Lovely quiet site where fellow campers respect the tranquility. Exceptionally clean and tidy. It's only 30 minutes on quiet roads to reach all the beaches, Bayeux and other attractions, a small price to pay for the tranquility. A small town Molay de Littry has good grocery shops and you can order fresh bakery items each day to be collected from the camp site office.
A gazebo for the garden would provide a shelter from rain and sunshine.
Great improvement with the new enclosed facilities block this year that was very welcome due to the chilly weather. For camping there are a good selection of level grassy pitches, each with it's own (free) water and electricity, though predominantly the site was occupied by touring caravans or motor homes. The pool was warm, clean and safely zoned off. A garden area for relaxing with chairs and a BBQ. Another more shaded relaxation area near a pond towards the front of the site.
If Delphine could manage the weather like she manages the site it would be amazing :-)

Das erste Mal waren wir 2019mit unserer Tochter auf dem Campingplatz..und seitdem jedes Jahr wieder...der Platz ist gemütlich und für Familien oder auch allein ideal.wir kommen gern hier her und freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr...Delphine und Laurent sind so liebevoll und hilfsbereit..die beiden muss man ins Herz schließen...
Es gibt an diesen Platz nichts zu verbessern...so wie er ist , ist er genau richtig. Naturverbunden und ruhig.
Wir waren das erste Mal im Coco sweet und haben es für total ausreichend gefunden...klein aber fein mit allem was man benötigt..

We loved our sunny pitch (34), fully serviced pitch. All visitors are shown around the site, so all facilities are explained. Nice big pitch. The showers are always spotless, Delphine never seems to stop working, always cleaning. Freezer for everyone to use which was very helpful to make ice. We had to leave a week earlier than planned due to a family emergency, Delphine and Laurent were very kind and understanding while we we very stressed.

The welcome and explanation were exemplary..everything covered. Facilities excellent.
Possibly grass on pitches a bit scarce but if an awning up for a week it's difficult. Maybe only allowing breathable groundsheet?
The pitch enclosed by hedging was great with electricity and drinking water at hand.

We also prioritize placing campervans on firmer ground to avoid any risk of getting stuck (in case of heavy rain). You could perhaps suggest it to the town hall, but only if there are premises available. We would like to remind you that we are in the middle of the countryside, as indicated on our website, so how far do you think it would be acceptable to walk, as the nearest village is 5 km away. However, we would like to point out that we have renovated several facilities since our arrival in 2017 and that other improvements will be made progressively, taking into account resource, time and budget constraints. We love this campsite and have been staying here since 1997. It has been upgraded over the years and the present owners are great and really helpful
Our caravan is stored at Le Picard and is put on a pitch. ready for our arrival. We have access to electricity and a water tap, although our caravan is quite old and doesn't have an onboard tank. there are taps available to fill up our Aquaroll

Dear Mr Henshaw, Thank you for your stay. We have taken note of your comment about the opening of the restaurant. But in low season we don't get enough requests. We are still open (by reservation) 3 days a week (information given on our website and by email 7 days before your arrival). We would remind you that there are only 2 of us managing the entire campsite. Come back in July and August and you'll be able to enjoy our restaurant every day. See you in the future. A gem of a campsite, with a warm welcome, great facilities and attentive but relaxed management. So peaceful that the birdsong is enchanting morning and evening. Great location for visiting the various sights of Normandie. We hope to visit again!

The site continues to be maintained to a very high standard. We love the tranquility of Le Picard as well as it being close to local amenities and to a variety of places of interest.The well kept grounds are beginning to show the signs of Spring. We enjoyed the new shower/toilet block which is new this year adding to our comfort. Friends came for a few days to stay in one of the cottages and commented how excellent they found the new shower facilities and loved the swim in the pool (even though it was in the season the pool was warm and ready). They also found the cottage value for money.
Nothing to comment on. Delphine & Laurent are continuously making improvements. Each year we return there has been a lot of work been done over the winter.
The position of our favoured pitch with a lovely view of the countryside and were pleased to see the sheep in the field. Plus our pitch is near to the new block.

A lovely peaceful campsite in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Laurent and Delphine, the owners, were very welcoming, giving us a guided tour of the site and its facilities. They were also very congenial hosts in their little restaurant. The toilet and shower block was brand new and spotlessly clean.

Very warm and informative welcome. Large individual pitches with water and electricity on them. Very convenient for touring North Normandy, beaches and Bayeux. Lovely quiet rural setting.
Toilets and shower facilities are small and dated but very clean.
Excellent sized and serviced pitch. Watch out for falling acorns.

Very clean which is a fantastic. I use contact lenses & felt confident cleaning them daily at the facilities of this campsit. Lovely heated pool but sadly we did not have time to use it. Laurent equipped us with various maps & guidance leaflets which was very very useful.
