Was very quiet when we were there !!!
Hose pipe for chemical toilet was facility rather than just a tap would make it easier to rinse out one’s toilet

The site is peaceful and set in a beautiful area near the lake.the site is very well maintained. The shower facilities are very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.
The pitch was good with water and electric connection to each pitch.

We really enjoyed out 4-night stay at this campsite. It was a great base to explore the Beaujolais Mountains in the car and also on our bikes (some of the hill were really steep!). The facilities were excellent (clean toilets and showers and washing up facilities) and the staff were very helpful at all times.
Signage to the site could be better. First, our SatNav wanted to take us into the entrance to the actual lake complex and then it wanted us to take a right turn that would have been impossible towing a caravan (and we have a AVTEX Tourer SatNav!). The showers are lukewarm and could have been a bit hotter.
Pitch with electricity and water. The pitch afforded us some shade and had a hedge around it for privacy.
I couldn't find anywhere to empty the waste water so ended up using the Motorhome Service point which involved wheeling the waste water container up a hill - not a problem for me but could be a struggle for others.

Wij sliepen in de tent die je kan huren. Die is echt prima. Het meer is lekker en schoon. Op loopafstand en lekker kastelen bouwen. Vriendjes zijn snel gemaakt en het entertainment team is enthousiast.
Het is allemaal wat verouderd maar je ziet een wederopbouw gaande. Bed is echt keihard!

Excellent stay, very nice place, exceptionally calm and quiet.
Snack bar might feature more items both for eating and drinking.
The chalet is suitable for 2 adults, nicely equipped, but water boiler for a coffee would be great.
The mezzanine is really low height, even for kids. Moreover, there should be a security lock up there, so that kids don't fall while they wake up at night and walk half asleep.

8 jours debut juin quand il n'y a personne: 6 jours de tondeuse et taille haie, interdiction de rentrer 2 voitures même en étant en tente et sous la pluie (pour eviter les abus), et un accueil desagrable. Pour le reste, le camping et les environs sont magnifiques. C'est la 6 ème années que nous venont, ce sera la dernière. Les residents, qui partent les uns apres les autres, nous ont confirmé que le seul objectif est de faire du fric. Nous avons même été menacé par le mari de la receptionniste pour lui avoir manqué de respect (on a insisté pour la voiture arguant qu'il ny avait personne)
Arrêter de ne penser qu'aux bénéfices! Trop de bruit: prenez une equipe de jardinage et faites cela en une journée !

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances en raison du bruit de la tondeuse. Nous tenons à vous expliquer que nous avons dû tondre fréquemment en raison des conditions météorologiques exceptionnelles cette saison. La pluie constante a favorisé une croissance rapide de l’herbe et nous devons maintenir les espaces verts pour assurer la sécurité et le confort de tous nos clients. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu être gênant et nous nous excusons sincèrement pour tout désagrément causé. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour équilibrer l’entretien nécessaire du camping avec le bien-être de nos visiteurs. Concernant votre voiture, les règles misent en place existent simplement pour que chacun puisse passer un bon séjour, avoir deux véhicules signifie alors se stationner ailleurs que sur son emplacement et engendre deux fois plus de circulation ce qui nuit à la sécurité des enfants en particulier et au calme du camping. Accueil par le responsable très désagréable La réservation obligatoire par internet au prix de 10 € ce qui pour 2 jours augmente énormément le prix de l'emplacement, alors que sur le site il est indiqué que la réservation peut se faire par téléphone et notre interlocuteur a refusé Ce dernier aurait dû nous indiquer qu'à cette époque la réservation était inutile. Pas de tarif indiqué pour les visiteurs à la journée alors que le responsable demande 10 € par personne

Nuitée en lodge assez chère hors haute saison. Camping 4 étoiles qui cependant fait assez vétuste. Personnel plutôt novice.
Meilleure communication interne. Investir pour améliorer route, sanitaire collectif, terrain de sport.
Sanitaire individuel. Sol carrelé. Literie correcte. Quit offert de nettoyage.
Mieux adapter les lodges notamment l'accessibilité à la vaisselle. Vérifier l'état de la vaisselle parfois ebrechee.
