Great location, not far from the motorway. A warm welcome. Good as a stop over site. Had a lovely pizza from the restaurant.

Nice quiet spot
Great pitch for the campervan overlooking the African animal park, toilets and showers were spotless. Able to get a meal and drink at the reception/cafe. We would definitely call again.

Great time had by all with visiting the zoo next door and Narbonne, BBQ's and playing in the pool.

We liked the location , staff was very friendly , in general everything pretty well organised .
The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, impossible to establish normal temperature . Mattresses and pillows plastic and uncomfortable . We understand, it’s for hygiene reasons. Would be great to maybe have an additional option to have “normal” pillows and softer mattresses …

Plenty of room to access the pitches albeit mostly on slightly slipping ground. Homemade pizza van the comes to the sight is good quality and reasonably priced, wash areas are clean and are in a good state. Overall would recommend.

Durant votre séjour de 4 jours chez nous, vous ne nous avez pas fait part de la douche que vous trouviez tiède. Il est regrettable de l'apprendre et de le lire via un avis après votre séjour, alors que sur place, nous aurions pu remédier à votre problématique très simplement et très rapidement en augmentant la température de l'eau. Avec un simple échange, vous auriez pu repartir de chez nous pleinement satisfait ! Quel dommage. Bien à vous. During your 4-day stay with us, you did not tell us about the shower which you found lukewarm. It is regrettable to learn this and read it via a notice after your stay, when on site, we could have remedied your problem very simply and very quickly by increasing the water temperature. There are not many places where you can sit on a terrace and look at zebras and ostriches. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The only thing that disturbed us about the visit was the cleaning requirements which had us quite stressed!.

We would suggest that the interior wood could be varnished to make it less vulnerable to stains, and the inside table could be sturdier. But these are small things

camping tranquilo, justo al lado de la reserva. con facil acceso desde la carretera pero sin ruidos de coches. camping acogedor, con todos los servicios. genial para ir con niños, parque, piscina... tamaño ideal, no demasiado grande ni muy pequeño. parcelas amplias y con espacis suficientem desde luego volveriamos.
en nuestro caso, nada que añadir.
espaciosa. nuestra autocaravana tiene longitud de 7m y 3 de alto. al realizar la reserva lo indicamos pues en algunos xampings hay problemas o con el acceso. en este caso sin problemas. espaciosa y sobre todo nivelada. la electricidad, es verdad que queda un poco justa si quieres enchufar varias cosas a la vez, pero es suficiente para lo basico

Angebot in der Bar sollte, oder dürfte , auch wenn erst April ist, grösser sein. Aperitifs konnten keine angeboten werden…🤷♂️😏
Hallo Daniel, vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns im Camping La Grange Neuve in Sigean – direkt gegenüber der Réserve Africaine 😊 Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen der Empfang durch unser Team sowie die unmittelbare Nähe zur Afrikanischen Reserve gefallen haben – ein einzigartiges Umfeld, das wir gerne mit unseren Gästen teilen. Ebenso schön zu hören, dass Sie Ihren Stellplatz als großzügig und komfortabel empfunden haben. Bezüglich der Bar haben Sie absolut recht: Zu Beginn der Saison ist unser Angebot noch etwas eingeschränkt, da sich die Besucherzahlen erst nach und nach erhöhen. So können wir uns besser an den Rhythmus des Frühlings anpassen. Ihr Hinweis ist jedoch sehr wertvoll und motiviert uns, unseren Service auch in dieser Zeit weiter zu verbessern. Zur Information: Der Campingplatz bietet während der Saison ein beheiztes Schwimmbad (Mai bis September), einen Brot- und Frühstücksservice (März bis Anfang November), eine Bar morgens und abends sowie einen Snackbereich (jeden Abend geöffnet und in der Hochsaison auch mittags, außer montags). Außerdem stehen ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Fitnessbereich, Tischtennis, ein Home-Ball-Feld, ein Picknickbereich sowie unser neuer Kinder-Hochseilgarten zur Verfügung. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder begrüßen zu dürfen – vielleicht dann mit einer noch umfangreicheren Barkarte 🍹😉 Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alex und Jérôme

La recepcio te Bona pre disposició pero si vols pendre un refresc..falta diversitat o un berenar ..si no a estat encarregat Abans no tens opció a menjar si no es comprar a la petita botiga..que tampoco te de tot!

Tanmateix, volem aportar una precisió important respecte al vostre comentari sobre els serveis. El Camping La Grange Neuve és un càmping familiar, independent i de dimensions humanes. No som ni una cadena ni un gran complex turístic amb una àmplia oferta de serveis en continu. El nostre lloc web reflecteix voluntàriament aquesta identitat senzilla, autèntica i propera a la natura. La nostra oferta és, per tant, coherent amb aquest posicionament. Pel que fa al pa i als esmorzars, oferim un servei cada matí amb reserva prèvia. Aquest funcionament és una elecció conscient que ens permet evitar el malbaratament alimentari — preferim actuar amb sentit comú abans que llençar desenes de productes al final del dia. De fet, és una pràctica habitual en càmpings de la nostra categoria. A més, disposem d’una botiga de suport dins del càmping, així com d’un servei de restauració amb pizzes cada vespre. I per a una oferta més àmplia, hi ha un supermercat Intermarché a només 5 minuts del càmping. La vostra expectativa d’una oferta més àmplia i disponible en tot moment correspon més aviat a estructures de gran envergadura, que no és el nostre model.
