Had to leave very short after arriving because of a unfortunatel family matter. We paid for a whole week, didn't spend a single night. Got no refund whatsoever, even though the camping promised to look into it.

To improve the advertising of the lake as it very dirty looking and smelly. I’d question how safe it is for humans to be swimming in that?

Staff were lovely and multilingual. Gave us a non-pitch pitch so that we could be next to our friends. Amenities great and cleaned daily. Great communication around arrival and region fire bans received in advance.
We requested neighbouring pitches months ago, I think there was an error earlier in the day, but the staff member who checked me in moved things around and gave us a good options. Swimming pond was somewhat murky, would have been good to have been given reassurance it was tested regularly and safe in a heat wave.
Given great options and we’re close to friends. Generous pitches.

We live in Singapore and this was the second time we visited this camp ground during a Europe trip. It's an amazing place with super friendly staff, lots of things to do for the kids and a relaxing environment for the adults. I highly recommend it!
The kids took the bucket from the mobile home to the pond, broke it, and when we informed the team at checkout were charged EUR 20 for a plastic bucket. While I agree that they shouldnt have taken the bucket / shouldnt have broken it, EUR 20 felt quite steep and the amount choses somewhat at random.
Perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. We used the kitchen quite a lot and watched the worldcup in the lounge

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Campingplatz ist auch mit großen Wohnmobilen gut befahrbar. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Es war angenehm ruhig. Es gab die Möglichkeit, jeden Tag frische Backwaren zu bestellen.
Waschmaschine und Trockner waren leider nicht mehr in Betrieb, das war ein wenig schade.
Der Stellplatz war sehr großzügig bemessen, das Privatsanitär war top ausgestattet, geräumig und super sauber.
Es wäre angenehm, wenn im Privatsanitär zumindest ein kleiner Heizlüfter vorhanden wäre. In der Nachsaison war es schon recht kalt.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les balades dans le camping, au bord du lac et de la rivière, ainsi que l’aire de jeux et la découverte des cabanes et du village alsacien. Un magnifique camping avec beaucoup d’espace, où nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille !
Le cottage avec jacuzzi était parfait pour nous deux et nos trois jeunes enfants, et tout était très propre. Son emplacement en pleine forêt, face au lac, apportait beaucoup de charme au séjour.

Ce qui est dommage c'est de devoir ranger tous les ustensiles de cuisine et les re sortir. Quand on y passe juste une nuit.. L'espace pour manger à l'intérieur à 6 adultes n'est pas assez grand.

Les bulles du spa ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre séjour. Le manque de compréhension lors de mon mail pour le signaler après le séjour. Nous étions plusieurs et avons testé tous les boutons possibles du jacuzzi mais visiblement, nous ne sommes pas pris au serieux. Nous n'avons pas appelé la réception étant donné qu'il était déjà 22h.

Personnel aimable, cabane sanitaire dédiée très bien. J’étais en automne mais l’été cela doit être sympa avec les petits lacs. Belle place de jeux
Peut-être un chauffage d’appoint dans les sanitaires dédiées aux places, pour les entres-saisons. En été il doit faire chaud au vu du manque d’ombre, mais les arbres vont pousser.
Très pratique avec des enfants. Très propres et petites attentions à l’arrivée. Merci

Wir waren bereits 2 Wochen in Vogesen und Champagne uhnterwegs, die Castors waren der 3. und letzte Stop. Der Platz hat unter dem heißen Sommer gelitten, wir fanden trotzdem eine schöne Stelle. Die Angebote des Platzes waren angesichts der Nebensaison eingeschränkt (kein Restaurant, kein Laden) aber zu unserer Überraschung gab es an der nahen alten Bahnlinie einen Radweg der uns mit den benachbarten Orten verband und dort konnten wir gut einkaufen. Zudem gibt es schöne Wanderwege entlang dieser Strecke. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Die Sanitäranlagen haben verschiedene Defekte (kaputte Seifenspender) und die Verbrauchsstoffe (Toilettenpapier) wurden manchmal nicht nachgefüllt. Ausserdem schien der Entsorgertank für die Wohnmobil-Fäkaltanks am Limit. Es gab öfters Geruchsbelästigung. Zudem sind einige Infrastrukturrepoaraturen nötig (eingebrochene Sickerschachtdeckel - kaum gesichert). Akkzeptabel in der Nebensaison - nicht zur Hauptsaison!
Wir konnten den vorgeschlagenen Platz nach unserem Wunsch ändern nachdem wir eine Platzrunde liefen. Der Platz hat ein gutes Speilangebot für Kinder.
Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber Defekten und Schäden in der Infrastruktur des Platzes, Nachfüllen von Verbrauchsstoffen (Seife, T-Papier). Gelegentliche - aber dann starke - Geruchsbelästigung vermeiden.

Im Privatbad gibt es keine Heizung. Es wird erwartet, dass man am Ende das Bad putzt ansonsten sind 80€ fällig. Es gibt nirgends Campingplätze wo ein Privatbad selbst geputzt werden muss. Dies sollte geändert werden
Anordnung des Platzes
Privatbad eine Heizung einbauen. Wenn man aus der Dusche kommt ist ein Fenster ohne Sichtschutz. Man kann jeden aus der Dusche kommen sehen. Anbringung Milchglasfolie anbringen
