We stumbled across this site we are so happy we did it was perfect location on the river Fish from our pitch .swimming pool was a good cool down as it got to 34 deg Very welcoming & all staff & owners couldn’t do enough .Our Labrador Lola had lots of fuss . Set dinner was outstanding and daily bread/croissant delicious. Very happy to return and or recommend

A wonderful week in the Lot Valley. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, made it feel like home. The riverside pitch and the facilities were perfect, The plat du jour was on another level, beautiful to look at and to eat. Fishing, canoeing, swimming, bird watching, our time flew by. We will definitely return next year, maybe for a couple of weeks. Thank you to everyone at Camping Le Clos Bouyssac. Mike & Sally.

Lovely pitches right next to the river with easy access for SUPs and swimming. Rosalie and her family and helpers are all very friendly and welcoming, and the site has great showers and other facilities. The 22m swimming pool is a very good size for a campsite and we also made quite a lot of use of the table tennis table. Bread and other patisserie items ordering via their app was excellent, and with luck and patience catfish and other fish can be seen in the river.
We had three couples on three adjoining pitches with lots of space for our tents and also for eating together outside on the pitches. Being able to sit at the top of the river bank watching the sunset over the river is awesome.

An idealic place to relax next to the lazy Lot. The campsite is spotless, pool a pleasure to dip into, to cool down or slip into the Lot for a wonderful swim in nature. Definitely a fishing paradise too.
Had an issue with our European electricity plug in unit not matching the extension we needed to borrow. Not a big issue but left us with less points to connect. Never had that problem before .
How wonderful to he able to camp right on the bank of the River Lot. Stunning sunsets and you feels complete immersed in nature.
Our pitch was very hard and stoney making it difficult to pitch our tent. You may need heavy duty pegs (which we had) and extra layers/carpet inside tent for those sharp stone edges.

Pitch on side of river. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent facilities. A highlight was a very tasty set 3 course menu of the day. Tasty local craft beer in bar.

Beautiful, peaceful, large, shaded pitches directly overlooking the River Lot. Incredibly friendly and enthusiastic Dutch family owned and run who live on site. Water and electricity close. Bar always open and Tessa's Menu de Jour, 3 times a week, under parasols, an absolute joy

The staff and owners are exceptional. They are all so happy to help and assist and went above the norm to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The site itself is the most gorgeous setting right on the banks of the Lot

Het was een knusse en gemoedelijke camping met voornamelijk Nederlanders. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er waren een heleboel Nederlandse gezelschapspelletjes aanwezig, waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. In de bar was het heerlijk vertoeven, omdat daar airco aanwezig was.
In de omgeving is weinig te doen, zeker als de temperatuur > 30°C is. De camping is meer geschikt voor kinderen dan voor oudere jeugd. Een geluidsdicht jeugdhonk zou een oplossing kunnen zijn.
Safaritent 2 stond lekker in de schaduw en we hadden een mooi uitzicht over de camping en de Lot. Alles was aanwezig en zag er netjes uit.
We misten wst meer opbergruimte. En een kleed onder de picknicktafel zou handig zijn. Er zitten namelijk kieren tussen de planken, waardoor er een paar keer speelkaarten/blokjes door de kieren onder de veranda vielen en we die op handen en knieën moesten oprapen.

Hele leuke camping in een supermooie omgeving. Leuke activiteiten, gezellige bar, groot zwembad en superlieve eigenaars
De chalets zijn een beetje een smet op deze camping. Ze zijn gewoon versleten. Jammer want voor de rest krijgt deze camping van mij een dikke 10!
Zoals ze vermeld... slopen. Ze staan op een mooie locatie maar dat is het enige positieve.
De kranen en lavabo versleten, de laminaat komt naar boven. Behang schilfertjes af. Als je de lade uittrekt, krijg je ze amper er terug in... maw gewoon versleten .. afbreken en vervangen door tenten.

we vinden de camping heel aangenaam en sfeervol. Er is aandacht voor kwaliteit van de voorzieningen en de mensen op de camping. Er straalt enthousiasme uit van de eigenaren. De plekken zijn fijn ruime en voorzien van voldoende schaduw.

Prachtig gelegen en de Nederlandse eigenaren zijn erg service gericht.
Het winkeltje. Als daar een koelkast zou zijn met melk en yogurt kaad en eieren zou dat een verbetering zijn.

De algehele sfeer op de camping is heel prettig en vriendelijk. Het personeel brengt dit over op de gasten, waardoor iedereen bijna vriendschappelijk met elkaar omgaat.
Wij stonden voor het toiletgebouw, hier omheen hing soms een rioollucht, maar het was ook erg warm, misschien kwam het daardoor. Sanitair is hartstikke schoon

we stonden op een prima plaats dicht bij de toiletten maar dit was totaal niet storend
dat ik later kon ontbijten,maar dat zijn kleine dingen op een vakantie

We vinden het jammer dat onze brood tijden niet helemaal aansluiten bij jullie. Voor ons is het helaas niet mogelijk om dit vroeger te verzorgen. Camping langs de Lot met prachtige ligging en zeer schone en nette toiletgebouwen. Ruime plaatsen in de (half)schaduw.
