enough for our 8.5m motorhome. Haven’t automatically been issued a refund but I didn’t request one at the time either.
Nice pitches in main motorhome area but grass could have been cut a little shorter perhaps.

Close to the village for stocking up on food and drink essentials with range of cafes, bars & restaurants. Short direct bus ride to Mont St Michel. Generous pitch size. Nice swimming pool. Helpful staff.
Spacious
There was clearly a hornets' nest very close to our pitch cutting short our alfresco supper as one was buzzing around under the top of our sun canopy. The next night they're was another hornet flying close to the washing up area and another on the glass door of the toilet block. We reported this to reception next day who said they were aware of it but they didn't know where it was, which we didn't think was helpful and we think they had a duty to call in experts to pinpoint this as this was a serious danger to clients, especially with so many children on site at the time.

Nice site close to the town that had all the facilities we required. Cycle path from site was a real bonus as it took us straight to Mont st Michel.

Not having water and waste on pitch meant we had to pack up MH and drive to service point which in a large MH was a little inconvenient.

Arrival process. Having a gate in front of reception is awkward. Seems odd to have to re fill in forms via QR code when you have a booking.

Beautiful place to stay. Pool, bar, restaurant Clean facilities, good showers, toilet paper Back gate to walking and cycle path to Mont Saint Michel and to the village of Pontorson. Would highly recommend
Good size flat grass pitch, surrounded by hedges for our motorhome. No need for levelling ramps.
