It was very calm place.
I paid fee of 35 euro for online reveservation!?! This is shameless. Only for this I will not come again,

We had 10 days on this campsite. It has imdividually shaped places, super clean bathrooms. A little but well equipped store and a restaurant, which we can recommend.

I have been coming to this campsite for over 20 years, and every visit reinforces how much effort and dedication the staff put into creating an excellent experience for campers. Over the years, we have stayed in both the mobile homes & camping pitches. The shared facilities—including the toilets, showers, and swimming pools—are always immaculate. The friendly staff work tirelessly throughout the day to keep everything clean and well maintained. The restaurant offers good food
The camping pitches are excellent, the bushes and palm trees provide excellent shade (if required) and privacy for us and our dog.

Great pitch. Couldn’t find the drainage point for grey water though.

Excellent camping, amazing pools, the restaurant is really good and fare prices. D9rect acces to the beach whicj wasn't too packed either. The movile home we had was quite roomy compared to other places we've been, with nets against mosquitoes. Dog friendly We wouod repeat
A bit noisy in the evenings. The pool with slides needa a bit more control. When teenagers and young adults came there is very little room for smaller kids, and as parents it became a bit unsafe sometimes and we ended up leaving the pool.
A couple of things didn't work and they came each time very quickly to fix them. There was quite some room for storage of clothes and kitchen thinga

Lovely staff, good restaurant, beach access good.. pool area excellent for all the family.
Pity, there were not a few more things furnished in units… You are asked to leave them clean, but no cloths or cleaning products… You cannot stay there if you fly, as no linen either bedroom or kitchen supplied.. could have rental as a option…

The Reception staff were outstanding. So friendly and efficient, The swimming pools were varied and large. Lovely Hammam and SPA. The Beach was good and the Campsite had a natural feel about it with lots of trees, plants and shade.
How about keeping the restaurant and Tapas bar open until the closure of the campsite? It's disappointing to arrive for a week and be told everything is closing 😕
The Bungalow was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good shower and hot water. The verandah was large and there was a big table and chairs Nice drying rack.
The Toilet was tiny ....really small. The beds were very uncomfortable Barbecues we're advertised as available to rent. What we got was a small electric hot plate with no stand and it did not work. We took it back to the shop and asked for our money back. The lady in the shop shook it about and eventually got it to work and refused to refund our money. Very poor service. They were not in the slightest bit interested in us or our complaint about the fact that the device was defective. For this reason we will not return or recommend Camping Palais La Mer.

Our pitch was very close to the beach. There was a bin on our pitch which was emptied daily. The toilet/shower blocks were excellent. The beach - beautiful. Pool area looked nice but didn't use it as so near to the beach.
Onsite shop is expensive and not very big for the size of the site. Walk to beach is difficult for disabled people as soft sand - wheelchairs would find this impossible - would benefit from a wooden boardwalk so more accessible. Pitch was advertised as having water - there were two rusty taps with brown water.
Electric hookup was reliable.

This campsite is not very big but very well taken care of. The people that work there are very nice and approachable. The mobil-homes have their own terrace and also a sunscreen, important when it is hot. And personally I like the murals very much.
Ik liked the new fridge with a seperate freezer. Also the new furnace with automatic ignition of the gas. The ‘living-room’ was a bit smallish; when all the chairs were inside it was a bit difficult to open some doors. So I put two of the chairs outside and had more space inside.
I missed a little bit the sofa inside, but on the other hand there was a nice lounge-set outside.

Toilet & shower facilities are excellent. Nice pool. Easy access to beach.
Planting eg bamboo, could be cut back. Site looks and feels a bit overgrown.
Pitch was half way between pool and beach and close to sanitary block.
Although we booked in advance we were allocated one of the 4/5 worst pitches in that privacy was poor because it was directly on the main road through the site. We were affected quite seriously by mosquitoes.

Camping super sympa .les enfants se sont bien amusés..Le personnel est adorable.
L'animation le soir . Les danses pour enfants au bord de la piscine ce n'est pas du tout sécurisant.

L accueil a ete parfait le Mobil super bien placé la piscine et les toboggan sont top le restaurant etait bien et la direction au top 😀

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au camping de la mer. L’emplacement, très arboré, était particulièrement agréable. Le personnel était accueillant et les installations parfaitement adaptées à nos besoins. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance conviviale, la proximité avec la mer ainsi que la seconde partie du camping avec les animaux, qui a fait le bonheur de toute la famille 🤗. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons ++++ 🤩.

C'était la 6 ème fois que nous venions au Palais de la mer. Nous apprécions son accès direct à la plage, son cadre fleuri et très ombragé, les espaces aquatiques où chacun, enfants comme adultes, peut trouver son bonheur. Un petit plus très sympa , le petit train qui conduit au bar de l'Embuscade en traversant la ferme aux animaux. Vraiment un camping où l'on se sent bien.
Une animation pour les ados.
Très beau bungalow en excellent état doté d'une très grande terrasse ombragée. Nous avons apprécié sa situation dans la verdure, sans vis à vis, au calme.

Camping très propre, ombragé, nature luxuriante, avec un accès direct à la plage ce qui est top, une bonne ambiance général entre les campeurs, calme et reposant la nuit, sanitaires très propre, le personnel très sympathique (l'accueil, les animateurs, les surveillants de nuit, le personnel à l'entretien) sans oublier les gérants de l'épicerie. Une pensée pour Mélina, super coatch sportive, animatrice qui est vraiment au top et qui se démène pour réussir ses animations. Un plus aussi pour le côté zoo du camping. Une pensée également pour le chauffeur du petit train qui est vraiment sympa.
Problème d'emplacement pour garer la voiture Parking inexistant donc compliqué pour se garer à l'extérieur Dommage d'avoir des animations à l'Embuscade et en même temps à la piscine Manque d'animations pour les ados
Robinet d'eau sur le côté de l'emplacement, Emplacement propre, Moitié ombre moitié soleil, Emplacement bien séparé par des grandes haies.
Hébergement trop petit par rapport à notre demande (grande tente principale + remorque + petite tente + auto) Malheureusement beaucoup de poussière aux passages des véhicules

Tres joli camping à taille humaine, bien ombragé et arboré avec accès direct sur la plage. Le site était très propre et bien entretenu, de jolies plantations, un paradis pour les enfants avec plein de terrains de jeux dispersés partout, surtout vers la ferme. Le bar L'embuscade au milieu de la nature, magnifique! Le personnel à la réception et au restaurant adorable. L animatrice pour l aquabike était top.
J'ai trouvé dommage de ne pas être autorisée à boire ma boisson commandée au bar autour de la piscine. Siroter un cocktail ou un jus sur le transat, c'est la base quand on est en vacances! J aurais apprécié des petites soirées avec des artistes musiciens live sur la petite scène de l Embuscade. Le bar est assez éloigné des hébergements donc le bruit n'est pas gênant pour faire des soirées un peu plus tard.
Nous avons aimé la grande terrasse, la clim marchait très bien, le bungalow bien équipé et propre, confortable!
Petits points d amélioration: mettre des porte-manteaus dans la pièce principale, mettre plus d' éclairage sur la terrasse pour manger tard le soir. Mettre à disposition un balai juste pour l extérieur pour nettoyer le sable de la terrasse. Mais très bien, vraiment sympa!
