Camping Les Castors

No much really

Had to leave very short after arriving because of a unfortunatel family matter. We paid for a whole week, didn't spend a single night. Got no refund whatsoever, even though the camping promised to look into it.

We liked the spot, that there was a pool and that we had a restaurant at the location

The cafe was nice, just slow service

To improve the advertising of the lake as it very dirty looking and smelly. I’d question how safe it is for humans to be swimming in that?

Staff were lovely and multilingual. Gave us a non-pitch pitch so that we could be next to our friends. Amenities great and cleaned daily. Great communication around arrival and region fire bans received in advance.

We requested neighbouring pitches months ago, I think there was an error earlier in the day, but the staff member who checked me in moved things around and gave us a good options. Swimming pond was somewhat murky, would have been good to have been given reassurance it was tested regularly and safe in a heat wave.

The toilet building was not very clean, more frequent cleaning is recommended

We live in Singapore and this was the second time we visited this camp ground during a Europe trip. It's an amazing place with super friendly staff, lots of things to do for the kids and a relaxing environment for the adults. I highly recommend it!

The kids took the bucket from the mobile home to the pond, broke it, and when we informed the team at checkout were charged EUR 20 for a plastic bucket. While I agree that they shouldnt have taken the bucket / shouldnt have broken it, EUR 20 felt quite steep and the amount choses somewhat at random.

Great quiet pitch down beside the fishing lake. Lovely welcoming staff and clean facilities.

Schöner Campingplatz, viele verschiedene Unterkünfte, für Familien gut geeignet

Schade das man nicht grillen darf auf dem Platz. Das Restaurant ist im September schon geschlossen obwohl der Platz gut besucht war

Camping calme , super jolie avec le petit village alsacien et la rivière qui longe le camping. Il y a des jeux pour tout âge, super quand on a des ados. Le petit lac est super bien pour les enfants et les miens ont passer des heures dans le sable.

Malgré le soleil, les châteaux gonflables n'étaient pas gonflés et c'est dommage qu'il n'est pas de lumières le doir sur les airs de jeux (au moins jusqu'à 22h).

manque un composteur et parle pas du tri des déchets à l'arrivé ce qui est dommage car les poubelles sont bien présentent avec une grande affiche pour bien expliquer aux campeurs ce qui va ou car d'un département à l'autre le tri peut être différent

Waren da 7. mal da und jeder kann seinem Hobby frönen. Baden, Angeln und Radfahren.

Teilweise sind die Äste der Bäume recht tief und ausladend

Die Unterkunft.

Komfort im Baumhaus. Mehr Platz für Geschirr und auch etwas Platz für Kleidung. Muss alles auf dem Esstisch untergebracht werden. Ein paar mehr Haken wären gut gewesen und etwas Abstellfläche an der Wand.
