The location was fantastic. Good sized pitches. Direct access to the lake. Small village nearby with a shop, bar and public beach with a lovely cafe.

Not really - it would have been nice to have a choice of pitches, but we had a nice spot.

The quiet location with access to the lake were excellent

It may have been the time of the year but the reception did not open until 9am so you had to leave the campsite for bread/coffee for breakfast

i like that the camping is small, has nice spacious spots, is situated alongside a wonderful lake (in size, temperature and hardly any motorised activities). the bathrooms are kept clean, the staff is friendly.

a large amount of dogs (our tent was peed on during the night) and the large amount of screaming and crying kids

Good respectful environment, fairly quiet, large pitches and great access to the lake. Above standard toilet facilities

It is supposed to be a car free camping, but more cats than needed are driving around

The camping is not too big, beautiful at the lake of Aiguebelette. It has enough shadow on a sunny day..

I missed hospitality..greeting your guests when they arrive, or when you drive on the campside is not too mocht trouwde and gevestigd a feeding of welcom. The toilets and showers could be cleaner. Thee was dirth on the walls the toilets could be much cleaner. Just use a lot of water. The guy on the motorcycle please note there are lots of little children on the campside, you drive rather faster, it could couse accidents and lots of geest in their car drive as well too fast. You are an example, and you can tell People to behave properly..

Value for money. No fixed arrival dates but welcome every day of the week. Beautiful place at the (very nice) lake with private beach. Helpful personal at the reception.

Not all places have enough shade because of lack of trees or small trees. Toilet paper is not always available/supplemented in time. Washbasin only have warm water, which is not necessary and not very environmentally friendly.

The camping is situated along the lake. Swimming, cycling and hiking is all possible starting direct from the camping. All day and night there is no amplified noise like music or the like. It is a relaxing place with only the noise of some talking people and the regular rumour of the children. A very pleasant atmosphere. In general a relaxing campsite with excellent surroundings for swimming, hiking and cycling. What will the new owner do with the campsite over the coming years? It might be wise to write something on the website about this.

The new owner does not take time to contact to guests. It is wise to walk around and talk with the guests.

The reception could give more general information about local markets and facilities on the camping

So close to the lake, immaculate showers and toilets, very helpful staff, love the fact that bread and pastry van came every morning.
