Great time had by all with visiting the zoo next door and Narbonne, BBQ's and playing in the pool.

We liked the location , staff was very friendly , in general everything pretty well organised .
The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, impossible to establish normal temperature . Mattresses and pillows plastic and uncomfortable . We understand, it’s for hygiene reasons. Would be great to maybe have an additional option to have “normal” pillows and softer mattresses …

Plenty of room to access the pitches albeit mostly on slightly slipping ground. Homemade pizza van the comes to the sight is good quality and reasonably priced, wash areas are clean and are in a good state. Overall would recommend.

Bonjour Monsieur Coleman, Nous vous remercions pour votre séjour dans notre camping, et de souligner la propreté des lieux. Durant votre séjour de 4 jours chez nous, vous ne nous avez pas fait part de la douche que vous trouviez tiède. Il est regrettable de l'apprendre et de le lire via un avis après votre séjour, alors que sur place, nous aurions pu remédier à votre problématique très simplement et très rapidement en augmentant la température de l'eau. Avec un simple échange, vous auriez pu repartir de chez nous pleinement satisfait ! Quel dommage. Bien à vous. During your 4-day stay with us, you did not tell us about the shower which you found lukewarm. It is regrettable to learn this and read it via a notice after your stay, when on site, we could have remedied your problem very simply and very quickly by increasing the water temperature. There are not many places where you can sit on a terrace and look at zebras and ostriches. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The only thing that disturbed us about the visit was the cleaning requirements which had us quite stressed!.
Spacious, good facilities.
We would suggest that the interior wood could be varnished to make it less vulnerable to stains, and the inside table could be sturdier. But these are small things

En nuestro caso este cámping fue genial para hacer las visitas a Carcason, la reserva de Sigean y otras poblaciones cercanas. Buscábamos un camping senzillo donde sólo dormir pero tener servicios básicos. Estuvimos en un bungalow llamado casa de campo y todo estaba nuevo. El camping está muy bien cuidado y limpio. Es una pasada poder ver des allí a algunos animales de la reserva. Queremos destacar que recepción estuvo muy atenta a todas mis dudas por correo electrónico y presencialmente y no tuvimos dificultades para entendernos a nivel de idioma. Para repetir!
El bungalow estaba como nuevo. Nos gustó mucho que la vajilla y otros objetos hacían conjunto a nivel de colores y que se veían con muy poco uso.
El aire acondicionado, usamos la opción de la bomba de calor por las frías temperaturas que hacía y por la ubicación del aparato, la habitación de matrimonio se calentaba bien como el salón, pero la habitación de las camas individuales no y se pasó un poco de frío. Lo que menos nos gustó fueron las almohadas las cuales eran de forma cuadrada y sería más funcional las de tipo rectangular y para nosotros eran muy blandas.

Jammer dat het restaurantje niet open was. Maar we hebben toch een lekkere pizza kunnen bestellen.

Bonjour Peter, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis ! 😊 Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour chez nous. Toutefois, nous avons été un peu surpris en découvrant votre remarque sur le snack… surtout que votre pizza ne s’est pas faite toute seule ! 🍕😂 Promis, nous n’avons pas encore de chef invisible en cuisine (mais on y travaille !). Concernant la note, 7/10, on avoue que ça nous laisse un petit goût de « presque parfait »… Surtout en mars, quand beaucoup de campings préfèrent encore hiberner, nous, on est déjà là, avec le sourire, des pizzas bien réelles et même du pain chaud cuit sur place chaque matin ! 🥖🔥 En tout cas, votre retour nous motive à continuer à améliorer nos services, et on espère bien vous revoir pour un prochain séjour… qui, qui sait, mériterait peut-être un petit 9 ou 10/10 ? 😉 À bientôt sous le soleil de Sigean ! Wat de 7/10 betreft, dat voelt een beetje als "bijna perfect"… Zeker in maart, wanneer veel campings nog in winterslaap zijn, staan wij al voor je klaar – met een glimlach, échte pizza’s en zelfs elke ochtend versgebakken brood! 🥖🔥 Hoe dan ook, jouw feedback motiveert ons om onze service nog beter te maken. Desde la terraza del alojamiento podíamos ver y oír a los animales de la reserva. Un auténtico lujo.. El camping, muy tranquilo y correcto, ha cumplido nuestras expectativas. Volveremos en otra ocasión.
Un aparato de televisión nos hubiera venido bien para momentos de lluvia.

Hola Nuria, Le agradecemos su confianza durante su estancia en nuestro Cottage Privilège y nos alegra saber que disfrutó tanto de su alojamiento como de su estancia. De hecho, la vista desde la terraza permite observar a los animales de la reserva africana, un verdadero espectáculo de la naturaleza. En cuanto a la televisión, hemos decidido no instalar una para preservar este ambiente de desconexión y fomentar una reconexión con la naturaleza y los animales. Sin embargo, entendemos su comentario y tomamos en cuenta sus sugerencias para mejorar su comodidad. Será un placer recibirla nuevamente en una futura estancia. ¡Hasta pronto en La Grange Neuve! Je suis venu passer une nuit dans le cadre d'un événement moto. L'accueil, l'emplacement, les installations (sanitaires, bar,...) étaient très bien.

Accueil chaleureux et efficace. Informations bien communiquées. Camping bien aménagé et silencieux. La présence le soir d'un "camion pizza" est très appréciable.
Emplacement répondant au descriptif, suffisant pour un fourgon aménagé de 6 m 36, bien délimité. Accès à l'électricité conforme également aux indications (nécessité d'une rallonge).

Es un camping pequeño pero muy confortable, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia si vas a visitar la reserva africana. Es personal es muy agradable, las plazas para aparcar autocaravanas son grandes y el espacio para circular es amplio, con lo cual se hace fácil maniobrar.
