Excellent camping, amazing pools, the restaurant is really good and fare prices. D9rect acces to the beach whicj wasn't too packed either. The movile home we had was quite roomy compared to other places we've been, with nets against mosquitoes. Dog friendly We wouod repeat
A bit noisy in the evenings. The pool with slides needa a bit more control. When teenagers and young adults came there is very little room for smaller kids, and as parents it became a bit unsafe sometimes and we ended up leaving the pool.
A couple of things didn't work and they came each time very quickly to fix them. There was quite some room for storage of clothes and kitchen thinga

Pity, there were not a few more things furnished in units… You are asked to leave them clean, but no cloths or cleaning products… You cannot stay there if you fly, as no linen either bedroom or kitchen supplied.. could have rental as a option…

The Reception staff were outstanding. So friendly and efficient, The swimming pools were varied and large. Lovely Hammam and SPA. The Beach was good and the Campsite had a natural feel about it with lots of trees, plants and shade.
How about keeping the restaurant and Tapas bar open until the closure of the campsite? It's disappointing to arrive for a week and be told everything is closing 😕
The Bungalow was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good shower and hot water. The verandah was large and there was a big table and chairs Nice drying rack.
The Toilet was tiny ....really small. The beds were very uncomfortable Barbecues we're advertised as available to rent. What we got was a small electric hot plate with no stand and it did not work. We took it back to the shop and asked for our money back. The lady in the shop shook it about and eventually got it to work and refused to refund our money. Very poor service. They were not in the slightest bit interested in us or our complaint about the fact that the device was defective. For this reason we will not return or recommend Camping Palais La Mer.

Our pitch was very close to the beach. There was a bin on our pitch which was emptied daily. The toilet/shower blocks were excellent. The beach - beautiful. Pool area looked nice but didn't use it as so near to the beach.
Onsite shop is expensive and not very big for the size of the site. Walk to beach is difficult for disabled people as soft sand - wheelchairs would find this impossible - would benefit from a wooden boardwalk so more accessible. Pitch was advertised as having water - there were two rusty taps with brown water.
Electric hookup was reliable.

Big pitch with a lot of privacy

This campsite is not very big but very well taken care of. The people that work there are very nice and approachable. The mobil-homes have their own terrace and also a sunscreen, important when it is hot. And personally I like the murals very much.
Ik liked the new fridge with a seperate freezer. Also the new furnace with automatic ignition of the gas. The ‘living-room’ was a bit smallish; when all the chairs were inside it was a bit difficult to open some doors. So I put two of the chairs outside and had more space inside.
I missed a little bit the sofa inside, but on the other hand there was a nice lounge-set outside.

Toilet & shower facilities are excellent. Nice pool. Easy access to beach.
Planting eg bamboo, could be cut back. Site looks and feels a bit overgrown.
Pitch was half way between pool and beach and close to sanitary block.
Although we booked in advance we were allocated one of the 4/5 worst pitches in that privacy was poor because it was directly on the main road through the site. We were affected quite seriously by mosquitoes.

Close proximity to a beautiful beach. Always calm and quiet.
We had to pay for WIFI and the connectivity was poor. We had to stand on the edge of a road to get a signal.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour aux , parler de la mer avec mes petits-enfants, ils se sont éclatés

La piscine bien que un peu froide. Mon fils de 3 ans avait les lèvres bleus au bout de 20 min ce qui n'est pas normal si la piscine est soit disant chauffée. Le petit train sympa et la ferme aux animaux.
Un simple verre d'eau au bar refusé à mon fils de 7 ans c'est franchement honteux. Pour le prix du séjour c'est abusé. L'eau reste un élément indispensable lors d'une canicule.

Bungalow vieux et vétuste. Trop collé les uns aux autres. Même plus la place d'accéder au bungalow une fois garé. Annonce non contractuelle car pas de hotte alors que cela était indiqué sur l'annonce.
Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et souhaitons répondre à celui-ci. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour ne se soit passé comme vous le souhaitiez. Les piscines enfants et le grand bassin affichait une température très correcte, il faisait très chaud pendant votre séjour ( canicule ). Concernant les bungalows, vous aviez sélectionné initialement un bungalow Laguna très récent, celui- ci a été changé pour un Atlantique par votre beau-père pour que vous soyez au plus prés de lui. Pour le verre d'eau au restaurant nous sommes étonnés car ils sont très sympathiques et malheureusement nous ne sommes pas responsables du restaurant ( gérance indépendante du camping ). Cordialement

Camping magnifique en bord de plage et un personnel adorable.
Surveillance côté toboggan inexistante. Personne ne respecte les regles de sécurité et un parent seul ne peut être en haut et en bas du toboggan a la fois. Des adultes arrivent a fond juste derrière les enfants qui n'ont pas le temps de dégager l'arrivée. Catastrophe frôlée plusieurs fois.
Mobil home récent et ombragé.
Propreté passable, toit de Terrasse instable et place de parking minuscule.

rien a redire sur le camping emplacement bien ombragé le personnel est très accueillant et serviable piscine rien à redire parfait les soirées sont appréciable et pour tout les goûts sanitaires bien entretenu le soir le petit train pour nous emmener à l'embuscade où l'on très bien accueilli et pour les enfants faire un tour pour voir tous les animaux et jeux pour enfants
je que j'ai aimé le restaurant la paillote où le personnel est très avenant envers les estivants et très souriant et ou l'on mange des bien et bon je dis que se personnel mérite d'être encourager bravissimo à vous tous et à l'année prochaine

2 semaines c'est trop court

Nous avons aimé les toboggans, les piscines, l'ambiance, le restaurant, le paysage... Mais malheureusement, à notre arrivée, le mobil home n était pas propre. A deux reprises, nous avons prévenu les personnes concernées. Ils n'ont absolument rien fait. Concernant la douche et l eau chaude nous avons eu des soucis tout au long de notre séjour. Une personne est intervenue sans résoudre le problème.
Rien ne peut être amélioré étant donné que lorsqu on évoque notre problème, le camping ne fait rien. Si le ménage avait été fait, nous aurions passé de très bonnes vacances au sein de ce camping mais ce ne fut pas le cas.
La clim est le point positif. Pour les points négatifs, ménages non faits, chaussures laissés anciens locataires, moisis sur le mur cote fenêtre des enfants. Tringles de rideaux rouillées. Etc..
Les points ont été évoqués ci dessus.
